Visited my Mavis Tire store on Abercorn and received extraordinary service. The guys were friendly, courteous and professional. They found the best deal and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was explained to me. I would recommend Mavis to anyone needing their car serviced or to buy tires. Josh couldn t find his way out of a torn paper bag. Called him about an engine light on , key word is called. He said sure bring it on down we ll take a look at it. I asked him about how much will it cost $29 got there and he said oh we don t do that kind of stuff. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I highly recommend anyone to come to this Mavis. I was treated exceptionally well by Mr. Mark as well as the whole staff that was here. They went out of their way even when it was close to closing time to satisfy me as a customer. Thanks again you guys for the excellent service. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles here.

Everyone was great and helpful. From Brooke to Angela to Dom. They gave great service to me and my dog. They are so doggie friendly. This place felt like home. Thank you guys for being so helpful. I have had work done at many locations but I must say Mark at this location is by far the best. My day started at 8 AM going to a competitor who I purchased warranted tires from. The competition could not hold their end of the warranty up and after several hours and multiple visits I was forced to go to another location to try and be serviced. After over 7 hours and 4 other locations I finally ended up being sent to Mark. He went above and beyond to assist me and go out of his way to help correct errors created by other companies. I cannot stress enough good to him first he is honest fair and determined to service his customers and in my case others errors. THANK YOU MARK!

These guys stepped up and helped when I couldn t find other help, super quick to make sure we re happy. Hats off to Jamie, Justin, and the manager Mark for their promptness and diligence. Tesla Model 3 all 4 tires replaced. Seamless experience.

1Don t let that ku klux klan member Rob work on your car on top of that I wouldn t want Mavis practicing how to change tires on my car because they can t find anybody with no real experience what kind of tire shop got wheels falling off peoples cars and they do oil changes with new filter but no oil in your car don t even get your windshield whippers replaced they crackin folks windshields now go to discount tire across the street

HIGHHHHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION !! If you are in Savannah do not go to any other location except this one I m serious trust me! Go see Mark and Justin they re awesome very professional and fast. My experience was the best in town, I was there for literally less than an hour. Five stars across the board you guys were awesome keep up the great work!!

The Mavis on the south side has been amazing to me in past 6 months when I have needed them. I thought maybe I need brakes and they were honest and told me I had a lot more life in my brake pads. They have explained everything in detail. I ve been to a few places in Savannah and this is the first one I don t feel like that has ripped me off!!

Came in for an alternator replacement with my part ready 8am this morning. Explained my situation to Angela and Dom/Domenick and they took amazing care of my car. Dom did not hesitate to help me and that won t be forgotten. He serviced my car well. Angela delivered great customer service. Thank y all so much.

Every time I come to this location I always have a exemplary visit. It's the end of the business day and I come for tires and not only do they sell me a tire they're very welcoming about it so friendly Angela help me at the service desk and she was so friendly! I was having a terrible day and she really made my day she made me smile and feel better about my whole situation. Then Terrell he changed my tire and at the end of the business day I know everybody's ready to go home but no one in this location showed it they joyfully changed my tire and got me in and out pretty fast, this is the best Mavis I've ever been to!

The new manager Mark is fantastic! I just needed my tires rotated and called to check on prices...he said rotatation was at no charge! If I would be willing to come back for tire and oil change service in the future! Very friendly and for sure I will be back! Thank you Mark and staff!

1st time around, Brook and Angela were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Robert was great. He walked me through all the issues with my car and was very reassuring that my car problems were not too big or too small and that I would be taken care of.Fast forward to 2nd time after an encounter with a very fat raccoon...the look on Robert's face when I picked up my car...priceless! He suggested I avoid raccoons! The level of service once again was exceptional and price tag on repairs both times was more than fair. Never once did I feel taken advantage of and I very much appreciated the education I recieved about my car problems.Thanks for everything!Nancy

I made a 1 o clock appointment and at 245 my car still hadn t been touched. So I politely asked for the keys back to leave. The receptionist (an absolute sweetheart) apologized and proceeds to give me the keys. For what ever reason, one of the mechanics comes out and proceeds to tell me how he doesn t rush on anyone s car, my car was next and customers are always fussing at them and giving bad reviews. One I never fussed nor had an attitude I made an appointment so I wouldn t have to spend 4hours at Mavis, if you need more time on cars than space your appointments out farther apart and lastly you get bad reviews because of bad service.I can definitely understand not being finished in an hour and 45 minutes but not being touched after making an appointment?? That I don t understand

Brooke and Angela were so helpful and patient during my entire process with purchasing tires. Being a young woman dealing with car stuff, they were very honest and helped me with understanding the best options for my tires. Harrell (the mechanic) explained a lot of helpful information about my tires moving forward.

I m only giving this store 3 stars because of Robbie who fixed our issue today. We purchased a tire on 11/15 to wake up on 11/16 to the new tire flat. We came back to store on 11/17 to address the issue. Upon coming inside the store the lady on the phone, Angie or Angela, was on phone with a customer but didn t acknowledge us coming in store. She yells out to the Bay Area for someone to come assist us. We were told it would be 3 hours before they can see us on a service we already paid for. The manager and my companion went back and forth until she said you do if you don t like the service here don t come back. This is the manager you have running this location. She was rude to argue back and forth with a paying customer. Thanks to Robbie who stepped in and said let him work us in. So understanding bc we had to make it to airport by 1pm. All I m saying is to get better management that will not argue with customers and know how to diffuse situations. Maybe Robbie should be managing.

fast, friendly and honest. been taking my work vehicle here for years and have not started me wrong. when I need service to be done they let me know what I need. if they are not the right shop for the job they will suggest me one in the area.

My daughter ran over a bolt in her right tire. Luckily it was right across the street from Mavis on Abercorn. The staff was very friendly and did a quick job on the repair. Highly recommend to anyone that has any tire needs

Mavis tires and brakes gave me an amazing deal on my tires I got four tires with an alignment and an oil change for $480. I did not have to wait in line my car went on the rack immediately and the staff there was amazing. I was on a budget which I explain to the manager and they were able to work out a deal with me at the price I had for my budget. The manager was very kind and the assistant was very professional. The place was very neat and clean and well organized again I stress I did not have to make an appointment and I did not have to wait in line for two hours like you do at Walmart. Mavis tires and brakes definitely beat the competition and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mavis tires and brakes

I had an oil change here after another location could not take me at my appointment time. Brooke in the front was so kind and helpful, and she was able to squeeze me in so I could make it to work on time. Great experience!

I came to this location to purchase tires, I live in Atlanta so of course I needed tires. The team was very knowledgeable and the service was great. The prices are also very reasonable, I would highly recommend this location!

Absolute 10 of 10 service. The mechanic Robbie was super super helpful fixing my Red Silverado suspension. Shoutout to you man you have no idea how much you ve helped out with that. Will come back for sure and will recommend to others. Thanks again!

Nothing is worse then waking up in the morning and the first thing you see on your dashboard is the tire pressure symbol. I have always been satisfied with Mavis s service so I headed to this Mavis location. I was able to get immediate assistance from Dustin right when I showed up. Dustin provided me with respect and was able assist with getting me back on the road ASAP. Mavis and the great service they provide will always be my go to when my car acts up. I highly recommend this Mavis location because of there great people, quality and service.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT take your vehicle here. Ever. I wrote a review originally and deleted it because the store manager was so apologetic and caring when our tire fell off our vehicle. Yes I mean literally fell off pulling out of the parking lot. We ordered tires from Goodyear and they said Mavis was a preferred installer. They are aware now to not recommend them. It has been three months going back and forth with this incompetent, unprofessional company, and our vehicle is still not fixed. Alexis tried to help, but during the time, their general manager quit. They hired another person who is absolutely rude and unprofessional. We were asked to get three quotes of different body shops, and then they denied all of them saying they had excessive repairs . We wasted our time, taking time off work to try to get our vehicle fixed at no fault of our own. It is not our responsibility to decide what the body shops think are acceptable repairs. I called the corporate office asking for a manager s number who could actually help us, who wouldn t cut us off mid conversation and give us a resolution. Then the manager had the nerve to call me a liar and tell someone I refused to sign their release of responsibility paperwork. The call was recorded with a witness. And when I asked to speak to Alexis, I was told by the new manager , she was just a store manager and doesn t make decisions. Do your self a favor and AVOID this place at all costs! Do not waste your hard earned money.
