Excellent quality service and extremely easy to talk to about any issues at hand. Great team work all around from being greeted at the door and driving away with great customer satisfaction they never miss. I m usually a client for oil changes and tire management at another Mavis location in Savannah, but after a recent visit I instantly recognized a drastic decline in leadership and morale. I decided to take a chance and go to this Victory Dr location and I was instantly greeted by Shawn who is both professional and knowledgeable! I didn t realize he was the manager until later. He is a humble leader who leads a great team! There s nothing misleading or unclear, as a customer who understands vehicles to a decent degree, I still have questions and concerns- which Shawn expressed clarity and confidence with excellent communication. I ll be going to this location regularly now! Thankyou Shawn & his crew!!! A++++

These folks are the best in the business. I will never take my truck anywhere else for tire/brake work. Not only are they reasonable with pricing, they literally will show you and explain what your issues are. They are real people who care and who want you to be safe and secure out on the road. Jason and Dina were amazing. Brought my car and my wife's car in today for an alignment as well as my wife needed tires. I asked for my car to be checked to see if I needed and tune up( which it didn't) Jason showed me what the diagnostic report said and was honest with me that I didn't need a tune up just the alignment. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need as other shops have done in the past. We were walking ins this morning at about 12 o clock and they had us in and out with in a reasonable time frame. I wish I could give more stars for the service I received today. I will be coming to this location any time my wife or I need work done on our vehicle that they provide service for.

Brought my truck in as a walk in for 2 tires needing patches and was immediately met with a great attitude. Wonderful staff, Jimmy the manager was very personable and helped me more than I had expected. Told me 30 minutes and sure enough, in just about that time, my truck was ready waiting for me. Thank you so much

I came in for an alignment, and Jimmy caught my tires that were about to blow from sidewall shred. Everyone is nice, and patient with people like myself that aren't super well versed in vehicle maintenance. Jimmy, Dina and all the other techs in the shop got me back on the road in what felt like record time.

I needed a tire changed 30 minutes before closing, & they were nice to do it, without an appointment. Service was great, & inexpensive.

Jimmy is an amazing employee! He was very informative and willing to work with me with my last-minute add-ons. I also witnessed Jimmy helping an elderly customer who was hard of hearing. The level of care and patience he displayed was top-tier. Thank you Jimmy for exhibiting true customer service!! You deserve a raise.

I could not be happier with the recent service I received at Mavis Auto Service! My car needed alignment. jason general manager at Mavis immediately helped me and solve my issue immediately he helped in every possible way I had a good experience. Customer service is excellent and they live by the golden rule. I highly recommend them!

Called in because other location could not honor my appointment Jimmy worked me right in and was able to get the price where it needed to be to match other location. Fast Friendly Service I will be coming to this location from now on instead of Whitmarsh .

My tire had a nail in it coming from work and was too late to get it plugged. I then call mavis tire on victory and Jason the GM gave me fast service on my tire. He was nice and very respectful. Thanks

Went for a tire patch (which is now $40), and that side of things was fine. GM was great and personable but my issue is with whoever drove my vehicle after everything was done. They left oil/grease all over my steering wheel, my seat and my center console. Took me a few hours to get everything out. I have never written a review but this was completely uncalled for and easily avoidable. I won't be back

On Friday morning I had an appointment for new tires, an alignment , as well as an oil change. The Victory Drive store manager was very pleasant and professional. My bill of 950.00 was paid and I went on my way. Saturday I was heading to Tybee Island and hear a noise coming from underneath my car. I pulled over and noticed the engine skid plate had dropped in the front hitting the ground. I opened my hood to use a bungee cord to lift it off the ground. I noticed that the wiper fluid cover was open and the oil stick wasn t all the way down. With the missing Honda tire stem covers it looked like someone didn t finish the job and sent me on my way. I contacted the store and spoke with the same manager. He was very apoplectic and told me they were open Sunday at 9am . I was advised to bring it in and my car would be taken care of.I arrived at 9am the employee obviously wanted to be anyplace but work. When I started to explain he became visibly agitated and was not a pleasant person to deal with. I was not about to let him work on my car so I left.I went to the East Anderson street location. The woman behind the desk was very professional and accommodating. They took my car right away, the skid plate had to be zip tied since the bolts were missing. They added the tire stem caps and filled the washer fluid reservoir. Even though I had a poor experience at the Victory Drive store I left feeling confident my car was taken care of.

My wife went in for a new tire and they told her she needed new brakes on her car . They never check the whole car for her only changing the front brakes also not telling her she needs new rear brakes also never saying she needs new rotors front and back .She spent a total of 400 dollars for a new tire and brakes . my wife was driving and are brakes crashed. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE A WOMEN THEY WILL SCAM YOU !!

Mavis over here on victory drive is great they work with me and I didn't know anything about the lifetime warranty of the tires and a girl like me is bad on tires so you know I had to get that! Great service they move in a timely manner and the whole staff is very welcoming

The crew was understanding and making sure I understood what my car needed. Jason was the Gm, Shawn, the assistant manager, and Lorenzo's, the shop manager, who was very professional in handling my car. I appreciate them for their time and effort.

One word of advice! If you call ahead for an estimate, make sure you ask if you are speaking with someone from the store you are going to. Otherwise you could be speaking with a sales rep and they will lie to you to get you to come in. They did me. I was quoted $70 for two tire changes, with my own new tires, and one rotation. He said the rotation was free, it wasn't. And the tire change was actually $99. The shop did take almost two hours to do the work though as well.

Mavis tire on victory drive have been doing my oil changes for years. They have always got what I needed done in a timely manner. The customer service they provide is excellent. I truly appreciate the amazing service.

Had a nail in our tire! The staff was friendly and SWIFT. Less than 10 minutes after we walked in the door, they had our tire fixed and ready! Still kinda shocked at how fast they did that!

Jimmy was an absolutely great help. They were able to find a nail that was hidden between the treads that I could not find after looking a few times.
