These guys are great! My daughter got 2 flat tires at the same time while she was on her way to class. We were going to have to tow the car to get them fixed. I called Nevels' and they were able to get a tech out to her within 20 minutes. He took the tires off, he determined that they couldn't be repaired (there were holes in the side of both tires-he sent pictures to me), and offered both used and new tire options as replacements. He then took the tires over to the tire place, had them take off the damaged tires, put on the new ones and have them balanced. He then took the tires back to her car and put them on. My daughter was able to go to class while he did all the leg work and it was all set when she was done. It was fantastic!

Definitely came to my rescue. Promptly answered my call, very polite, and showed within the time frame given. Quickly fixed my tire problem and was very affordable! I'm definitely keeping them programed in my contacts for future reference.

Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful! As a big rig owner, it is hard very rare to land a mechanic that responds to your calls for service immediately. A1 service in my eyes!Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

I called them at 10:26am and spoke to someone gave them all the information they needed and they told me some one would be contacting me and here it is 2:55pm and nobody never contacted me at all
