Very professional and efficient. I feel like they re very trustworthy. I have an older car and I was able to talk with mechanics about unique issues which often you can t do in garages, and they were very open to this and easy to work with.

Couple weeks ago my car was making a weird nose, I found them on google with great reviews and I took my car to them. They find out what the issue was and fix my car the same with very affordable price. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Overall great experience.

From Jennifer who answers your calls and sets your appointments to Zack who works on your car . They are top notch. They are honest and do what they say they are going to do. We take all our work truck there as well as our personal vehicles.

They are the best auto repair shop in Savannah. It isn't easy to find honest mechanics who explain your options and tell you what needs to be done and not what the miles dictate such as needing a service that was previously completed only to be told that they went by the miles on the car. MALL AUTO is honest and thorough. The owner, Zach, makes you feel like you are part of the family. I recommend them to everyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Well I met one of the worst mechanics in the 68 years I've what recommended for for cleaning a bathroom you get what you pay for from them be careful I don't think he had any idea what he was doing never would I go back there again

Was told by dealership that my brakes needed to be done. Went to Mall Auto for brakes and a oil change. Received it a call a while later and was told to brakes were not needed. Only oil change and tire rotation. I am so thankful that they were honest and did not see a female customer with "$$stupid$$" written on forehead. Will be using Mall Auto for all my car needs and will refer family and friends. Great service!Edit:Used Mall Auto again today and they ROCK!September 2023..Used Mall Auto again and as expected AWESOME!

We need an oil pan replacement on our car due to oil leakage. They called us and said they can fix it by just replacing the oil cap and it would be a cheaper fix. And they also do our front break which according to them was already worn out. I believe we just found an honest and good car repair shop. Definitely going to use their service again if we need one. Hopefully not soon though. .

I can t rave enough about this family owned business!!!! We had taken our truck to another mechanic in Richmond Hill for an alignment. Was told they couldn t align it because a lower ball joint was bad and a bearing was going bad. They recommended we replace both ball joints, both bearings, and both control arms. Quoted price was 3,326.56 and wanted us to apply for a credit card to get work done. Our neighbor turned us onto Mall Auto so we thought we d get a second opinion. We couldn t be happier!!!! Clay called us and told us NOTHING was bad up front everything was tight. Had a O2 sensor was going bad so we got that replaced, cleaned out map sensor, rotated tires and the bill was only 405.00. They saved us a lot of money!!! We will be going here from now on!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This auto repair shop was recommended to me by a friend in the business. The receptionist checked me in soon after arriving. It was quick and easy.After a while, I talked to a very nice guy named Zack. I think he may be the shop manager? He was very knowledgeable and persistent about diagnosing the issue with my SUV.I will pick up my car tomorrow after a fairly minor repair. For now, they are going to replace all of my spark plugs and go from there.I feel like their prices are probably pretty fair. I'm sure much cheaper than going to the Jeep dealership.The only reason I'm giving them a four is because time management could be a little better. This was a very busy garage though. Otherwise, I feel confident that they will repair my vehicle and all will be ok.I recommend calling to schedule a repair first. I had to wait a week because they were really busy.

I can't fully express how great Zach and his team are. As a woman with zero understanding of cars it is such a blessing to have found Zach and company. I have been going to them for years and not one have they tried to cheat me in any way, shape, or form. I am taking a guess but I have a feeling Zach is a god fearing man and much of his business model revolves around that. Since I've been going to them they are getting more and more busy and successful so such a business model is working and that's nice to see. Zach had to be the bearer of bad news when it came to my beloved 2001 Subaru but trusting him so implicitly made the pain less cause I knew that whatever I was told was the complete truth. I tell everyone and anyone to go to them and I plan to take any new car to them as long as I live(or stay in the area) They are so busy they don't need the good reviews but I am compelled to write one anyway cause I just am so impressed with them and their ethical approach in a business where that is nearly unheard of.Service: Oil change

Zach is a pleasure to work with. He's honest and straight forward with what needs to be done to your vehicle. The prices are very competitive, but affordable. He saved me half of what it would have cost at another shop. He found what the other shop said didn't exist. I know where I'm taking my cars for when they need repairs. Zach is the Truth!

They did a great job identifying why my car was jumping and sputtering while sitting and taking off from stop lights, and then repairing the issue. Ive been going to them for years for car repairs. I won't take my cars anywhere else. They have always been honest and charge reasonable prices. Thank you Mall Auto Repair!

Honest, great service. My family has taken all our car needs there. They are skilled, and have always figured out how to fix our problems.Personable and courteous. As a woman, I never feel I am taken advantage of.If you are new to Savannah, and looking for a repair shop that is good and honest, with repair prices that are fair, I highly recommend Mall Auto Repairs.

Employees are always friendly and genuinely care about making sure you get what you need and nothing more. I used to get oil changes at Savannah Tire, but every time I would take it there, another problem would occur. I ve never had that type of issue here. They always tell you what s wrong and tell you around how much it will be from the start. Only con is they re always booked so you have to make an appointment up to a week in advance. Other than that, great repair shop.

An amazing experience. The front desk person quoted me a very competitive price for some brake work... BUT IT GETS BETTER. The manager called me to inform me the work I had requested to be done didn't need to be done at all, that all the components I had been told needed to be replaced all had half life or better on them. Saved me about $600 dollars worth of work when they could have EFFORTLESSLY taken advantage of me based on my misinformation. I will recommend this shop in the future to everyone I know because of their honesty. Thank you.

Our needed an alternator replacement unexpectedly while on our way to Tennessee from South Florida. Even though they were busy they squeezed us in and got us back on the road in just a few hours. Great hospitality & professional service. Highly recommend.

Great service. No worries about being taken advantage of. They go out of their way to service your vehicle with only necessary maintenance. They are brutally honest about whether you should put more money in your car, or just let it ride. In other words, you don't spend good money after bad.Their honesty and integrity is greatly appreciated by this female on a limited income!

Best shop in town, fast, efficient, friendly staff, and great prices. They don't try to swindle you here by offering you services you don't need. They are busy and you usually have to call ahead for an appointment but it's worth the wait.

Let's admit it, when a car breaks apart it is not going to be cheap. Nowhere. But, this place gets five stars because their price is down on Earth.Also, they are very trustworthy and straight to the point and they don't ruin 10 things so they can fix the 1 that it needs to be fixed.Excellent service, very polite, they explain everything to you and strongly suggest everyone to take your cars there.
