Thank you Mavis Tires for recommending Rafael's Auto Repair. Being new to Savannah, I had no idea where to take my Mini Cooper. I agonized over the engine light but I just didn't want to go back to that other auto shop (horrible place). Nick, service manager, called me within an hour telling me what my mini needed. I also appreciate his calling me at 3 p.m. to tell me that it would be ready by 3:30 p.m. This gave me time to get an Uber. I am definitely returning to Rafael's Auto Repair.

I called Rafael s auto repair last week to inquire about some repairs to my BMW. The same info that I was given over the phone was honored when I arrived for my service. My repairs went smoothly and it only took one day to get my car back. The prices are also reasonable compared to BMW. I ve already referred them to a few of my colleagues. Thank you for making my experience stress free!

They were awesome. I ve gotten great reviews from everyone, even strangers, and was told that they do quality work and have reasonable pricing. Staff is very friendly and their service was quick! Even on a busy day I walked in and they were able to take a quick look at my car. I ll definitely come back and recommend them to others.

Rafael's had my car diagnosed and repaired in under 24 hours. The service manager Nick is fantastic at communicating through every step. Very happy we found our new auto repair shop Savannah.

When I called to get service done to my old Honda, I had such nice and helpful service.I was able to leave my car at my convenience and it was done by the next day! They walked me through what was done, and explained what was wrong with my vehicle in a clear way.The price was a very good deal, and the work was still very well done!I was never treated badly throughout my whole experience, I felt like they really cared about getting my car fixed and helping me. Good service can be hard to come by these days but Rafael s definitely came through!

My experience at Rafael s has been spectacular. Nick, at the front, walked me through each step of my repair. He helped me understand what could wait and what needed to be done right away. These guys are the real deal! They fixed my 05 Honda accord same day! It was running weird so I chose to bring it in the shop. They toke the car for a drive and were able to point out the problems I had right away. Cherry on top they fixed my car same day also for a great price! We will be back for any car issues! Rafael s Auto Repair will make sure you leave satisfied and happy!

My transmission was giving me trouble and Rafael s Auto Repair pulled through for me! I originally went to Nissan because my car has only been serviced there. It was a terrible experience on top of the $14k quote to replace it. I found out about Rafael s and I ll never use another Auto Repair Shop. They were great! They did everything they could to try and fix my transmission to help with cost before knowing I needed a new one because no one wants to buy a new transmission. The service, communication and cost were hands down 5 stars! Thank you Rafael s. You have a customer for life. You guys are a life saver!

Nick and the rest of the crew at Raphael s are excellent! They shaved a few dollars off the price to really make my expensive repair a little more within my reach. I ve had no problems with my vehicle since, and I m thankful to them for it. Keep doing well guys! My wife had issues with our Jeep Cherokee. Check engine and auto start not working. The car was shuddering really bad. I took it to jiffy lube and was told it needed a tuneup. Paid $435 and the next day it happened again. Took it to O Riley to get a diagnosis and they suggested Rafael s and they were amazing. They found an oil leak on the back of the engine that jiffy lube completely missed they got right on it and they had us back on the road in less than two days. We are going back to them from now on. I m very happy with the process and professionalism there.

Stopped by with my Tahoe, thought it had a major issue. They went on a ride with me, put it up on the lift and found it was something loose under the car. They did not charge me. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for an honest mechanic. Will use for all car issues going forward.

I recently bought a used vehicle not knowing that it came with several issues! I called Rafael a Auto Repair one morning and Nick was able to give me an estimate of how much a diagnostic on the vehicle would cost me and they were able to get my car inspected right away the same day. I have no experience with vehicle maintenance, but Nick is great at explaining the issues they were able to find. My quote was less than I expected. On top of that, he was honest and had my best interest in mind and encouraged me to try to get my money back from the dealership I bought the used car from and take in their Findings on printed paper for proof! Along with the diagnostic, they included repair along the way. I am thankful for them and will continue getting my services there. Rafael s is definitely a company of honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable technicians that have YOUR best interest in mind! Very affordable too!

My business vehicle was making a grinding noise, accompanied with vibrations. I took it to Rafael's based on their location and great reviews. They didn't disappoint! The team at Rafael s is amazing. They re efficient, honest, go the extra mile and have great prices. I m a single mom with limited knowledge of car maintenance let alone when there is a problem, so finding a mechanic I can trust is priceless. Nick took his time to get my car in as soon as they could, he also took his time to go over exactly what needed to be done and also helped me to know what would be coming up with maintenance to keep the my sons vehicle in great condition. Knowing how much work they were doing, I was surprised to see the cost not what I expected but lower. This is usually unheard of in my experience. They made it so easy when bringing the vehicle abs were even quicker when I was picking it up. I won t hesitate to continue taking my vehicles here and recommending them to others. Thank you Rafael s!!!

This is the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. Not only did they work on my car in a fast and timely manner, but they also took the time to explain and answer any questions I had in great detail. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for all my car needs!

I had something I wanted looked at and they let me come in that day and got my car looked at super fast! Rafael was super honest about what was going on and was not trying to sell me on things I didn t need fixed. As someone who doesn t know much about cars and what could be wrong he made sure my experience was great and smooth! Definitely recommend!!Service: Oil change

I recently took my Jeep Wrangler for a quick oil change. I called the day before and spoke with Nick who is so pleasant to deal with! When I remarked that I also had a rattle (imagine that on a Jeep) he took the time to investigate. Nick also noticed that it was time for new tires, and he did not try to sell me the tires, he was just being thorough and I appreciate that! I am getting new tires and I am a very happy customer! Every time I have been to Rafael s, I have been so impressed by the outstanding service. As a woman, I find it so hard to find a mechanic who will treat me with a modicum of respect. Rafael s not only offers a safe environment to talk frankly about my vehicle and any questions I have, but also provides me with ways that I can save money in the process.
