Had a good inventory but cant shop here due to fees. Pulled two parts that came to $68 ($43+$25) for both. They added their fees and the total was $114!!!! I ended up leaving one part (brake caliper) because of the absurd fees. Still ended up paying $72 for a $43 part. How does a core charge make sense at a junkyard? It s obvious they came up with as many fee names as they can think of. Fees were %45 of the total. See pic

Very unprofessional and bad for business. I did the quote over the phone to sell my old vehicle. I wish I would ve gotten the lady name who did the quote, I told her numerous times that the back bumper was off & she quoted me after. When I get there, the check is a different amount than what was told over the phone. They proclaim they called me twice and it went straight to voicemail, I have no calls from them. Only from the person that was late picking up the car that day, telling us that he was 10 mins away. It s not even about the amount of money, it s about me finding out after they already told me the amount they was going to give and now that they have the car it has changed.

Unprofessional and lazy workers this is a business after one thing $$$ don't go there with good expectations.Imagine buying wheels that have decent tires on them but You're not going buy half used tires for a brand new price when you could just go and get new tires for cheaper, so they just drill holes into the old ones so you can't use them because They want you to buy the wheels. That was the most petty thing I've ever seen!

I called the yard on hyw 80. They said they had the part on the yard. Me and my 2 sons drove 1 hour to get there. They asured me again the part was on the yard. Payed $3 each to enter the yard. $9., but they didn't have the part. They would not refund our money. We were nice, but disappointed. Allen Jones

Overcharge and would rather throw their parts away. Easily 30% over competitors pricing.

Best junkyard in the area. Found what I needed easy. Prices are very reasonable. The only problem is they don't have a local phone number you cannot contact them directly they have junk yards all over the country and it is extremely difficult to find the part you want online. You can't call the junkyard on Route 80 and talk to a live person.

Rude staff that offers the bare minimum performance and support. I would rather do walmart self check out than deal with the front office staff. It's almost like they're not even there anyway.

I just "sold" my old Toyota van to LKQ and had the most enjoyable experience was excellent from start to finish. I filled out the quote online and received a call a short time later and the lady was nice and expedient with no problems. The appointment was set up to get the van and on that day I was called and asked if the van was ready as well as told that I did not need to be there for it to be picked up. There was a slight issue with the pick up but that was nothing on LKQ but the tow company, they gave the driver the wrong zip code and he was in a totally different part of town. The driver called me and he got is straight with no issues and the van was picked up and delivered with no other glitches. I went down to LKQ where I was met by a super friendly staff and shown where I needed to go and that is where I met DJ. DJ was great, he did all the paperwork quickly, checked out the van and cut me a check with no problems. If you need to get rid of your old vehicle and want a decent price for it get ahold of LKQ!

Why don't they open the doors at 8 am. It's summer time people lined up at the door on Saturday we all standing here wish we could get in get our parts and get on with our day. The employees are standing inside looking at us smoking their cigarettes I would change this if I were incharge

If you want to sell or junk you car in the surrounding areas this is the place to do it and of course you will need proof of purchase and that your the owner of the vehicle that you are junking and selling. They are a great team and for first timers they will walk you through everything you need to know. I will say one thing their pick up tow fee isnt that bad if you cant get the car there yourself. Give them a call

They were late picking up my vehicle and did not call me an hour beforehand but they were very kind and quick. I would definitely be willing to sell any future cars to them or maybe even shop for parts.

Terrible service. Their prices online do not match what they end up being at the counter. So don't believe what is on their web site. You can buy new things online for your vehicle for the same prices they are charging. The front counter cashiers have no clue what the parts are that they are charging you for. I won't be back!!! Ever!

Went for some parts for my Acura and an aux port for a civic, didn't have the parts I needed for the Acura but they had the aux port, when to pay for it and the young lady said your good and didn't charge me for it they are 56.0 new from the dealer. Cool staff highly recommend and I appreciate their service.

Very friendly, they offer a map to make finding the vehicle you need easy and fast. The prices they give you is great. Went for a door latch for my truck, new it is $115. Went to LKQ and got the latch and the catch plate for $13 and it was in new condition.

Called to sell a truck and got an offer which i would have accepted had it not been for them telling me that they had the right to lower their price after they pick it up and do further inspection. Which means i would have to pick up the truck 2 days later if i didnt like the offer. I would sooner watch the truck be crushed for nothing than make a deal like that.

The staff is very nice and the online inventory neas correct. It was quick and simple to get on and off the yard and they had wheelbarrows for you. Pricing is fair and upfront.

LKQ has got there business rolling. I like the place. I'll tell you what else is rolling ; The prices they charge for used parts are often more than brand new ones . Convenience and the out right fun of rolling around your wheel barrow , and tearing automobiles apart are factors in the inflated or prices. I'll go back

The yard itself is fine. But good luck trying to get ahold of anyone if you can't get to the physical location. For 2 weeks I've called, I've emailed, I've done the online deal, trying to see if theyll buy my car. I've done business with them before and had trouble reaching them but I could just stop in and ask someone back then. Now it's impossible.

This used to be my favorite yard. Now, most of the staff are rude and unhelpful. Fee to get in went up. Plus, they charge an "environmental" fee that's non refundable if the part you purchased was no good. I drove an hour one way two days in a row to purchase and return a bad part. I've done nothing but waste time and money with this place the last few times I've been here.

I just went up there and got to seat belt out of a truck $80. That was the most horrible experience I've had in a they don't document their parts $80 for two seat belts. And also that was supposed to be discount

Pretty good selection of "pull a part" type of parts. They do have inventory listing online so you can see if they have the car you are looking for before you go there. It was $3 to get in and walk thru the yard. Prices are within reason of what you would expect.

Great experience, they have carts and wheel barrows to haul tools and parts around. Always has a revolving stock as well.
