We were visiting family in Savannah when the drivers inside door handle broke. We were leaving town the next day. We contacted the Ford dealer, never even received a return call from them as promised. We took our truck to this shop after a family recommendation. They ordered the part, we returned the next am & were ready to continue our trip after a 20 min repair. Very grateful for the speedy repair & courteous service.

Took my car there about two weeks ago because of overheating problems. He said it was my water pump and needed a new thermostat. I agree to him fixing it since he said that was the problem. I received my car back drove it for 20 minutes and it started overheating again. I called left message he finally returned my call and told me to drop it back off. This pass Monday I reached out to him again to see if he fixed the problem just for him to tell me that it was a blown head gasket after just paying over a thousand dollars. I really wouldn t recommend this place to anybody!!! No refund for miss diagnosed and now I am stuck without a car. Choose wisely who you decide to trust with your vehicle.

Best mechanic shop I ever experienced brought my 200 Chrysler and my dodge charger to him multi times have excellent customer service does amazing with diagnostic and get the job done safe and fast I appreciate him and his crew I always recommend him first to my family or coworkers keep up the good work !!!!!

Ken gets 5 stars because I'm here in Savannah with a Wisconsin truck. Other garages refused to take on the job. Ken was fair and honest on the repair. I used to work on my own vehicles, but my tools are 1500 miles away, and I'm getting old. The repair was done in a timely manner. I don't call because if their on the phone their not under my truck, and it's not a parking lot. The garage wants the repairs done, and you on your way. Again, Ken, you get 5 stars for honesty and understanding. I'll send as much business your way as I can. God bless.

Ken has been my mechanic since this was a mobile service. He is fair and upfront with his pricing and stands behind his work. If you're on a budget, he'll work with you to prioritize essential repairs. He is an honest business person who provides quality services!

100% recommend to anyone in need of a quality mechanic. Ken installed a new set of calipers, brake hoses, and brake pads/rotors for my vehicle. He s extremely fair and knowledgeable. A good dude. Have nothing but great things to say about this place. I am not from the Savannah area, just work there. However, the wheel bearing went out on my front drivers side wheel on my way down the interstate Sunday night. Talked to Ken explained my issue that I needed my truck fixed by Thursday morning to head back home. They received my truck on Tuesday after lunch, I got a phone call the next morning, Wednesday, around nine and was told my truck was ready for pick up. Everything was replaced right with a great quality part. Situation was not taken advantage of at all like a lot of places would have done. Honest, price was told up front along with the part cost. Ken is an amazing guy and an even more amazing mechanic. He is the only mechanic I have trusted to do any work on my car and I have not had any issues over the 5 years that I have worked with him! If you are in Savannah and you need some assistance, I suggest you give Ken a call

Was recommended to come here to get my AC looked at, as it hadn't been working for a while. They wanted to replace the entire compressor and quoted me 1600 dollars, which is EXTREMELY high for this repair. Still had to pay them 120 dollars to get my car back despite not doing any work on it yet. Went to another mechanic who found the actual problem w my AC and fixed it for much less. I'd definitely recommend looking elsewhere for repairs, this place seemed very sketch.

Ken managed a tricky repair to my older Mercedes. Very satisfied! If he could have had it done sooner, I'd give him 5 stars, but as with most businesses these days, getting enough good employees is a challenge. I'll be returning here.

Ken is the most trustworthy mechanic in the business. Ken will never overcharge you and will always tell you what is needed vs. what may be needed at some point in the future. Not to mention he is excellent at what he does. The only time I take my car elsewhere is if it s a service Ken doesn t provide. Apart from that, I don t even bother shopping around, I know I m going to get the best price, the best service, and the best experience with Ken. I cannot endorse this man/shop enough.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, good diagnostician, fairly priced, stands by their work and explains what needs to be fixed and why in terms a layperson understands. Doesn't suggest unnecessary repairs but does let you know what can wait and what is more imperative. We have been using Ken's for almost a decade and have complete confidence in him and his shop.

I have been using Ken's repair service for a number of years and he has always exceeded my expectations. He does thorough and expert work with a focus on customer safety at a fair price. Recently, I needed my vehicle repaired for a road trip and Ken made it happen and the thing runs like a top once again.

This man did the work and completed the work that two other mechanics said it could not be done. Mavis tire and brake on abercorn recommended me replace my engine. I brought the SUV to Ken all I needed was coil packs and spark plugs in the car drives like brand new and he did not try to rip me off I highly recommend this man and thank you so much for your hard work and dedication .

I can't say enough how great of a job these guys did. I was traveling from NY to Florida and stopped for fuel. When I tried to start my car, the starter was grinding. After getting under my 1996 Diesel Suburban, I noticed that the starter was about to fall out as one of the bolts were sheered off and the other one was barely hanging on and the starter had come out of its hole and was not properly engaging. I had to get a tow truck as I had no tools to attempt a repair myself. I was towed to four places prior and no one had the time to do it and told me it would have to be after the new year. The tow driver took me to Kens and after telling him the situation, he got one of his mechanics to jump on it right there. All I was wishing for was to get the bolt back in to start the truck and be on my way and fix it when I got home. Instead, Noah the mechanic took the time to take the starter out, and found the bolt that sheered off was still in. He carefully drilled it out and removed the broken piece and cleaned the threads with a tap. I probably could not have done a better job myself. Although no one had a starter bolt in stock, Ken was able to get a regular bolt of the same size and installed the starter back. Noah even took the few extra minutes to clip a wire that he noticed was about to break and put on a new terminal. A Job well done and got us back on the road. The best is that Ken and his team were extremely pleasant to deal with considering our situation. They were so honest, and never took advantage of us. I only wish their shop was closer to me. I HIGHLY recommend these guys !!!!!I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.Thanks again guys and Happy New Year.Service: Engine repair

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Very bad experience. Took my car in because of a leak. No prior issues with the car whatsoever. Was told to fix it would be $300. Later for a call saying that the price would be almost $700 because they found something else while working on the car and if I didn t get it fixed the leak would continue. So I went ahead and paid them the extra money bc they said if I came back and had them fix it later it would be even more expensive bc they would have to charge extra for the labor. When I got my car back I noticed another leak within 2 1/2 weeks so I brought it back to Ken. I brought him photos of my almost empty coolant tank. He said he couldn t find anything wrong and told me it was a sensor issue. From there I brought my car back 4 more times because although they were insisting nothing was wrong but the sensor, I continued to have new problems that I didn t have before I brought my car to Ken in the first place. One day he said he wanted to keep the car and run it for a couple of hours to see if they could identify the problem and that they would call me in a few hours. I walked to worked and never heard back from them. I called and left a million messages and no one answered. They had parked my car all day and didn t work on it. They re lack of communication also left me stranded without a vehicle bc they did not get it back to me within the timeframe they said and I had to walk to and stay at a nearby hotel bc I couldn t get inside my house (I fully expected to have my car/house keys back before the end of the day). The next day it was clear that they had not done any work. The final straw was when I tried to start my car one morning and it barely cranked. I took a video of what my car was doing and Ken asked to keep the car overnight. He had a day and a half with my car and when we spoke with him again he still didn t know. Finally we just took the car and drove off and within 2 minutes my mother (who took me to go pick up my car) noticed that my car had started smoking really badly as I was driving back to work. This was something they would have definitely caught had they been working on my car like they said and this had never happened before I brought it in.they take your money here and don t do the work. Complete scam artists. No compensation for the inconveniences that they caused and I regret ever walking into the shop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Absolutly the most honest Mechanic I have had the pleasure to do business with in many years. Great prices great people, great service. He always has time for me when I drop by. I drive all the way from Hinesville to bring him my business, I have towed one of my cars from Hinesville to him when it was not running. I will continue to drop by untill he runs me off. The only Mechanic I trust is Ken.

Wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else! Ken's is the most kind, honest person/mechanic you'll find. If you don't want to be taken advantage of and want to pay fair prices, this is the shop to go to. Good luck anywhere else.
