We were traveling from out of state and found ourselves suddenly with a noisy exhaust problem. I called and asked about bringing it in and Tommy was extremely nice. I told him we d bring it over in two days when our work conference was done. We walked in and Tommy remembered us right away. He was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. His tech looked at the car and explained every repair needed thoroughly. The tech was also super friendly. Both of them were transparent about the work that needed to be done, and stuff that it needed, but not immediately. The prices were reasonable and competitive. There was a mall near by so my spouse and I walked over there to hang out while the work was done and a few hours later all was complete. They took it for a test drive and double checked it and we were ready to go.Very happy with the service and final result and it s made me even think about giving our local Meineke a chance to do some service for us. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this Meineke, Tommy and his whole team.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto brake replacement

I had an interview issue with the hangers on my muffler/exhaust. It was a Saturday and they were extremely busy. They. we're able to fit me in and they did a better than good job. Very through and all done with a smile. Very nice people. VERY reasonable cost! Definitely will go back!

I wouldn t go here. I m sure they do great work but definitely your typical money hungry mechanic. I took my truck in after having battery problems and changing the alternator, come to find out one of the wires was loose. They charged me $350 to plug it in. I shared that the alternator had been recently replaced and explained further the issues that I was running into. He charged me for 2 hours of diagnostics plus whatever else he said. He plugged in a loose wire. On a component I made him aware about.

Tommy is the best. He's got a good crew who are just as concerned about getting clients vehicles back on the road as he is. Excellent personal service at a fair price.

Very honest, very accommodating. Very focused on taking care of your customers. I feel I can trust this shop with any repair I have need of on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you for being honest, trustworthy and fast and efficient with my car.

During a weekend trip to Savannah, my truck's water pump failed. Tommy was able to get me in the next morning and completed the work same day. They stayed after hours in order to finish the job and even picked me up during his test drive to save me an Uber trip. Great experience overall. It's evident that Tommy is passionate about treating the customer right. He goes above and beyond!

I have been going to Tommy at Meineke for years. He has always completed my work in a very timely matter and I have never had to take my vehicle back once on any work he has done & it is so reasonably priced. Won t take my vehicles any where else.

Was just in recently for an exhaust system replacement and a tune-up for my 2008 Volkswagen. The guys at meineke did a great job. Car runs like I first bought it. I wouldn't suggest going anywhere else. Go to the boys at meineke.

Most excellent service.. I needed serious work done on my car and I was in a jam.. meineke came through 100 %... The manager Tommy was very professional and courteous a long with the staff.. I recommend this car center to all my friends.. outstanding work..

I had an excellent experience at Meineke Car Care Center! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the necessary repairs and costs upfront.I was impressed with their efficiency; they completed the work on my car within the estimated time frame, and the quality of the repairs was outstanding. Tommy is an amazing person and owner who has went out of his way to fix my car himself he has been dealing with my vehicles for as long as he been there, around 10 years. I had a problem with my Kia not getting enough power to accelerate. I took it to Meineke and they found out what the problem was. I was back on the road with in two day. If your having problem with your exhaust i would try them first. Thanks guys.

I dropped my car off and they got me right in and told me it would be about an hour and a half to two hours and when I called back about 2 hours later she said she had to check with the guy who did the work and she called me back within 15 minutes like she promised she would and told me the car was ready. So very punctual with what they tell you and no hidden surprises when you go to pay the bill. The quote they give you is the price you pay.I'll be returning there as I have an issue with my passenger side window and I just noticed that they do window repair so I will be going back and talking to them about repairing my window.Service: Air conditioning

It's sad when a repair shop takes a whole month to fix your vehicle only for it to fail less than an hour of picking it up. Then to top it off customer is charged a diagnostic fee to figure out what the issue is. Don't ever bring your vehicles to this location. They obviously have amateurs doing the work!!! Will never ever do business there again.Service: Exhaust

I have never encountered someone as friendly and helpful as Tommy. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Calvin, the technician, was also very friendly, professional and informative. On top of that, the prices are some of the best in town! Tough to get in to see these guys and gals but if you can, I'd highly recommend! In the simplest way I know to describe, my vehicle was really f'd up, and they fixed it. Friendly, informative and hard working. I'm new to Savannah and will be sticking with them should anything else go wrong.

Tommy was good with me until he was the last person to take my tire off and cross threaded the Lug. With it being cross threaded I was denied service at another tire place .Tommy wouldn t even take accountability . That s BAD business !

I would not use this meineke again nor would I recommend it. A couple of months ago I towed my car here because it would not start. They said it was the starter motor and replaced it. Well a week ago my car would not start again. Got it towed once again back here because everybody I talked to said it sounded like the starter again. Turned out it was and they had to replace it again because some piece broke on the original one they gave me. This was all under warranty and they did not charge me for it. They also broke a sensor while replacing the starter the second time that they also had to fix at no cost. This all sounds good, however when I got my car back things had been stolen out of it. Either by employees or by somebody who broke in overnight. Either they forgot to lock my car or just don t have any security. They have not gotten back to me about any of the things that were stolen nor have they reimbursed for the second tow because their part broke. If anybody actually sees this, I ll just give an update. It was two stars but I took it down to one. The second starter they gave me also broke so I had to tow my car back a third time. They then proceeded to lie to me and say they told me that if my car broke down I could call them and they would tow it for me. This was never said to me by anybody working at this shop. They also said it states this in the warranty, which it does not. I have read that one page of paper from top to bottom. I did call them after their response to my first review and the girl took my info and said the owner would contact me, which they have not done. Potentially they are getting bad starters which is not their fault. That s their supplier. But they also might be getting fine parts and breaking them upon installation. I don t know which is true. But mechanic work apart, every other aspect of their service is unacceptable. Lying and stealing or unsecure storage of your vehicle are plenty of reasons not to visit this business.Service: Engine repair

This location performed a detailed inspection of my KIA Rio's AC unit - particularly checking for leaks - before charging the unit. The technician showed me two leak points discovered using a special dye formula.The technician explained to me how the dye reveals leaks, pointed out the leaky hose(s) that needed replacement, and said they could order the hoses and repl them to complete the repair as soon as the parts came in.Meineke called me 4 days later when the parts arrived. They replaced the hoses and charged my car's AC system in a timely and professional manner (while I waited) just as they said.I have cool/cold AC for the upcoming heatwave now!
