While visiting Savannah the valve stem on my car cracked and I had an "almost" flat tire! I had over 500 miles to travel the next day. I happened upon Mavis Tire close to our hotel. What a blessing that was! Marcus took care of my tire right away, replacing the valve stem and making sure all the other tires were good to go. I wasn't in the store over 30 minutes! To top off this amazing customer service, Marcus wouldn't let me pay him! Marcus is a true southern gentleman. I highly recommend his store.

I walked in the young lady there was very professional and kind. I explained to her my situation she said she would speak with someone and see if they could help. It was 2:45 on Saturday 24, 2024 and they were quite busy and double booked but Josh found a opening so that he could help me with the half hour job; did so and allowed me to get on my way back home. While Josh worked he treated me like I was a long time customer almost like a good friend but I had never met him before. I am grateful and thankful for Mavis tire the young lady and Josh. My best to you all.

Best Mechanic shop in Savannah, GA!! I am visiting from LA and was able to replace my tire with no problem! Sanaa was amazing at customer service and able to answer most Mechanic questions. Kelly and Luke were the master mechanics and even helped find my lug key when I displeased it!!! Would be coming here next time I visit for ALL my car issues!!!

Mavis has always been there when we needed them. My wife and I got a flat tire (again) and tried hard to patch it ourselves. After two attempts to patch it (in the Mavis parking lot) we decided to accept our fate and buy a brand new tire. At least we were at a shop, right?? Well when we walked in, the lady behind the counter offered us a free patch for our tire- from the inside! Something we could never do ourselves. The guys in the bay made quick work of our tire patch- right at close, too! The generosity and kindness is above and beyond with everyone we ve spoken to. We will most definitely be choosing Mavis for all of our tire needs going forward. We are so grateful.

I had a flat that could not be repaired and took my car in for a replacement. I bought 4 new tires about a year ago from them and asked for the same tire to be used as the replacement. I picked up the car and noticed it was not the correct tire. I had to call numerous times for them to finally get the correct tire delivered to the shop. Took the car back and was told it was ready. I picked up the car and the correct type of tire was on the wheel but they put a 265 instead of a 235. It was close to closing time so I had them take the wheel with the 265 off and put on the spare. Luke, the manager , ensured me they would put the correct tire on the wheel and be ready when I came back the following day. I arrived the next day for the tire. Luke was gone and no one at the shop knew anything about my tire issue so I had to go into the shop locate my wheel with the 265 and tell the employees what needed to be done. Needless to say I would give them negative stars if possible. I would never let them touch anything I own moving forward. It s unbelievable that a tire shop can get it wrong this many times.

While visiting, my friend and I ran into some pretty nasty car troubles. The kind folks at Mavis were so helpful and provided such good advice. Even when it became clear their shop couldn't make the necessary repairs, they still held the doors open in welcome and showed us ever so much kindness. Thank you! I know this might sounds cliche, but that is true Southern hospitality.

We had a great experience after catching a nail in one of our tires, while traveling through Savannah. we, unannounced, showed up with our problem and quick as a wink Mavis, diagnosed our problem, patched our tire and sent us on our journey and did not charge us for the effort except maybe a review, which we unhesitatingly are giving. They were friendly, very helpful and entirely professional in helping these complete strangers. Thank you.

It was the best customer service I have had in Savannah!Joshua gives me a very special attention and amazing work done!Indeed, I arrived after 5 pm and he did not hesitate in helped me; he was very dedicated and attentive to detail in order to get the services well accomplished.I am 100% satisfied and could not be happier!

Awesome customer service! I had a screw in my tire and they took the time to repair it and get me on the road in 1/2 hour...even though all their bays were full and had cars being worked on before my arrival. I'm confident that this same level of customer service would be applied to any repair or tire replacement at their shop!

Don t hesitate. These guys are the best! A bolt found its way into my tire late in the day on a Friday. Called them up and they took good care of me. Bolt gone. Tire patched. Ready for the weekend. Thank you Josh and company at Mavis!

Could not be more disappointed with my experience at this Mavis. I went in for a simple tire patch. After several hours I noticed my tire was dead flat. I took my vehicle in to another auto shop and discovered that not only was the patch installed improperly, the technician didn't even remove the vinyl adhesive. I spoke with the manager who essentially told me it wasn't their problem because I lived out of state and referred me to call their national office for any sort of refund.

They got me in an hour before my original appointment and were super prompt and respectful over the phone! I have an older car with some leaks and they gave me a great referral to a place to get it a some minor repairs done, and the nicest part of all they did it free of charge. Definitely making this my automotive service go-to! Very very nice and trusting people!!

I went in without an appointment when once again, the left rear tire light came on. When it came on a couple weeks ago and went away after putting some air in, I'd really hoped it wasn't a nail. But... it was a nail. Nonetheless, the Mavis team checked me in right away, quoted 2 hours and turned it around in that provided time range, and treated me courteously and professionally. I appreciate them taking care of this so quickly and am grateful to have them in the historic district!

When the JW Marriott valet came back to us with a flat due to a slow leak overnight, they recommended this place. Within a couple hours we were as good as new with a patch at an unbelievably low price. They are friendly and competent here. Our patch has stood up very well. Highly recommend this place in a pinch or your regular tire service needs.

Came in with my company vehicle to check my tire for a slow leak. The service person was great with trying to contact my fleet company and making sure I am taking care of. I will be back for service if needed in the near future.

This place was a lifesaver on a Sunday. I woke up with a nail in my front tire and was devastated. I had to miss church, but thank God they came through and was able to get me squared away quickly. I will definitely be back! And the young lady in the front Sanaa was so pleasant with a great attitude! Thank you Mavis!

Excellent and friendly service from everyone here, both at the front desk and in the garage. Even on a Sunday during the busiest weekend of the year in Savannah, they had me fixed up and back on the road without trying to upsell me unnecessarily. I ll be back when I need new tires.

Visiting Savannah with low air pressure alert. We went through a ton of construction, popped in here; air added happily and no evidence of tire trauma! In and out in less than 10 min. Such a nice crew!!

Went to have car checked out yesterday and needed a wheel alignment and they got me in today..I highly recommend this location on Anderson St in savannah. They were nice, service was quick. Def will be a returning customer

Josh and Corbin were very professional and helpful when I had an unexpected flat tire. They really make sure to provide the best information and are honest with what you actually need. They don't try to up-sell you and will provide you with excellent customer service. I highly recommend Savannah tire and their team if you need any tire related services.

I will only go to this location for anything related to my car. I have recieved the best customer service always! These guys are genuine, honest, and patient which is very rare to find in a car shop. So happy they are just down the street from me!

This is the second time I ve had to have a tire replaced due to a screw and both times they have been extremely nice and accommodating to the customer. Extremely helpful and they get their work done well!

I needed air and the mechanic there graciously checked my tire's pressure and filled them up at no cost. With so many gas stations now charging $3 for a short time, this is a great service. I will keep this in mind when I buy tires again. Thanks!

My tire has been low forever, I thought it was the weather but it needed a patch. They didn t for FREE and the guy at the counter Josh was so nice. I ve been so broke broke and he really just saved my life today. Absolutely would recommend to everyone and will come back

Awesome guys! We were stranded 2 hours away from our hometown, and needed our spare tire put on. The gentleman in the front of the store came out and helped get our spare tire unstuck and put on. He went above and beyond! 100% recommend this location over the other nearby tire places, as they weren't as willing to help like the guys at Mavis! Thank you again.

Live in a brand new apartment complex. Nails are everywhere. Got into my mini and my psi light came on. Luckily I have run flats. Came to this location, pulled up. They took me right in and plugged my tire. Thankful to Marcus and Justin. Cheers.

Overall excellent service very efficient., Good time management and communicated very well especially with me being from out of town and needing a quick plug in my tire bc of a nail. Lady at the front desk is the best

hated the flat, but glad i stopped in here.... great business. professional and fast attention! best i have seen in a while.... Josh is very customer focused. business owners, you should pay this man more! he is worth keeping!!!!!
