Peter helped me when my car wouldn t crank and I had no way to check the state of my battery while I was 3 hours from home. The guy didn t even give me a chance to remove the dead one and reinstall the new one myself before he was done with it. Great guy, extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone.

Alvin and his crew are great folks. Very helpful and knowledge in getting you what you need. They even install batteries, wipers, and other small stuff when you buy them there. Which is fantastic if you have an issue and don't have tools with you. They also have a rent a tool program to help you get the job done.

Very unknowledgeable staff. The young man could only show me the location of the item I needed but couldn't answer the simplest questions. Even with pictures that clearly showed what was needed. Friendly customers helped out and got me on my way in just a few minutes.

They helped me find the right part and even installed it for me. O'Reilly Auto Parts is the only auto parts store I patronize, because the staff are consistently excellent, no matter in which store I happen to be.

Just want to shout out Travis and the guys working with him today. We're moving down to FL and our car stopped working. We had to pull off 95S to the nearest auto parts store, O'Reilly. They were all super nice and really tried to help us diagnose the issues in our car. He even offered us water bottles, so sweet. It's a nasty humid, hot day and the AC in our car was not coming out cold. We bought refrigerant and thankfully the AC started to work. We will definitely get the clutch fixed and the transmission fluid changed as soon as we get to FL as per Travis and all the guys instruction. Thank you again!!!

I came in needing a bulb for my headlight and met a very nice and courteous young man by the name of Chris. He not only got me what I needed but he also installed it very quickly. I was extremely impressed with his product knowledge on vehicles. He is definitely an asset to the company!#5Stars

Sincerely I called ahead and I asked a representative over the phone if they specifically had jump boxes available!! I asked for the least expensive jump box and was it in stock as I was on foot I was told that the jump box was in fact in stock. I arrived to retrieve the jump box and to my surprise there is not one on the shelf Reid didn t seem to care that someone gave me the wrong information made me walk over a mile! This is also the same location that we had trouble with doing a warranty battery exchange!!!

I went here for a oil cooler for the engine, he told me my car didn t have a oil cooler for the engine and brought one for the transmission. After showing him the oil cooler for the engine online he magically found it. I bought 3 parts from the store, the man did not offer to help me carry them to the car at all. He also gave me the wrong water pump so now I have to find a way back to the store to return it bcuz I already dropped my car off to the shop

Myself and 4 other local car enthusiasts were having a conversation in the car barn about cars we are restoring, and where we purchase our parts from came up in the conversation. I felt it was worthy of mentioning that all of us agreed that O'Reilly Auto Parts at 5981 Ogeechee Road in Savannah, GA was our favorite. All of us agreed that the main reason was because the staff at this particular location is exceptional at helping customers with their needs. I wasn't terribly surprised when I mentioned that my preference was a young man named Cid (register receipts always say "Robert"), and all of the others agreed, because he always goes the extra mile to help us look up parts, will order whatever is not available in stock, and generally acts respectful and as if he appreciates us as customers. To be perfectly honest, all of us are comfortably retired and restore classics as a hobby. We can afford to shop wherever we want, but will continue to bring our business to this store as long as the exceptional customer service continues. Please pass our thanks along to the Ogeechee Road staff, and especially Cid ( Robert ).

Went in today to purchase a headlight. The Assistant Manager, forgot to get his name, was phenomenal! I asked if it was hard to replace the headlights and he said that he would check it out, and if it wasn't too hard he would go ahead and replace them for me, which he did in the rain. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. He just made a customer for life.

Not helpful, asked for a flathead and got a prybar and was told it should work, another employee asked for the "red thing that does this *motions his hands like a rachet*.... how can you know about "auto parts, if you don't know anything about tools? Also only helped certain people...

My alternator light came on as I neared my place of employment last Friday morning. I knew it needed to be replaced so I called the Ogeechee store across from Wal-Mart to check on availability. They did and I bought it that evening after work. I did not have my belt-tensioner tool so I borrowed theirs with the intent of swapping it out in the parking lot. All went well until I attempted to reinstall the serpentine belt. Brandon noticed that I was struggling at this point and proceeded to install the belt and remove my stuck socket. I had not expected any help and indeed had I kept my tools in the trunk this would have never been a problem. Brandon went above and beyond the usual customer service. I don't know if he is a manager, but in my opinion he should be! Thanks for the GREAT customer service.

The staff is very friendly helpful and personable. They even installed the wiper blades on both my car and my wife s. This will be my go to place for my auto care needs. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this store. I called and communicated with a salesperson (Josh?) that we were on the road to Florida and had mechanical problems and were on our way to the store. We pulled in to the parking lot and were getting out of the car as he was locking the door. I would have hoped that he would have done the decent thing and helped us out instead of leaving us stranded for the night.

I was getting frustrated with changing a simple blinker light in my car and I finally went in and asked for help. Kevin came out and realized I put the bulb in wrong. I really appreciate his courtesy and professionalism!

The assistant manager here is unbelievably nice and helpful! I was blown away, he made the experience of recycling my car battery really funny and enjoyable. Shop here, you will be glad you did.

O'Reilly's has never failed me when I need a car part, they seem to carry more variety than their competitors. Their website can also be used to check stock on particular items or check prices. The employees are courteous and seem to be knowledgeable about what they are selling. The prices are typical of what you will find at similar stores. The store is clean, well maintained and easy to access. I will often drive the extra ten minutes to shop at O'Reillys rather than shop at a local parts house.

I came here and wasn't sure what I needed but Mr. Steve made sure to help me out, got me what I needed and my vehicle was sounding better after I left. I'm just not moving on this side but I will be coming back to this location.

This store is 2 mins less than a mile. The service here for me has always been subpar. I've gone in a few times for items and am always hit with some rebuttle about why they can't do the decent thing. Error code in my car, however they tell me they can't read it and give me diag because then they would be liable for giving mechanical advice. Went in today to replace a 12v battery in my 2007 prius. The person working there says he can't replace the 12v battery because it says professional installation. Confused and not having the right tools on me. I just simply stated that I'll go to auto zone in Richmond hill where they promptly got the battery and replaced it for me in less than 10.mins. I do not have any inclination to visit O'Reillys again. I'll just drive 5 miles to autozone.
