Hands down, the Best Motorcycle shop in the area. Quality Motorcycle truly lives up to its name. I took in my Ninja Kawasaki that I bought off the Facebook marketplace last year and was able to get a full inspection given that I am the 3rd owner with it being a 2011 with 23k miles on it. Jon goes above and beyond with transparency while providing honesty in what he believes is needed. There's a genuine commitment to ensuring customers get the best at a very reasonable price. I will recommend this shop to my family and friends and will be returning for any motorcycle repairs or maintenance in the future. Jon s knowledge of bikes is impressive and his patience through my questions made the process even better. This couldn't have been a better service. He has gained a customer for life.

Owner is great guy. I bought a bike in GA that needed work I was unaware of when purchased. He was super helpful even though I didn't have time for him to fix(I live in FL) Helped me get together parts list and told me what I needed to do.

Brought my bike in for the first time. I'm a new rider and have no idea on maintenence. Jon took a look and gave me an honest evaluation and his recommendation on what to do on the bike. He genuinely cares about you and your safety. Out of all the repair shops in the Savannah area, this is person you should go to and he has earned a forever/loyal customer.

If you're looking for a motorcycle shop, GO HERE. I took my 2009 Yamaha Vstar to John that I bought a few months ago off Facebook that was not running like it should. John communicated with me on every step from dropping the bike off, what needed to be done, and picking it up. Even after business was done, he called to check on the bikes performance since I left with it. That's someone that genuinely enjoys their work and loves to see people riding. The bike rides like new. I will definitely be back whenever I need more work done or for my next bike to be looked over down the road. Again, if you need work done, go here! Don't hesitate!

I have a 09 R6 took her in for maintenance check up and minor upgrades and after leaving this shop she is running like a brand new bike Very professional, communicated whenever something was been done to my bike made suggestions if there was other issue you may not have seen. Everything was done in a time manner cause I definitely wasn t expecting my bike to be done as quick as it was. John is very honest and take pride in his work.

John has been my mechanic ever since I moved to Pooler. It is hard to find honest,hardworking, and fair mechanics in the area. He is the best around town hands down. After I got involved in my accident, I wanted my bike to only deal with John through insurance and he always goes above and beyond to get you right and make sure your bike leaves the shop better than it came in. His prices are beyond fair and his turnover time is great , especially when it is just him running the shop. Other dealerships will charge an arm and a leg to get work done. Thank you for making my bike look exactly how I wanted. I will miss having him as my mechanic when I move.

I take my 05 r1 to this shop for everything the price he states almost never changes the head mechanic is down to earth easy to work with and most of all completes work in a clean timely fashion 100% could not reccomend a better shop

John s service is great! Brought my R6 in for spark plugs, air filter and Dunlop tires. He took his time explaining the different options and looked completely over my bike. Got great service and the labor cost were below what I thought it would be. Overall I ll be bringing my bike back to him to do all maintenance and service. He even called after I got home to make sure everything was in order. This place is the best service I ve dealt with.

John, the owner is the best! Because my cycle is a classic over 20 years old, he is the only person in the area who is willing to work on it. I trust him completely, and he hasn't failed me in the 5 years as my preferred mechanic!

By far the best experience I have had with a motorcycle mechanic. My son and I stopped at Quality motorcycle because of a clutch issue I had during a trip to Key West on our sidecar. John stopped everything thing he was doing and helped us get back on the road. He also took the time to talk about possible causes and maintenance that could prevent future issues.

I took my Yamaha SCR to Jon for replacement of a rear pulley. Everything about this experience was just awesome. Jon was very understanding, informative, and prompt. I told him about my upcoming trip on the bike and he was kind enough to check everything to make sure it was good to go, he also voiced some concerns he had about the front end. It was a pleasant and thorough experience. I m really happy I found this place! The service is phenomenal. I can t say enough. This is the place to take your motorcycle!

The boss is really nice and friendly. I have a small issue with my r3. And I went to these shop. John treat me very nice and solve the problem today. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

My wife bought a Honda Shadow and, having just recently moved to the area, we needed a mechanic to work on it... tune up, change out handlebars, new turn signals, etc... Jon was awesome. Knowledgeable, experienced, fair prices, good communication, and got work done quickly. My one complaint is that he doesn't work on Harley Davidsons and I feel cheated that I have to take my bike somewhere else.

Took my 2006 gsxr in for tires, chain an sprockets, check and fix the charging system on the bike and a look over across the bike since just Purchased, wanted to make sure it was safe to ride. Communication throughout the week that he was working on my motorcycle was outstanding. He Even called when I got home to ask how it was riding, great mechanic and easy to talk to.

Excellent customer service! John really knows his stuff and you can tell when you walk in that he appreciates your business. He is very informative and patient with questions about motorcycle maintenance. If you want your bike fixed right and as fast as possible or just need your fluids and chain done. Call this guy

My brother was making a 16 hour drive on his bike and noticed his tire needed replaced. Quality Tire was top-notch EXCELLENT. Quickly got his tire replaced and got him back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for keeping our baby safe - all the gratitude from Pittsburgh, PA.

I took my 2000 Suzuki Marauder to get fixed because it would not start and the customer service from start to end was fantastic. I was walk through what was wrong with it, what needs to be done and given a time frame. We did have a delay on a part due to Fedex but it was communicated and bike runs great. Will highly recommend and I will be going back for regular service and any esle that may be needed. Thank you!!

I'm new to town and was looking for a knowledgeable honest mechanic to repair my motorcycle and run across john at quality motorcycle. Couldn't have been more happy with the service. Kept me informed with parts and progress. Great reviews proved to be correct. No other place will ever get a chance to touch my bike.

I will now be recommending anyone and everyone with a motorcycle to bring it here. Jon is knowledgeable, professional and fair and provides excellent customer service. He explained what my bike needed, answered all my questions and let me decide what I wanted to do. I trust his judgement and work 100%. Very thankful to have found this place! Great and knowledgeable mechanic. I messed up my first bike which was a 99 Honda Shadow, and he took absolutely great care of it. Price was in my budget and I can honestly say, this is the first mechanic that I would trust anything with in Savannah. Great customer service too!

When all other Honda motorcycle dealerships said they couldn't perform routine maintenance on my 2004 Goldwing, I called Quality Motorcycle who not only did an excellent job, they took the time to show me pictures of their work and give me advice on how to extend the life of my prized possession. Special thanks to Jon for his honesty and fair prices. I highly recommend Quality Motorcycle!
