UPDATE 2/28: Had my car back for less time it took for it to be "repaired" and the bumper is already falling off, plus the paint now doesn't match. Pics attached. Horrible experience and repair work! 0/10!1/4: By far the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a place in my life. At the time of writing this, this shop has had my car for TWO full months, refuses to let me see it, doesn't know when it will be ready, and I STILL do not have my car back. The shop left me stranded outside with no vehicle and no sense of remorse about it! The lack of urgency, extreme incompetence, miscommunication, and utterly poor customer service is something I have never experienced.To start, no one in this shop ever initiated updates with me regarding my vehicle. I always had to call them, and they didn't even start sending me text updates until a *month* after already having my car. When I'd get a text that my car would be ready on a certain date, I'd call the day *before* that date, and I would consistently be told that I would actually NOT be getting my car back that day, because for some reason they could never disclose, completion would be delayed an additional week. And this continued for TWO MONTHS.After calling for another update regarding the status of my vehicle earlier this week, the manager Nicole picks up the phone. She tells me that she'll get the status of my car for me and puts me on hold, but instead of actually finding out what's going on with my car for it to take this long, she TRANSFERS MY CALL to one of her associates so she can disappear and avoid accountability, which to me is highly unprofessional. When she calls me back nearly three hours later, she tells me that my car is taking two months to be complete because the "paint keeps spoiling."Now if you look at my car, which I will attach a photo of for reference, there is absolutely no reason why repairs on it should take two months. It was not significant damage, and it makes NO sense for a paint job to somehow take two months.Regardless, at no point did Nicole or any one in this shop volunteer this information to me at any point during their possession of my vehicle. Nicole was not apologetic or understanding to the fact that her shop having my car for TWO MONTHS is an extreme inconvenience for me, and made absolutely no moves to expedite it.Anyways, on a Tuesday, the manager Nicole tells me my car will definitely be ready on Thursday. As I have done every week, I called the shop on Wednesday to verify that it would be ready the following day. Nicole tells me that it is out of paint, and that all they need is one hour with it to make sure that it is okay for me to pick up, but that I can pick it up on Thursday. Please keep in my mind that I am told this around 1PM on Wednesday.Thursday comes, and I come to the shop in the morning at 8:30AM to pick up my car. Suddenly every in the shop is scrambling; nobody knows what's going on, and they tell me, yet again, that my car is NOT ready. When I ask to see it, they refuse. When I ask when it WILL be ready, they don't have an answer.Despite Nicole telling me on WEDNESDAY AT 1PM that the car was done and only needed an hour more, when I come in on THURSDAY MORNING, the associate at the counter tells me, "well we told you that it WOULD be ready, not that it IS."At this point, I am at out of a car, and I am out of a rental (one of which I was told insurance and the shop negotiated that the shop would pay for after Wednesday, only to be told by Nicole and an associate that "they don't do that and there's nothing they can do about me not having a way to get around.")The whole time when I am in the shop trying to get answers, I can see the manager literally HIDING IN HER OFFICE ON THE COMPUTER, relaying information for her associate to tell me instead of stepping out of her office to do it herself. What kind of accountability or management is that?I'm literally left on the street with no car, no rental, no answers as to when I will get my own car back, & no offers to help in the mean time.

This shop is terrible. I m giving three stars instead of one because I don t care about their star rating; I just want people to read this and know the truth. Additionally, receptionist told me I would get a free detail/wash if I posted a good review. I believe this is the reason for their current ratings. Personally, I don t need a car wash and would rather have everyone else informed so they can make a good decision. Do not take your vehicle to Joe Hudson s. They lied to me about text updates on my vehicle, the parts they use, the repair process, pretty much everything. They didn't even finish the repairs. They gave me my vehicle back with loose screws, a loose headlight, an unattached air filter assembly, a missing interior door panel screw cover, and additional paint damage to right front fender and driver's door handle that was not there prior to drop-off. Their own pictures they take before and after proved this. The bumper they put on was a non-OEM aftermarket China bumper that doesn't even fit. When I asked about all this, the receptionist said I ll forward it to the body tech and then I never heard from any of them again. The paint also doesn t match the rest of the car, and there was clearcoat overspray all over the windshield that I had to scrape off myself. I have pictures and a 9-minute video with the body technician admitting to the poor repairs and saying it s out of his control. He apologized and said they just hired a new body tech. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to see the video. Communication: Shop said they would contact me regularly and that their system would send automatic text updates on my vehicle. Neither occurred. I called them after two weeks just to check on status of my vehicle, a few days later it was miraculously done. Overall: poor communication from them, poor repairs, no accountability, and they appear to be okay giving a customer a vehicle that isn t finished or put back together as long as they explain that with we just hired a new body tech . I am a combat veteran and disabled veteran and they treated me like this. If they ll do this to me, imagine what they ll do to you.

I was greeted by the friendly staff at Joe Hudson s collision center when I brought my car to see about scratches being buffed out. They were eager to help me and went above and beyond fixing the scratches as well as other cosmetic issues on my car. I enjoyed talking to them as they worked. I am so grateful for my experience here!!!

There was nothing this place did correctly or professionally. Customer service: I always had to be the one to initiate the call and request a status update or information. I also had to consistently remind them as to what I was calling about and what actions they promised they would take. They promised they would call when I asked if they could update me and they never did. Multiple times the person I spoke with who said they would call me and speak with me on a specific day never reached out and when I called, they weren't even at the shop that day. They were never apologetic until the very end when I lost my patience and expressed how frustrated I was. Quality: I had to bring my car back in three separate times for them to fix what they should have done the first time. The lack of care, attention to detail, and professionalism was something I've never seen before. I have nothing good to say about this place and I just hope they improve so that others don't experience what I did.

We have been getting the run around on our car being repaired for months. It was wrecked (but drivable) in Oct 2023. So we met with Michael, said he would get the necessary parts on order, and had an appointment to bring it in 11/27/2023. Verbally we were told 2-3 weeks, the first text notification said 12/22/2023. We got text updates that it was being repaired, in paint, etc. This was a lie. We called 12/22 and it was not repaired nor was it drivable. The new date given was 1/5/2024 and has since moved out weekly, saying it would be ready "next Friday" every week. This past Friday 1/19/2024, we called, and all that was left was the glass install, which was scheduled for that day. Today the portal says the car is ready (1/22/2024) and we call, it is still not ready. This is wildly unprofessional and we have had to cancel or reschedule plans multiple times due to not having my car on the repeated promise dates. I have paid two months of car payments and insurance on a car that is not in my possession. The promise date on the car has moved out at least 5 times. This is extremely frustrating and has impacted our quality of life. I can't even speak to the quality of work yet because I am still without a car.

The service I received was truly spectacular! Since scheduling a service to getting updates about my car and at the end it turned out amazing! The staff was very friendly and willing to help throughout this stressful process, but they made it be much easier for me. My car got it s front end severely damaged to where the headlight, bumper, grille, fender, radiator support and a few other items had to be replaced, Joe Hudson s came in clutch and fixed the car quicker than I thought they would. Definitely would recommend.

I went in for an estimate and John gave me advice that saved me thousands of dollars. He laid out all of my options on the table, including a do it myself job because I wasn t too worried about my car cosmetically. As a young female, I did not feel out of place or taken advantage of at all. Very honest shop filled with good people. Front desk was very welcoming and I m thankful for such a wonderful experience!!

Although the estimated time was 7-10 days and then it got increased to a whole month, the car came out even better than before the accident. They cleaned up my car that had years of hard stains and dried up tree gunk, cleaned the inside of my car, and overall made it really nice.Its unfortunate that parts manufacturers are what made it take the longest but in the end it isnt their faultMy only advice is dont expect a short wait time as the car repair market right now can be rough.

DO NOT go here if you care about your car. Terrible workmanship! Terrible Inspection before returning car. Parts replaced loose! Paint defects even after second chance to fix. Issues that was told about wasn't even fixed on the replacement parts. Replacement parts has defects. Overspray all over car that was not cleaned up and paint even on keyfob some how. Returned car with rockchip on part that was replaced. Was planning to get PPF once car was returned. I only went here because insurance recommended. Don't waste your time here! No attention to details. Please go elsewhere!

Scheduled an appointment to get car damage estimate. I was given an appointment date 3 weeks from my first visit. Called to confirm the time and date. Can't find me in their system, and now tell me they are booked out 5 MONTHS in advance. I would have appreciated knowing that from day one, so that I could make other arrangements.

I just want to share how kind and attentive the staff are here. There have been many uncontrollable issues with my car being repaired and they ve been the most helpful and diligent working repair shop.Insurance and rental car services have been a nightmare(horrid customer service on their ends). Joe Hudson has stepped up and provided expert customer service and assistance beyond their duties. You can expect to be taken care of here, and receive excellent customer service and repair to your vehicle.

All of the staff were great! The environment is friendly and professional. John helped me with an estimate for my car damage and was very kind and fast.. I do hope to get my car fixed by this place. I m sure their work is as superb as their professionalism .

My back bumper was scratched while I was parked in a parking garage. I went to Joe Hudson's and the process went extremely smooth. I had to get an estimate first. Normally, they don't let people get an estimate until 10, but because I had work they were kind enough to check it out at 8am so I could make it to work by 8:30. I then scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. They told me it would take 3 days and that's exactly when it was finished. My car look fantastic, like nothing ever happened to it. They even vacuumed out my front seats, which was really great. I would definitley go back there again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an altogether great experience in choosing Joe Hudson's Collision Center as a repair shop for my vehicle. They did an outstanding job repairing, painting and keeping me informed of my car's repair status. I got my car back in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center! The staff was polite & friendly and they keep you informed, comfortable and trusting in their services as could be expected.

As always Joe Hudson did a fantastic job repairing my truck. I only wish they would have buffed the entire truck to match the new paint. It would have been a nice surprise to see that after such a very large repair bill. However great communication overall fantastic job I have had nothing but great experiences with this body shop. I am always so scared that work on my truck will not be up to standard but you guys always do a great job.Service: Body & Trim

Had a great experience at Joe Hudson's Collision. Everyone was really nice and professional. Customer service was 5 star. Jim the shop manager helped sort out an issue I was having with the guy that hit my car's insurance company. I was updated by texts and calls the entire time they had my car.
