Called with issues with my breaks while on holidays just before Christmas and not only did the help me by getting my truck into the shop they did the work while I waited. The manager was very friendly and helpful but honestly and caring. Highly recommend this location

Very professional, very efficient. I brought my car in on a Saturday, they quickly addressed the issue, fixed it, and quoted me a very reasonable price. I would recommend them, and will certainly be going back next time I have an issue with my car.

I was hearing noises coming from my front tire. I took my truck here for repairs. Hurty and Torris did a great job in finding the problems, & they even stayed 2 hours past closing to work on my vehicle. I'll be going here always for any future repairs I may need done.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!! I took my moms car here just for a STEERING WHEEL FLUID LEAK AND THEY FIXED THAT BUT WHEN THEY CALLED ME TO COME BACK TO THE SHOP TO PICK UP THE CAR I CAME BACK FASTER THAN THEY THOUGHT I WOULD so I showed up in less than a minute and I see one of the owners workers removing the oil from my moms car. I asked the owner and he says that was not true. He lied to my face when i clearly saw his worker pull out a container full of oil from under her car.Her engine light was never on previous to taking it to this shop. I left and drove off and her car stopped driving and was stuck in the middle of the road. We checked the oil and it was empty. Her engine light was on. These people are dangerous. They fix one thing and poke holes and cut lines to have leaks in your car so you can keep bringing it back.PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS PEOPLE!!!

Honest mechanic at this shop, Hurdy. Easily could have ripped me off as I came in requesting unnecessary service. I signed on the line for $670 and Hurdy easily could have billed me that. If it weren't for Hurdy's honesty I'd be out $400

I was in town over the weekend for vacation when my car broke down. No auto shop could take it in since most were closed or had waiting lists over a week out. Precision Tune kindly took care of me on Sunday when they were closed. Car is back together and running great and I was able to leave town on time. Awesome people here. Hopefully I ll never break down in Savannah again, but if I do I will be back!

They're probably good at oil changes or changing out minor parts but have a long way to go as far as diagnosing problems are concerned.

I was in the process of buying a used vehicle. I took it to them for a vehicle inspection. They picked through it like a fine tooth comb ! Fortunately for me they found no problems and I now have the perfect car for me.I have been going to them for years and I trust them to give me the best service, and they always do. Very professional and honorable. No shady mechanics here !

My mom was visiting for the weekend and when her car broke down. Precision Tune was one of the few places open during the weekend, and they were pretty busy when we brought her car in. Luckily for us the staff at the shop was extremely professional and took the time to listen to us as we explained the issue. We left the car with them and they called us later to explain the root cause of the issue. They had our backs in a pinch and they did it at a reasonable price. I appreciate Kelly and his crew. I was travel travelling from Orlando, Florida to Savannah, Georgia and reached out to them to inspect a vehicle I was interested in. They were willing to schedule me in and let me know the details of the inspection. I passed on the vehicle before I could get it inspected, but Kelly and his crew were very helpful. If I'm ever in the area and neeed mechanical work down, I surely will be using Precision Tube Auto Center.

Kelly is an honest man. He looked over my truck for a bit to determine if I needed some work done before continuing our trip to North Carolina, and said everything was fine and good to go. No charge. Honesty is such a great trait and he has it!

Have been coming here for 10+ years. Hurty has been my go to guy through 4 cars, kept me safe on the road despite the hooptys I ve driven, and knows me by name when I walk in the door. I was recommended to come here & I'm so glad I chose this auto shop. Kelly, the manager/owner, was so helpful & went above & beyond to educate me on my vehicle & what some of the codes & maintenance mean. He showed me the issue my car was having, which wasn't what I was expecting at all! He replaced my valve cover & my car is running normal; "like a dream", as Kelly said. Jesse was also really great! He was professional & also gave me some educational tips about general vehicle maintenance.I highly recommend Kelly & his team for all your vehicle servicing; I will most definitely return in the future!Thanks for such a great job!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Today was my first time visiting this location. I have needed an oil change for about 6 months and have a lengthy drive today so I figured I needed to get it taken care of. This place was close to my home so I decided to give it a try. The employee that assisted me, Jesse, was extremely professional, explained everything to me (I didn't know anything other than my oil change light came on). After he finished, he walked me over to my car to show me a couple things he noticed (low anti-freeze, wiper fluid etc.) as well as he saw my tire pressure light was on so he took a look at my tires and gave me his concern/suggestions around replacing them. In the 16 years I have been taking my car in for an oil change, this is the first time that an employee has taken the time to explain, as well as show me what was taken care of. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this business in the future!Service: Oil change

I brought in my car around 9:30 in the morning and they had it ready a little after noon. Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. They even fixed something totally unrelated to what I brought my car in for...(I supplied the part, but they did the labor for free). I definitely recommend these guys.

We used this shop while on a trip when our alternator died. They did great service! At first the price seemed high, but when I called my mechanic back home and told him what they were charging and which alternator they were putting in, he said he would have done the same thing because he's had problems with some of the cheaper alternators. They got us back on the road in less than a day!

I brought my car in to have my brakes and rotors done; and when I came in, they greated me and show outstanding customer service throughout. The pricing for the work, to me, was pretty reasonable. The tech kept abreast of what was going on and a minor part he recommended that I get replaced. He even showed me and I agreed with his decision because it did look worn. I'll give you an update in about a month on the work, but the work performance was amazing and not too timing like some other shops who try to help out on other vehicles to get the small jobs out first. The time frame he gave, was the time he finished in. Hands down to this shop.

I came to this location with a friend to get a tire checked. As I was stepping out of the car carefully to make sure my the technician didn't mess up my shirt, he said "You gonna move out the way?" like I was just there for no reason... If the shoe was on the other foot I would've asked "Can I get you to move out the way for a sec or EXCUSE ME" No customer service and when I came back to talk to a manager he happened to be the manager. He clearly didn't understand professionalism as I was relaying to him how I would've handled the situation as a employee talking to a customer. I'm a grown man and don't like to be talked to like a child when I come to a business that's offering me services...

Came in on a Thursday morning without an appointment and they took my car in immediately, fixed what was wrong in less than 10 minutes... then when I asked for an oil change after that, they did it within 10 minutes as well. Quick, affordable, and genuine work. I'll be coming back to this location.

I paid 300 dollars for wat I thought was a full service tune up and didn t receive my full service tune up this man lied took my money and told me he didn t tell me It was 300 dollars i never received the proper tune he only changed my spark plugs not my coils then when I left the shop my car broke down in the middle of the street I will never ever in life return or recommend this place to anyone save ur money

Don't expect anything positive from this place. Went for a simple oil change at 8am when they open. Showed up a few minutes early to get in and out quick. Someone FINALLY showed up to open the shop at 8:45am!! No apology from the manager. No discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Horrible customer service. The only reason I stayed was their price -- which wasn't even correct. They were going to charge $20 more for the same oil change as all their competitors. Can't believe these folks are in business.Took my $$ elsewhere.

My air went out in my car today went to 2 others places that stated I had to wait until Monday. Called precision and they stated that if i came before 5:30pm they could help me. Sure enough I went and they fixed my air despite them being very busy today. The price was very reasonable as well. I will be returning very nice people im satisfied!

I'm from out of town and my low tire pressure light came on. I called a few min before they closed on a friday afternoon and the very nice attendant said "yes ma'am come on by I will be glad to check it for you". And that he did, he met me out side checked the tire for damage and aired it up.Super nice gentlemen, very very helpful.

Was in Savannah for the weekend. Got up Saturday morning and our car would not start. Called Precision at 8AM and they recommended a very reasonable towing company and had the car fixed by 3PM. The owner even came and picked me up when it was ready knowing I was stranded. After getting home checked the price I was charged with Repair Pal and it was about average. Friendly and quick service that did not overcharge. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a mechanic in the Savannah area.

I needed an oil change and new in city called a trusted name. From the call in my recliner to the service to me back on the recliner was less than two hours. The attendant took my info and keys then got to work. Basic mechanics lobby with tv and coffee. I read a book and chatted with a couple waiting for this quick service. I will definitely return!

I took my car in over the weekend January 2021 because I didn t have power and it was kind of jumping idling whenever I was at a stop and the services were superb, they were friendly they were fast and most importantly they were efficient and precise, Hurty fix the problem and my car is running really really great now and I m going to continue to go there to let them service my car and I would advise any woman especially if you have car problems because Hurty was honest and of course We know as women a lot of times we get ripped off so I appreciate the honesty and friendly service I received there. 5/10/2021 I d also like to add that Kelly is such a blessing, he s honest and reliable and knowledgeable, God sent!!
