I took my car here in September, and I was pleasantly surprised by the result. I wanted my bumper fixed and painted. All I'm going to say is they did a great job! After ordering the new bumper, my car was fixed in less than four days. And a big thank you to Olivia; she did an amazing job with the painting. I decided it was time to get my car repainted. I got an estimate and thought it was a decent price. The customer service was outstanding between Angela and I played a lot of phone tag but she is extremely nice and very understanding. I met Jason the day I went in for my estimate. I couldn t have ask for better people to take care of my car and I.If you need work done. Go in and ask questions they ll take care of you. Fully blew my expectations.I have before and after pictures. I really wish I had more before pictures, but here s some 24 hours after I picked up my vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my car fully repainted here. The price was reasonably low compared to surrounding shops, but be warned that you get what you pay for. I signed the contract stating that I understand there will be some overspray. Keyword, and it literally expresses it in the contract, that there will be "SOME". Super subjective, right? well, all 4 wheel wells are yellow now, all the rubber and trim that even slightly comes to the surface is yellow, splotches of paint all over the place, and the door jambs which I opted to not have painted were oversprayed into to the point where the old blue color and the new yellow turned them green!They did do a good job with the paint and clearcoat otherwise, and looking from 5ft away you would be none the wiser that it was repainted. But come on, a little extra covering goes a long way...Service: Painting

Beware this place is a SCAM. They had my car in their possession for a total of 33 days. I was repeatedly lied to by the manager, Nick. Promised over and over that it was almost done, they finally had the parts, etc.. not a single bit of work ever done. For absolutely nothing, this cost me over $500 out of pocket and the waste of all the 30 days my insurance company would cover me in a rental. And it was a relatively small job, just getting a side view mirror replaced and a couple dents worked out. When I first brought my car in there was an elderly woman in the office on the verge of tears, begging for her car back, and I m an idiot for not taking the hint at that point and running. Don t make the same mistake I did, especially if you can t afford to take Maaco to court. Lastly, if you try to get any help from corporate they will say their hands are tired since the shop is independently owned.

People are really nice there, but they made several mistakes on the car that can t be removed or repaired. This shop does mediocre or average work. Not the worst, but definitely not the best craftsmanship I ve seen. Paint job quality is a C+ or B- The shop manager is a really cool dude though. I Iiked him a lot. Super nice. They just need to pay closer attention to detail.

So I decided to give Macco another shot. The manager Nick told me that they had major issues with the prior staff so now they have a new and better staff.I told him that I wanted my truck completely painted over with the same factory color which was silver. Two weeks later Nick called me and told me that my truck was ready, it's was Grey with a shadow background. I told him that the paint wasn't the same and he said give it a couple of weeks and then paint would cure . I brought it back because it was the wrong color ,the paint never cured. About a week later I went to check up on my truck and it was in the parking lot and hadn't been painted. I came back a couple days later and I was told that I would have to wait because they were backed up with business. After that the manager and I got into a heated conversation about the progress on my truck and he told me that he would have my truck repainted as soon as possible. About a week later the manager called me and said that my truck would be finished by the end of the week. The manager Nick called me that Friday and my truck was repainted but it appears that the truck was not sand down properly because it still had dark shadows in certain areas. I talked to the manager about the shadows in the paint and he said that this is Macco and its going to have imperfections. I would have to go to a more established company if I looking for perfection. Overall I'm not satisfied with the job that they did

People were excellent to work with, very friendly and helpful. New owners are doing an excellent job. My peeling and faded truck came out looking like new. Took a little longer than I thought, but we'll worth the wait.

Wanted to freshen up my old Highlander with a new paint job. Got the next to best paint since it s just white. They replaced the bumper and cleaned up the headlights. Got this all done for $2K. I m very pleased with the final job. Was hoping for a 10 foot car and def got that. Took about two weeks. Only imperfections were overspray near the windows but my detailer will take care of this. They were professional and easy to work with.

My vehicle had nearly $5000 worth of damage and these guys/gals did a wonderful job. They were honest, had no surprise charges, and treated me like family from start to finish.I highly recommend them to everyone.

I dropped by today for an estimate that I assumed would be costly and time consuming. It turned out to be neither - When the team at Maaco looked at the damage, they knew the work was extremely minor. My car was repaired on the spot for a payment WAY LESS than I anticipated. I appreciate the trustworthiness, integrity, and customer service this location embraces!Service: Body & Trim

You pay for what you get, which in this case isn't a lot. Beware of getting painting work done, it's not done to the highest quality. The manager is cool, but the painter will make excuses instead of making it happen.

The guy asked me to email pictures of my damaged vehicle along with my VIN and he would send me a quote. A whole week later, and still no quote.

I took my car in for a quote and the person working there took down the information for my car and did two separate quotes for me that she put in the system. I was satisfied with the price and service, so I made an appointment to take my car in a week later. The day that I showed up with my car there was someone different there and they stated that the person who did my quotes was no longer there. That was fine, but when the person started looking for my information and quotes, the information was not there and was as if it never existed. I am a true believer in good customer service and losing my information that is saved in a computer system is mistake that should not happen. I lost my trust in leaving my vehicle at this Maaco location because if they could not handle something as simple as keeping a quote safe in they computer than how could I leave my vehicle there with them.

The worst experience ever. I gave them my car in January didn t receive it back til the end of March. Cool. it s take time to fix cars however when I got there to pick it up nothing was finished. everything they said they were going to replace they didn t replace it. Instead of accepting the fact & helping a customer the lady tried arguing with me telling me they ve fixed everything. cool. pick up the car, the same day my driver rear view mirror fall off

My car was rear ended and needed to be fixed. Not only could they get my car in and fixed way faster than any other shop, they did it at 1/3 of the price that I was quoted at multiple other shops! Car looks beautiful after being in the shop only about a week. On top of it all, they bent over backwards to help me out with a difficult insurance company and ensured that I had a positive experience. Can t recommend them enough!Service: Body & Trim

My experience was bad my truck was involved in an accident in January. I needed a new bumper, headlight, hood. 5 months later i still dont have my truck an neither does maaco, during those 5 months maaco ordered wrong parts, used damaged parts from the accident an put it back on my vehicle, the alignment an assembly of the fender an hood was way off, between the seems the paint was runny they spot painted to cover it up. Oh an the over spray is crazy my tires an wheel wells are bad. So the side of my truck that need the headlight assembly was working fine electrical wise maaco put in the new assembly but the light wouldn t come on an they said that the accident caused electrical issues my truck is now at the dealership trying to fix the problem Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Took my car in for a minor scratch on the hood. One week later, I go pick it up in the rain so it looks good. After arriving home I begin to clean the car and noticed not one but eight different spots plus small holes on my hood, looks like trash in the paint. I immediately take it back and ask the cashier to step out and look at it. She says it's trash and it's minor . I said one or two is minor, but 8 is ridiculous, plus the holes. She still said I signed off on the paperwork, which explains the minor imperfections. I get all that but my hood looks worse than I took it . The manager said the same thing and offered to repaint it. He also said it might be worse than what it is after they repaint. WHAT MANAGER SAYS THAT !!! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU BEEN WARNED Service: Painting

Miracle and all others super nice.Well, just a week after getting my car painted, someone bumped into my rear. Long story short, Jason told me it would take 3 days. It only took two days. Terrible experience! My fiance took my car to Maaco Auto Body Shop on Victory Drive! They called him and told him the car was ready... When he got there the car was filthy covered in tree sap and pollen after a paint job. He brought the car home and washed it now we have tiny specs all over it. Now we have to take it somewhere else to have that fixed...it looks worse now than it did before. Total waste of time and money!!!Service: Painting

I was lucky enough to get the special grand reopening of this location here in Savannah deal ! Completely new owners Jen and her team were absolutely amazing! I had a custom 2 color full body auto paint job done, for my Jeep, everything was perfectly finished and it was a fraction of any of the other quotes I found in the region! I was kept updated during every single step of the process from choosing the colors of the paint to the final inspection, everything went very smoothly, I strongly recommend Jen and her team! My experience was awesome. I was greeted by Miracle in the Savannah office. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She addressed all my questions and concerns. They took way too long to paint my vehicle. They painted it darker then it originally was. And they paid not attention to detail. They put all of the emblems back on my car in the wrong place!!!! I wouldn t take my vehicle here at all. I will never use there services again. Very unprofessional techs and overall personnel. How do you forget to put an emblem back that you took of yourself!!!Service: Painting

I originally gave them 5 stars after painting my vehicle. The paint on my hood began peeling after 4 months of them painting my vehicle. I took it in and they repainted the hood which took 3 weeks for me to get my vehicle back. After 5 months, the paint on the hood began peeling again. I ended up taking my vehicle to CPort Customs Paint and Body for them to repaint my whole vehicle and I am well pleased. It looks like a brand new vehicle and they used the factory paint. I get compliments every where I go after CPort Customs painted my vehicle.

Dropped off my miata on 10/12 and was quoted 7-10 business days to completion. I thought this was longer than necessary, but it's not my daily driver, so it wasn't a big deal. Three weeks later they continue giving me the runaround on pickup because THEY HAVEN'T STARTED THE CAR!!! They'd not even given me a courtesy call! "Short staffed" was their only explanation. I received the call on 11/10 (FOUR WEEKS AFTER DROP OFF) that the car was ready...IT'S PAINTED THE WRONG COLOR! It is GREEN when it should have been painted RED! They offered a bit off of the price to my husband, and we thought that was the end of this ordeal, but when he got home and showed me the paperwork.... they gave us the lowest quality paint job they offered (with only a 1 year waranty), when we'd selected the two year warranty package. Don't worry, though! They were sure to charge us for the package we'd actually requested!!I trusted maaco because they seemed invested in good customer service, given all their attempts to remediate on their negative reviews... believe me, this is a farce. Their customer service is substandard and they're disorganized and sloppy. The quality of the wrong color paint job is fine, but the overall experience was so bad that I'd never consider them for future projects.Service: Painting

Long story short. I live almost 2 hours away from Sav. There were several communication errors when getting my estimates. I just got home and I see a crack in my NEW FRONT BUMPER I HAD THEM INSTALL. My rear bumper is not sitting flush like it should. Paint job and other body work is ok. There are several paint imperfections, but it'll do. However I am not happy about having to spend more money to get this Brand New bumper fixed and getting my rear bumper removed and put back on correctly. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I give this place a 2/5 stars. They over sprayed on the bed of my truck and did not fix it. They simply said it would come out with a wash and it s been 3 months and it still hasn t come out with many washes. They didn t paint parts of my truck including my rear bumper. And the paint is starting to chip off in some areas. I think they are understaffed and have too many people coming to them which causes them to do poor jobs and rush on each project. And it shows. They also took 3 weeks instead of the 1-2 they told me.Service: Painting
