Great selection and an absolutely wonderful staff! This location is the one I trust for the overall routine maintenance of my vehicle. The store manager, Mr. Williams, is professional, friendly and efficient. His employees follow suite with the phenomenal level of service provided by Mr. Williams' example. I highly recommend this location!

I know they re a little more expensive than Auto Zone or Advance Auto but well worth it in the end The people working there are more knowledgeable it seems and are always willing to go beyond what s needed Really like the location and selection offered We will definitely continue on being repeat customers

My daughter and I are visiting Savannah and needed parts for our Subaru. Ms. Kay ordered the parts for us and said they'd arrive a little after 3p. When we stopped back by the store to wait for the parts, Sean told us Ms. Kay had gone to meet the parts guy (he was running behind) to make sure we got our parts on time for the mechanic. This is why I shop at O'Reilly's Auto Parts! The customer service is always the best!

Went in to get my windshield wiper sorted because the O Reilly on Waters had sold me the wrong size despite looking up my make & model then refused to help me put it on. I brought the incorrect wiper to this location where Jay got me sorted with correct size & helped me install it as well as tighten the nut of my windshield transmission (which was a large source of most of my problems). Jay really saved my day there & made my week by going above and beyond!!!!!! Thank you so much, I will only be going to this location from now on.

Been using O, Reilly for years and never have be disappointed. Can in to get the right parts switched out was so easy and quick had to do it twice tonight. And there customer service is 5 stars Willam and the other customer service specialist lyron made the issue easy to fix. I'm a very pleased customer sincerely Savannah Gene

Thank you O Reilly Auto Parts Store.The assistant manager Mr. Williams (Army Veteran) is very knowledgeable and helpful.He assist people with parts and sometimes with installing help.The staff is nice and helpful.The store is well stocked and organized.(5) stars thanks again, Mr. Williams and thank you for your service to our country.I highly recommend Mr. Williams.

Came here to dump some used oil, was surprised that they make you do it yourself and dispose of your own container, meaning after you've dumped the oil and the outside is compromised, you have to lug an empty container back to your vehicle and find a safe way to dispose of it on your own. The staff was very friendly and accommodating otherwise.

I will not be returning to this location any time soon. Today I was approached by an older telling me to "go get my mask". I further showed him my paperwork from my health provider explaining as to why I am advised against wearing them. He told me to leave his store as I would not be helped even though I was just in there a couple of hours prior. I try not to go places that aren't a necessity. Unfortunately what I came to purchase wasn't available online quick enough. I won't be returning to this location. I understand the gentleman was just doing his job, but there are ways to address things. This was not the way to do this.

I always love coming to this store for my whatever my car needs. Mrs. White is very knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to lend a help and hand. When I was walking on a cane I needed windshield wipers, I called the store for her and she came outside and put them on herself. She's amazing and O'Reilly's is lucky to have her!

I give my biggest thanks to Josh, Brianna and Johnny. They went over and beyond to help me when my alternator blew on my pickup. They showed me that humanity still exsist. I will be forever grateful for every kind act they did to ensure me and my 1 year old daughter was safe, thanks a bunch you guys!! Extraordinary service and love shown.

Had car trouble traveling from Maryland to Florida. The employee working went above and beyond expectations with helping me resolve my car problem. He took the time to diagnose the issue and instructed me how to fix the issue. He saved me several hundred dollars and my vacation. It is nice to know there are people still out there that care. What an exemplary employee.

I stood in line with 5 items in my hand wanting to just pay and go while 1 employee was helping someone, the other was talking with a customer stareing at a computer screen discussing something they didn't seen to understand. The 3rd employee was in back making noise, so there was someone that could have ran a register for people in line waiting to checkout. I was not the only one waiting. I ended up putting everything back and went elsewhere. The other auto stores will ask when they see you with your arms full if you were ready to check out, then call someone up to run a register.

Thanks for scaring my wife and making her cry because you burned yourself on a radiator. Her 2017 BMW needed coolant. It was NOT over heating and because the employee refused to be a man and put coolant in it she is crying in the parking lot. Not to mention stressed to the max already. Pure cowardice.

Was really disappointed. I'm new to this area and when I lived in Fayetteville I did a lot of business there at O'Reilly's. While visiting your store I asked if I could have a 2018 calendar and the gentleman I was speaking with was very reluctant and given me one, which I found very disappointing. He said it was only for commercial accountants.

The staff is very friendly and professional they help with all your automotive needs and if you can't find something in the store they will show you where it is if they do not carry it they will order it highly recommended I rather shop here than advanced Auto parts or AutoZone

Walk in with your mask on and stand there for hours never get any help ... However forget your mask and you will know it the second you walk through the door O'Reilly really needs a management change at this location

You can fin most of your car parts in hior. If nat can order them. A good plase to get car parts.
