This is the place to go especially when your pockets are tight. Fast, friendly and professional.I have bought three sets of tires there in the last 6 months and have been pleased every time. All they need is an alignment machine.

A great and clean atmosphere. Lots of different sizes and rims to choose from. Brittany was very helpful on showing me what's compatible with my car. She took the time to explain what I need to get me started and rolling on chrome rims. Thanks Brittany you were very helpful... GREAT JOB

I've purchased 3 different sets of wheels from here I have always had great customer service and great prices. I've got a used set of 24s,a new set of 20s and I have just paid off my last set that I got a year ago and they are 22s.

I have gotten three sets of rims since I've had my car they have good used tires at a reasonable price and then the new tires and a good price I won't go any other place to get my tires or rims I think RimTyme has the best deals in Savannah Georgia on tires and rims

I had to do it to em!!! Little Minnow sitting right tucking then 22s!! Great Job w/ the crew @ RimTyme!!! Walked in to talk business, they matched me on that, and left happier as can be!!! Customer Service at it's Finest. Low Payments Low Deposits, No Credit Check, No Hassles. No Waiting on Approvals, Same Day Service. And to Top it all off, Live SEC College Football Game showing on the Customer waiting room TV in HD!!!! C'mon, What else can you ask for.

Price doesn t match!The front desk said $30 each tire mounting for a 245/40/18 tireTheir technician required me to pay $100 for 2 tires mounting. Seriously? 2 tires $100??

The rims look great however when I was on my way home my tire went flat because they didn t tighten the air valve properly.

Went in for a set of rims. The customer service was great. And they were prompt in getting me in and out. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Update: On my 3rd set.

1/27/23-All I can say is WOW. I ve never been to a establishment to buy something and the employees completely ignored my presence in an COMPLETELY EMPTY store and tried his darnest not to come in contact with me. When I arrived there were two employees in the store, one white male at the counter and I could hear a female voice in the back office, I think. The woman in the back went completely silent and never came out. He never greeted me, and the guy actually WALKED out leaving me in the EMPTY store alone. I looked out front window to see him standing at the front steps talking to a lone male, who eventually left. I even tried to be patient and wait it out for about 10-15 mins while looking a different SCRATCHED UP, DENTED UP, DUSTY, DAMAGED RIMS(not all, some). He should have been polishing, dusting, and trying to bring the rims visually up to par. After my blood begin to boil, I exited the store PASSING HIM on the steps..STILL NOT A WORD SAID TO ME or eye contact. I unlocked my car and got in to see him then going back inside. Guess he was waiting for me to leave so he wouldn t have to assist me. I m not the one to play the race card because I like to believe the best about people but sure felt I wasn t wanted in that store. I will NOT be going back, I will find somewhere else to spend my hard earned money. Oh yeah I m a black woman.

I highly recommend these guys... Steve and Elle and Coco... The entire staff is awesome and they treat you like a human being even when ur dealing with life's curve balls!!! I've bought rims and several sets of tires with them!!!

Steve was great to work with. We had a few problems finding rims I liked that were available from the manufacturer for my vehicle. Steve was very patient with me while I looked through many sets and had him call tons of times to the manufacturer because I'm so picky. The crew that installed our wheels stayed late one night because we drove from Beaufort. Very happy.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off I called today 4/29/21 at 12:21pm and the female that I talked to was rude by saying "well do you want them or not" how is that a way to talk to the costumers and didn't have no knowledge of the services that I was attempting to acquire and then hung up the phone. So she cost the company a possible future loyal costumer and maybe more.

Excellent experience! Went in and out of the store on several occasions because I was unsure of what I wanted. Steve was patient and very helpful on each occasion and willing to help in any way to get what I wanted! Never felt pressured and very satisfied with the customer service! Would definitely recommend to others!

Excellent customer service! Went in selected my rims and tires and was out in less than two hours. We received great customer service and I would highly recommend to my friends. Even the technician that did the installation did an awesome job!!

Very rude and very unprofessional from the I assume finance manager. I work in customer service and if I just cut off someone like that and talked to them that way I would be fired. I understand that unless I pay cash I cannot be financed, but when I ask a question about the car and the recommended rim size...do not cut a potential customer off and say that i have people in front of me and hang up the phone. I have the cash to buy rims for my new car, but they will not get my business. If you enjoy being talked to like trash, then go ahead with this place...if you want to be talked to like a person no matter your situation I recommend going online to buy wheels and tires.

If I could give less then one star I would they tore up my husbands front end some how we thought, it took them 3 hours to put tires and wheels on with nobody in front of us, and when we returned the tires they broke our tire pressure sensor. I am glad to say we have new tires and wheels from Dodge and have no clanking and squeaking since we took their junk off my husbands truck. Sounded good when we needed tires in a tight spot but definitely wouldn't go back. They are extremely nice and professional but cheap labor and materials kind of ruined it for us.

Steve was great!! Excellent customer service. I would recommend them over rent & roll any day. Prices are way better too. I will be referring my friends to them too. Satisfied customer.

My family and I were stuck with a flat on I-95. They had the lowest prices on the after market wheels that we needed..... the other tire places were $100-$150 more than the price at rimtyme. Service was fast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!!!!

Very large shop, with various rims to choose from. Knowledgable salesmen, that really take their time with helping you select the right set of rims for your car.& Customer service was great! Would definitely recommend RimTyme to anyone looking to purchase new rims for their ride!

Love the service. They take care of me any time I have an issue. I've bought 2 sets of tires and rims from rimtyme and me and my wife both love the way our cars look. One time traveling from atlanta back to savannah I got a flat. They had me go to Macon and got me took care of for a really great price. 5 stars

There are better places to use lease to own options. The one person there was very "used car salesmen" and when asked about pricing he already knew lease fees, and total costs on a random set of tire and rims without looking up pricing. This tells me one of two things, either A: he has one hell of a memory and can price every single piece in the store and website or B: there is a very basic sales goal on all purchases. I decided to use a better method for my unplanned for purchase.

Yesterday, I was the customer who's car was on the side of the road. My tire patch failed me, due to no one fault. I returned today and was assisted right away by a kind, patient, and very helpful manager. Thank you to Brian in the back house for getting my car on the road.. Thanks again..

I went in looking for a certain type of wheel which they didn t have but was told they can order them. The wheels arrived less than a week and were exactly what I wanted.. I took my my truck in once I received the call that my wheels had arrived and within an hour they had my wheels on.. I highly recommend this rim shop and also the customer service was great..

I wouldn't even give it a star but since I had to in order to write this review I will NEVER deal with this company again I was quoted one price by an employee and was told another price when I called to make a final payment they just keep adding interest I've been paying over a year over 3,000 dollars on some basic 20 inch rims that I don't even have anymore I told them my car was totaled in an accident in December but I still honored my agreement and payed for the rims every two weeks but after today they will not receive another dime from me I know next time to go to another company this is bad business and I could of just been stop paying for the merchandise wasn't like they could get the rims back they were all totaled out but that's what I get for being an honest customer with these scam artist !! I advise others to not use this company .... their sorry management doesn't even respond to reviews so that tells you a lot about this company !! Take your business else where ...

I would recommend anyone to go to Savannah Rimtyme!! Steve is a very welcoming nice guy great customer service! And the guys did a outstanding job putting on my wheels there work is awesome also. I m so pleased with Rimtyme, will be seeing them again!
