My experience with O'Reilly was excellent. Mr Tyson was very professional/friendly. He was very knowledgable about the parts that I needed. He asked if I had any questions about the parts that I was purchasing. He was very patient with me during my visit. My hat is off to Mr. Tyson. I told him that his finger nails were well groomed for him to be working in an auto parts shop.

I had to buy a new battery today. I went to the O'Reilly's on Waters. The technician explained my choices; and got the correct battery installed quickly. Great service!

Just stopped by yesterday to pick up a bulb for my car's low beam. The young man , Brannen I believe, was great. He helped find the correct bulb and actually installed them for me. Great folks!

The website was happy to sell me a battery that did not fit my vehicle and fortunately, Tyson was there to sort it all out for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and even put the correct battery in my vehicle for me. He had me on the road in minutes.

I got some bearings here yesterday and they are great!It was an adventure to be remembered.First the master press tool is great but does not work with certain Honda assemblies.However a BFH and some determination got the bearing off but the inner race separated and remained stuck firmly on the spindle, I cut it off and put the new bearings on but when I attempted to reassemble the car they were different.When I returned Alvin said "we'll do what we must to make it right" and that's exactly how the evening went.I'm impressed and thankful to have worked with Alphonso, he was very helpful and Alvin is the kind of manager more places need to be great places of business.I highly recommend this store, and chain.Keep up the good work and God bless you guys!

Donald helped me replace a battery today. I know that s pretty standard but his customer service was phenomenal. He s just a super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and i can tell his coworkers really like him too because they were picking on him a lot in a very playful way.

Went in for a relatively easy fix. Key fob battery replacement. However since this is my only fob and the only way car turns on I was a bit nervous.Ace (this is a nickname) was super helpful and nice. She helped me figure how how to get the fob open and even opened the battery pack and threw away the trash.Smiled and was very polite and friendly.Nice work, Ace!

Very knowledgeable. Helped me greatly even through the tropical storm weather. Saved me money. I come back again 2wks later for brake pads on Friday afternoon. Best customer service always at this store. Everyone here is very caring and helpful.

I don't usually stop here because it's on the opposite side of town from me but I needed wiper blades and google took me here. The woman that helped me was sooo nice and made me feel good about the blades I chose. I had no idea that 10 dollar blades (each now...don't be suspicious) still existed but they do! She said no matter how much they cost they should still be replaced every 6 months. Before I could even grab the purchase she already had them in her hand walking me out to install them. I wish I caught her name but it must be some form of AWESOMESS!! Everyone there was assisting customers..installing batteries, checking oil. It was great so..THANK YOU!:)

I like the customer service that I received here. Some places I've been because I'm a woman, the men in the place sometime Overlook you as if you didn't need help. But they treated me with respect and gave me good customer service and answer all my concerns. Furthermore I purchased some windshield wipers and they were even willing to put them on my car.

Was given the wrong harmonic balancer puller by the clerk at the desk. He was very distracted while talking on his cell phone and tending to me at the same time. Had to take it back and he did not even apologize. Very unprofessional. Will be renting/borrowing my tools from Dvance Auto Parts on Skidaway from now on.

The manager helped me get a refund on my alternator after another store refused to do it.I even explained that I had to do 3 warranty exchanges on it in less than 18 months.

Great experience. The woman was very polite and knew what she was looking for. I ordered several parts and thought I would be there for and hour. It took 15 minutes. Good job. Her name was Shaina.

This is going to be my regular parts shop from now on! I went in to get the somewhat obscure evap vent solenoid (I certainly didn t know what it was before some research). Shoutout to the amazing Alvin, who not only found the right part and fittings, but even showed me how to install it! Excellent service, don t hesitate to go!

People were super nice, picked up an online order several weeks after the fact. They called and politely left messages (2) in hopes I would come by. Even with that frustration, they knew who I was and filled my order rapidly without condescension. Good peoples

I'm a Manager from South Carolina just in town visiting and needed my battery charged. Unfortunately I had to purchase a new battery. Hazz at this location has great customer service and helped me with my purchase along with Battery Gel and Terminal Covers to prolong the life of my battery and prevent corrosion. I wish I had 10 of Hazz at my business. Thank you. District Manager get this man a gift card.

The first time I went into the store, I got a guy that looked like a teenager, and it was right at closing time. He was ready to go, and he sold me the wrong parts. This time I was greeted and received excellent customer service. The salesman got the parts for me and allowed me to wait out the thunderstorm inside the store. I really like getting items from them.

Channel was a great help! She went above and beyond and even hooked me up with a personal me mechanic the same day I needed new components to fix my 2013 Hyundai Accent.I had to tow my car here after getting a vehicle from K & L auto sales on 2020 Montgomery. The dealership gave me a vehicle intentionally with the engine running. They went to grab it from the lot AFTER grabbing the key (over half an hour of waiting to receive).The vehicle did not have issues before, but I got it back with alternator/starter issues, only for me to find out after turning the car off.So on, when I explained my situation dealing with another business, I was steered in the right direction and helped in ways beyond that of which many managers normally do for paying customers. I recommend seeing Channel for all your customer service, diagnosis, and maintenance needs. Thank you!

Just came in for a new battery and was helped by Patrick. He made what could have been a day ruiner into a short easy trip! He was sweet and helpful and even replaced my battery for me in the parking lot! Thanks so much! I'll definitely be back!

I checked at one location their inventory showed that they had the battery that I needed but turns out they didn't or at least couldn't find. I was then pointed in the direction of another store location. I checked after work. I went into the store and asked one of the associates if he could get the battery out of the car for me and without hestitation he did. He waited on me the entire time. He checked his inventory and found what I needed. He rang up my purchase and took the battery back to my car. Awesome service.

Service was fine, but employees were not wearing masks during this pandemic..... every customer had masks on including myself....I went to 3 places looking for a part, this was the 4th place...every other business employees had on masks...why is O'reilly's not protecting customers by wearing masks? I won't go back.

My check engine light came on, so I called O'Reilly's and I was told that they could do a free diagnostic check. So I went into the store and there was one customer in front of me. After he checked out, I was the only other person in the store, and the man behind the counter said that I would have to wait until the other employee came to the front because he could not leave the counter unattended. That was fine, I waited. Five minutes later, there were 4 other customers in the store. All of them eventually checked out, and the other employee even came to the front for a minute and helped check people out. After the last person was checked out, the other employee went to the back of the store, and it was just me and the original employee again. He looked at me and asked if I needed something, like we didn't just talk 25 minutes ago. I said yes, I need a diagnostic check done. He said okay and walked into the back of the store, I figured to get the tool. Nope. He stayed in the back of the store for 10 minutes. I waited. Eventually he came out of the back, and I figured, okay now I can get this test done. Nope. He opened the cash register, got some money out, and went back into the office. I waited another 10 minutes before eventually just leaving. I stood for almost an hour waiting to get a diagnostic check, and I didn't even get it. The thing that I am most mad about is that he told me the reason that he couldn't do it right when I came in was because he couldn't leave the front of the store unattended, then proceeded to leave the front counter unattended for 20 minutes while he was in the office. I ended up just buying a code reader from amazon. It'll take a full day to get here, but I assume that's how long I would've had to wait anyway to get it done at O'Reilly's. This sort of thing has happened every time I go into this O'Reilly's store. I get ignored, like I don't belong there. Ladies, if you want to be treated like a normal person, and not like an idiot that doesn't know how cars work, go to autozone.

I knew something was up once I walked in and seen all the associates with no mask on. I walked in and waited in line, while waiting three more people walked in and Miss Ashley decided to assist them instead of me then asked if I needed something afterwards when she made direct eye contact with me upon my arrival. However, Mr.Haiseem was able to get my situated handled and took care of me. I will not be returning to this establishment
