The store manager Shawn was very professional and courteous from the start!!! He was very informative about what was being done to my vehicle. He recommended the different services that they provide along with the price quotes. I really wish all car shop had a GREAT LEADER like Shawn!!! I'll most definitely return for future services.

Aaron and Shawn were great from the start!! I had a nail stuck in my right front tire for the longest and had to get it fixed. They looked at it and were quick! I highly recommend coming for your tire needs!

Absolutely amazing! We highly recommend this place. They were fast and very reasonably priced. We came here for an issue with our front breaks while visiting from out of town and Shawn got us in and out in just two hours. So glad we stopped here. Very courteous and professional!

I dropped in for a screw in my Hertz car tire- Hertz sent me to Pepboys and they said it would take 6 hours. So Pep sent me here. Aaron squeezed me in right away. Thank god for the smaller non corporate tire and brake shops. Nice quiet place and very personable.Give em a try and probably beat to always schedule an appointment.ss

Shawn helped me and gave me incredible customer service. I m not a local and I m here from out of town. It s refreshing to have someone make you feel welcome and not just another customer.

Damien & Shawn were very hospitable. Luke made sure I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. Damien and Shawn made sure I was in and out. I will definitely be returning to this location for future help the staff was great!

Best Mavis in Savannah! I had an issue at the other Mavis on Anderson street in Savannah. Luke the manager at this store fixed everything for me at a discounted rate! Things that the Anderson street store should have fixed. If I could give a 10 out of 10 I would!

I wouldn't recommend to place to anyone after the way I was treated by rude customer service this morning was just ridiculous. I made appointment yesterday for tires for the next day at 9 an I get there early an they tell me it might be 5 or 6 hrs just for 2 tires but why have a appointment ok I'm already upset then I go to pay and it's almost 150 more than quoted on phone so I ask an they gone tell me it was call center I talked to an nothing they can do so at this point I'm lied to twice an told them to refund my deposit I'll go somewhere else. I wouldn't go here an I will not send anyone that way

Just left from visiting Mavis on Montgomery Crossroads, Dushawn is one of the bestttt, I followed him from Victory to his current location, pay him a visit if you need a oil change, tires, brakes, etc you won t be disappointed!

The ladies at the Mavis on Montgomery cross roads Mariah and Missy where rock stars. They where very very professional and knew what they where talking about. It wasn't a long wait and I would recommend everyone I know to come see them. They are awesome sauce.!!!!

I wouldn t waist my time with these unknowledgeable people .called them up on the phone to see if they preformed a certain service oh yeah we can do that then when I got there oh we don t do that. Morons. Don t waste your time with these idiots.

Unfortunately I took my wife's van in for a brake job. We picked up the van and the next few days we kept hearing a rattling noise. We returned to Mavis and they looked it over and couldn't find a problem but told us if we take it to a licensed mechanic and they find the problem was Mavis's fault they would pay for the repairs. Turned out Mavis made a mistake that cost almost $1200 to fix. The acting assistant manager for Mavis was on vacation so we had to wait for her to return to get the issue resolved so we paid Toyota to fix it. As of today we are still waiting to be reimbursed. No store manager and no regional manager for Mavis keeps us making endless calls to corporate to try to get this fixed.Update: I have called corporate (the number you are asking me to call) multiple times and you have my name and phone number on file. I'm still waiting for your approval for the refund.

Rob and Angela helped me out amazingly. As soon as I walked in they helped me and got me taken care of real quick. If I ever need anything done to my car I take it to Mavis and would recommend them 100%!

We are traveling with a private rental from Turo 2023 Lexus with 265/35/R19 s. NOT a common tire. We got a 3 screw through the sidewall down by the Riverwalk so we limped it to Mavis. They didn t have one but called around until they found one at a competitors. Installed the spare and off we went. Southern Hospitality at its finest. Nice job boys!!! Many thanks from the PNW

Do not buy their tires. They are only good for getting an alignment. The warranty is based on how much tread is remaining when you go back to use it. They intentionally misread it in their favor.I bought 40,000 tires with warranty. I drive 3,000 miles and get a nail in the sidewall. They claim said I only have 28% tread remaining and I have to buy a new tire for $155.Again, I paid $155 to replace a tire under warranty that only had 3,000 miles on it.

I needed a new set of tires and rear shock absorbers. Robbie explained my options very clearly and completely, and found the best deal for me. The staff were all congenial and got the job done quickly. I am very satisfied with the service I got, and recommend consideration of this location for the services they provide

I was sent to this location from another Mavis Shop with everything set up allready was told just to give them my number they knew I was coming upon the man behind the counter was extremely RUDE and was told he didn't have time didn't even give me time to explain and said he couldn't do it called back from where there originally was sent and the lady was very Courteous and said sorry for the inconvenience and called the store back .

I don t normally have the time to write reviews, but in this case, I felt I just had to because of the excellent service I received at one of your Savannah locations.In short, I was leaving to go on an extended vacation in my van/RV and was in desperate need to find someone with the knowledge and expertise to guide me to the right shocks for my trip.Fortunately for me, I went to your store at 222 E. Montgomery Crossroads, Savannah (I believe the store number is 864). There, the manager, Robert Hodges took the time to research and explain to me which shocks would be the best for my situation.In most cases, I find people are quick to over promise and under deliver. This was not the case here. My RV was taken in right at its appointment time the next day. I chose to wait and actually enjoyed my time in the waiting room; and could not be happier with the results when I left.I d also like to recognize Kayla as well. Her customer service skills were above and beyond. I will recommend Mavis, specifically this location, to all friends and family.
