Brooke was amazing along with the whole team. I just recently had my tires replaced elsewhere and already needing two new front tires. ;( Brooke really took time to explain the whole process to me.

I recently had my tire fixed at the Mavis tire shop on Waters and I was incredibly impressed by their level of professionalism and courtesy. They kept me informed throughout the repair process, and the job was executed flawlessly. I can't recommend them enough.

Started off rough yesterday but after Speaking to the Store Manager , Miss Bailey, I had a phenomenal experience, trust me because of her I will be returning. Also Brandon personally apologise for his actions on yesterday and because of that I will forever. Be grateful. Thanks a lot Mavis you got me up and running

Got a flat tire and Mavis was able to replace my tire same day. Brooke was so nice, answered all of my questions, and was a pleasure to work with. The whole team was professional and friendly. They offer late hours on Thursdays performing tire changes and other services until 8:30 PM. They are my new go to for tire services in Savannah !

Y'all were awesome!! Got me in and with a total wheel replacement fixed within a week! (Even including me having to ship a part to y'all) super helpful and didn't try to tack on anything behind my back like some other places will do. It's nice to not have to know everything and still rest easy knowing I won't get over-charged

Super helpful! Use often to fill tires up for free and there's always someone there to answer my questions if something seems wrong. Also easy same day appointments when there turns out to be an issue.

I took me a nice nap in their comfortable chairs. The young lady working the desk was nice and friendly and very helpful. I got my tire at a fair price. I will return to that location again just because the young lady behind the counter customer service was excellent. I visited the 1/5/24 after 4pm. Waters Ave Location Savannah GA

had a 12pm appointment, my car wasn t done till AFTER close (6pm) for REAR breaks, i get my car back and my car is tripping with sensors. acting like it s going to lock up. 6 hours and $640 later, and i ve been in a RENTAL for 2 weeks now. awful, 10/10 do not recommend.

I heard a loud clicking noise while driving past, I decided to pull in hoping someone could tell me what was wrong. Brooke came to my assistance and immediately spoke to Patty, who lifted my car and found that I had a rather large screw in my front tire. With no hesitation Patty proceeded to patch my tire and get me on my way! The service here is wonderful, I highly recommend coming here for any of your tire needs!!

My very first experience with Mavis on Waters Ave in Savannah was a great one. Patti was fantastic! She was very thorough and exceptionally knowledge. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend this location for all of your car service needs.

Great service from Mavis Tire on Waters Ave.Learned that not keeping adequate tire pressure damages the tire. Fair price on a new tire. Great customer service! Will definitely come back.

Needed two new tires on a Sunday morning Mavis Tires got me fixed up quick!In my profile you ll see I m a traveling musician, performing in Georgia and Lowcountry of South Carolina.I was headed out of Savannah and to a graduation banquet in South Carolina when my tire light came on. I filled the tire and 20 minutes later the light came back.I really needed two new tires.Called Mavis on Waters Street in Savannah, and the friendliest guy, Mark, confirmed he had my tires in stock and told me to come on in.He and his crew were set me up with two new tires in about 2-and-a-half hours.Best part is the classic R&B and Stevie Wonder the crew was jamming in the repairs garage it was very happy and upbeat. Definitely a positive Sunday afternoon vibe.I missed the graduation banquet but still made it in time to visit with my graduated friends.Great team of people at Mavis on Waters.

Due to working for Meals on Wheels, Brandon was a HUGE HELP on getting us repaired quick. This is definitely the Mavis I will use for business and personal repairs and/or replacement of tires. Also, M.J. is an very RELIABLE employee and believes in customer care.

Highly recommend this shop to everyone! We were visiting in town and suffered a flat tire. We got there as they were closing, but they still took a look at the tire and squeezed us in, repairing it free of cost. They saved us from a rough start to our vacation!

Patty, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate her care and attention, especially in taking the time to really explain things to me and making sure that I understood. This is the third time we ve been to this location and have never left disappointed.

I didn t have an appt, but needed to address a minor issue. I went into the Waters location on a whim and walked away highly satisfied. The staff were friendly, professional and speedy. I would definitely visit this location again in the future.

Repaired my tire on the spot after I ran over a screw. Took less than 5minutes, every other tire shop in Savannah couldn t make time for me. Great guys in the shop. 10/10 would recommend.

A few weeks ago I had a sudden flat out of nowhere and lucky for me I was close enough to this Mavis location. The store was closing in about 30 minutes but thankfully Mark and his crew that day were able to help me quickly, despite them closing soon. Mark was very friendly and one of the nicest employees I ve ever met at Mavis (and I ve been to plenty Mavis locations here and there.) I will always try to come to this location with my tire needs for sure. Thanks again Mark and crew!

The people and service at Mavis are amazing. I went in desperately with a nail in my tire. They helped me to assess and figure out the best solution for my needs and budget. I most appreciated their honesty, kindness, and genuine desire to help me. They had me out of there in less than an hour!

This is a fairly long review, but I want to express my deepest concern over the�tire installation I received at this location in Savannah, GA. I am a very fastidious car owner and try to take very good care of my vehicle (Jaguar F Pace). We were planning a day trip to Jacksonville, FL after Christmas and decided to put new tires on the car before our road trip.Made an online appointment for new tires and alignment, which was to be completed on Dec. 20th, 2023. Dropped off the vehicle and discussed with the intake tech the jack points on the car, as well as careful�mounting of tires on 22" black rims. Provided a diagram to that effect.New tires were installed and balanced that day, however they could not complete the alignment job as that particular tech was not in. Was told to return the next morning at 8:00 am to complete the work. Returned the next morning and was then told by a different associate that the alignment tech was not scheduled to arrive at work until 11:00 am. Made an appointment�to bring the car back on Saturday, Dec. 23rd.Returned on Saturday, Dec 23rd. Alignment was completed. Drove the car approximately 20 miles around town. Followed notes to re torque lug nuts. Limited driving over the holiday, city streets only.This is when it gets frightening. Thursday, Dec 28th we left Savannah at around 9:00 am, heading to Jacksonville. Once we got up to highway speed we began to notice vibration in the vehicle. We discussed the difference perhaps was due to the new tires and continued on our journey. Heading south on I-95 the vibrations continued to get worse. Pulled over to inspect tires, and check the lug nuts. Continued with the trip but vibrations were getting progressively worse. We were very close to Brunswick GA, so called their Mavis location to see if they could take a look at the vehicle. They were not available to assist, so I called (I'm the passenger) the Jacksonville�(Tire Kingdom - part of Mavis) and they said they�could inspect the vehicle for us.� At this point we exited off the interstate and resumed our trip on back roads so we could travel at a slower and safer speed,�as the vehicle at this point was in a severe state of shaking,�and very scary!We arrived in Jacksonville around 12:00, dropped off the vehicle and talked to the intake associate and the technician about what we had experienced. When we returned later that afternoon there were a couple of things pointed out to us. After their inspection, it was concluded that all four tires were improperly balanced. They rebalance the tires. In addition, they noticed that the rims had "jumped" from the mounting machine during the�installation�in�Savannah, thus scratching the inner wall of the rim. Once we had the vehicle back we returned to Savannah. The car ran smoothly and has since.I did not initially think I would write a negative review, but the Jacksonville location highly suggested that I do so. If the Waters Ave, Savannah location is not made aware of the problem, then they have no reason to investigate what happened with our installation and/or potentially others. I will certainly not be returning to the Waters Ave. location. However as each location is independently operated, perhaps we will try another Savannah location in the future should the need arise. As an aside, I have an appointment in Hilton Head at the Jaguar dealership in February for my�scheduled�maintenance, and I will be having them recheck the alignment at the time.

I took my SUV in thinking I needed new brake pads and possibly rotors. Come to find out, I didn't and they fixed the noise I was hearing. Mark at the service counter was great and didn't charge me anything for their time.

Mavis Tires on Waters are fast and efficient. The employees are really nice and they good care of your car.
