If you're in need of an honest and trustworthy mechanic who will take care of you and your vehicle, Parrish Auto is the place to go. I brought my car in with major issues and the folks here did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need but worked with me to get the best solution possible based on my engine issues. The price was amazing, too!!!

My step daughter broke down in Savannah. I was unable to do the work myself as I live a few states away. Parrish Auto was prompt, professional and honest about repair needed and price was far below the other estimate that we received.Very pleased with the service. She will be going there for any future repairs. Thank you so much!

I am grateful to have found Parrish Auto Repair. Anthony was so friendly and offered exceptional customer service and direction. He spent plenty of time with me explaining everything about the issue I was having with my car.I had a very odd issue with my Subaru Outback. On my initial call he spent plenty of time with me explaining the various scenarios of problems/solutions and invited me in for a diagnosis. I was able to bring my car almost immediately and the actual problem was MUCH LESS than originally anticipated and far less expensive to fix. He could have easily recommended the most expensive fix and I'd be none the wiser. He is very honesty and just wants to get your car right so you're on your way. He is flexible and easy to work with.Gives me great pleasure to say Anthony and the guys at Parrish Auto are "Good Guys" who I whole heartedly recommend.

Great service, and extremely honest.I went in for a second opinion on the issue that my former garage had told me needed to be addressed, $2000+ and 10HR of labor. Parrish fixed the actual issue for under $1000 and did it by EOD. I ll be a dedicated customer for years.

I am a critic. In most scenarios, I am very pessimistic when it comes to trusting the work of any mechanic so with that being said, I hope this review enlightens you.I en-route driving from NYC to my home in South FL when my Lexus IS250 shut off in the middle of nowhere, South Carolina.Mind you, I had no idea where I was - and I needed a mechanic ASAP. Triple AAA towed me 150+ miles to Savannah, GA. Aka, Parrish Auto Repair.I will keep the story short and sweet. Tony, could have easily lied to me and told me that my vehicle needed a different kind of repair. Instead, I was astonished to hear that Tony simply wanted to replace a fuel pressure sensor. Not only that, he tried to cut back on cost by not purchasing other components that were not necessary in the repair of my vehicle.Little to his knowledge, I had a friend who worked at a Lexus dealer in South Fl. Who confirmed, that if Tony were to replace the same component via the dealership, it would easily be quadruple the price that he was quoting me.Tony, fixed my car in rapid time. The repair cost was beyond reasonable. The customer service was great.I would highly recommend this shop to any person that is coming across Parrish Auto repair.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Parish Auto Repair is the BEST! I ended up not having work done on our car, and it was Tony who honestly gave me the truth about the problems and costs to repair the car. The car had a blown engine and doing the repair would put me way behind the actual value of the car. He could have said anything just to get me to have him do the work, but instead gave me the hard truth AND he let me keep the car on his site while I struggled to find a buyer. Every person that will listen to me, I will tell them to get your car repaired at Parish Auto Repair.

Garbage place full of scam artists and swindlers, don t ever get your auto work done from here all they ll do is not even bother fixing the problem and rip you off, like they did with me. They had my car for a week, they hung up on me multiple times, ignored my calls, and proceeded to break multiple sensors on my car and try to gaslight me saying that some other mechanic had worked on the car when it had not been serviced since they last worked on it.

Absolutely worse human being I ve ever spoken to. My husband is deployed just pcs to the area no family no one with two small children and my vehicle won t start called to explain what was going on because I m stranded with two babies but because someone else touched the vehicle I was chewed out disrespected and hung up on while I was crying for help didn t even offer to help in anyway. I had someone else try to fix the vehicle prior to this because I was desperate as a mother with no operating vehicle and away from everything and everyone an my husband is currently deployed I was just trying to resolve the issue. Absolutely horrible service inhuman individual I spoke to. Disgusting behavior. As long as I m paying for the service why treat a potential customer this way or why not just be nice and say you don t feel comfortable touching the vehicle anything but talking to me in a disgusting way, being rude, disrespected, yelling at me, then hang up on me. That behavior is just unacceptable.

I called ahead of time to let them know my college student would be bringing the car there with a strange engine noise. The guy on the phone was curt and not very friendly but I wrote it off since they had such great reviews. He told us to bring the car in by 9am on Friday and they would take a look. She brought it in and someone immediately told her they don t work on hybrids, even though the guy on the phone said there were some things he could take care of even though it is a hybrid. My daughter told them this and then they agreed to drive it. They came back and immediately said she would have to go to the dealer. Fine. Then the guy said she shouldn t even have a car because she lives downtown and she should be riding a bike everywhere. He was extremely rude and made her feel stupid and unwelcome. She is very young and knows nothing about cars. Maybe they do great mechanical work but customer service needs some work. Just be nice to people guys Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't recommend Parrish Auto enough. I fully trust them and have always received excellent service for very reasonable prices for my Honda Civic. They always do a fantastic job, the staff is super friendly, and I always have a pleasurable experience.

My son called me at 7:30 am, i am in Michigan, son attending school in Savannah. Dropped the car off at 11am, and had it back by 5pm (water pump). I my case it worked out perfect. My car died and I had it towed to Parrish Auto Repair. They were super nice and had my car fixed within the day! So happy I chose to have it towed to them. If you are in need of a car repair, I highly recommend.

My wife and I have only ever used dealership service centers on our cars, but after several bad experiences with a bad dealership I decided to try something more local. Everyone had said how great Parrish was, and the reviews looked good well, let me tell you IT S ALL TRUE! From the phone call, to the drop off, to the diagnostic and return, Parrish s guys were more honest, friendlier and more efficient than anything we ve dealt with for a long while! It was a breath of fresh air and a godsend to discover a mechanic that doesn t run away with your money! They had the chance to charge me more I m sure (I had a laundry list of things I thought needed maintenance) but they were upfront and considerate enough to let me know what I needed and didn t. I ll only be bringing my cars to Parrish from now on. Hell, I m already looking forward to it!

My daughter's Jeep blew a brake line on the way home from Charlotte to Savannah and I needed to find a reputable auto mechanic from 824 miles away. Parrish was recommended by other SCAD parents and I can honestly say that they were spot on. Tony Parrish took great care of my daughter's Jeep and his pricing was honest and fair. He took the time to call me and let me know what the issue was and it was repaired in a timely manner. If you are a SCAD parent with a kid who has a car in Savannah that needs any sort of repair consider Parrish Auto. Honest, fair, and a pleasure to deal with.

I've always taken my vehicle to the dealer for repairs, and every time I paid thousands of dollars, and nobody gave me any real information beyond how much it would cost. Today was my first visit to Parrish Auto Repair, and Tony took the time to show me the readings on the diagnostic computer, and he even drew me a diagram to explain how my vehicle's engine worked and exactly what was happening. He told me to go buy a product that's less than $10, try it this weekend, and come back on Monday to re-evaluate. Like most women, I've never had a mechanic take the time to show me what was happening in my own vehicle. Tony took the time to chat with me about my car like we were old friends. It was incredibly refreshing, and I have never had such a positive experience at an auto repair shop. I will tell EVERYONE who will listen to come here!

FANTASTIC. My wife and I were on vacation in Savannah for a few days. We experienced some car trouble coming down and were unsure of the issue. We took it in and Tony, the owner, spoke directly to us. He immediately tested the battery despite other things going on, which of course ended up being the issue. He could have easily done the repair and replacement himself but directed us to the local Ford dealership (so that it could be covered under warranty), pulled some strings, and pushed us past a three week delay in getting in. We were truly shown Savannah hospitality and are so grateful to be back and enjoying our vacation!Thank you!!

Cant recommend these guys enough. Brought my car in to get my AC checked out, they had it fixed up within 24 hours and were extremely friendly and open about what the problem was and how they were going to fix it up. I had nearly gotten badly scammed at a previous repair shop for the same issue, so I am extremely grateful to Parrish for being honest with me and getting my AC patched up :)

As we were leaving Savannah from a girl s trip, my friends car alternator died completely. We were lucky to be 2 blocks away from Parrish Auto Services! We were told by several locals that it was a good place to go for service. They were right! The mechanics went out of their way and beyond to get the new alternator and battery replaced within a very short time of 1 hour. We could not be more grateful for their services. One of the mechanics even came the 2 blocks to charge the battery with his battery pack which saved us from having to get it towed. These people really care about their fellow man (woman). Great people! Great work!

I live around the corner. I started a project to remove a part from my car and didn't have the proper tools. I drove over and they were nice enough to loan me the tools I needed at no charge. I was a total stranger. That's great customer service.

They fixed the harmonic balancer on my van for the best price around. Were informational about what they were doing to my van and did a once over for me bc I'm going on a road trip soon. I will definitely be making this my go to place for an vehicle repairs.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Savannah from Michigan. It was our first day of sightseeing and our passenger side door latch broke and would not lock. We saw Parrish Auto Repair was close and had good reviews. We called and they told us to come right by and they would take a look. Tony got the part we needed ordered right there and got us in the very next day. We had such a great experience and Tony was extremely helpful, even giving us tips and suggestions for our visit in Savannah while we waited for the car to be fixed. A very genuine person and businessman who you can tell has a passion for what he does and truly cares about helping people.

Great locally-owned mechanic shop. Prices are very fair, and they won t charge you for unnecessary parts/service.My 2011 Jetta was having clutch issues, and I thought the whole clutch would need to be replaced. Over the phone the owner said it was likely just the master cylinder, which was cheaper to replace than the whole clutch. When I brought it to the shop, turns out the clutch linkage just needed to be tightened, so my car was repaired after a couple hours of labor. No charge for parts, saving me a lot of money.Parrish Auto is the only shop I ll use in town, and I highly recommend them.

I've been going to Tony for repairs since I moved to Savannah. He always gets my repairs done in a very timely manner. Not only that, I was out of town (in DC) and had an issue with one of the parts he had put in my car. Not only did Tony personally speak to the mechanic in DC, but he coordinated with the warranty company to make sure the cost was covered under warranty. I highly recommend Parrish Auto for any repairs/maintenance you may need. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I first took my car there with an ac issue after a recommendation from a friend. After two days of over night troubleshooting my intermittent air conditioning ducting issue the owner called with bad news the repair would cost over $400. They continued to diagnose and found the real problem was much cheaper. I have had cold air above my feet in my car ever since!Some might not see this the same way I do. Saying a bait and switch to a make the actual estimate more palatable. I can't disagree enough. They continued to look and fix this sporadic issue to a positive resolution without guessing at parts for me pay for! I trust them completely.I have used them for all my vehicles for power steering issues, brake line replacements. They are upfront and easy to deal with!

Hi I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents. They were traveling from OK to FL. via a scenic route to take my mother to the Mayo Clinic. Their vehicle broke down and Geico would provide them no assistance. They literally left them stranded on the road. But some people at a gas station gave my dad the number of this garage. This wonderful man, Tony, the owner who closes at 5:00 PM but stayed late with his crew, sent a wrecker to pick up my parents and their vehicle, and are currently working on repairing it at 6:30 pm so my parents can make it to Jax for my mother's appt in the morning. Not many people like this left in the world. In this time of unrest and COVID, I wanted to leave a review (my first ever as I normally don't take the time to publicly acknowledge the kindness of small business owners) of gratitude and praise for this wonderful business owner and his entire team. This gentleman needs to be recognized as a great samaritan and great business man. I've only lived in Savannah 3 years, and this was my first need for auto repair. Parrish's was recommended by a couple of friends, long time Savannah residents. They did about twice the work (brake job) for about half the estimate from one of the chain shops and gave me tips on how to put off some other expensive repairs on my 12-year-old truck that I drive 100-200 miles per month.Parrish's did what they promised, in the time promised, in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. I can't imagine going anywhere else next time.

I'm an out-of-towner. I was down in Savannah for work and my Ford E-250 cargo van started running rough and had a check engine light. Went to Autozone, got the codes read, made sense that it would be spark plugs and coils. I really think Parrish treated me fairly and honestly. I really think they know what they're doing, and they communicate well. I am so glad I followed my friend's recommendation for them.
