Beyond satisfied! You guys made this such an easy process. You got me in sooner than any other repair shop did and completed the repair very quickly. You kept me in the loop the whole time and answered any questions I had. I will recommend you to anyone that is needing repairs done. Thank you!

The only thing good about this was the young lady in the front office, other than that I would never take my vehicle there to be repaired, they tried to use the busted parts back on my truck when new parts were ordered if I hadn't done my own inspection they would have gotten away with it, the funny thing is as soon as I found it they took it back and put the new parts on it only then. They left wiring harnesses unhooked,front safety sensors on hooked which I had to do myself, the only thing that really bothered me about that was I had surgery on my hand 3 days prior to this so it made it a little difficult. Not a good experience, kind of shady!

If you have USAA, choose this shop. They were amazing to work with and kept me updated at every step. They took great care of my car while there and the repairs look great. You wouldn't know the car was ever wrecked. Everything was great. They fixed it and it looks 100%. I did have a problem because a part came apart. They said to bring it in the next day and they would fix it. The people they are very nice and helpful.

I drive a 2020 BMW 3 series and had an unfortunate accident in July. I received my car today, i.e., in November. It took this long because of the shortage of parts supply. I must say, this a great body shop. The staff is very helpful and will work with you to get your auto repair completed as soon as possible, as long as all the parts are available and in stock. I was being helped by Mr. Eddie Perry and Ms Stephanie Godwin. They both were very polite and outstanding at their jobs and were very helpful in getting me my car back as soon as possible. The shop has trained and certified professionals and will make sure your car works exactly the same way as it was before you brought it in the shop. I definitely recommend this place if any one has any unfortunate events with their car.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Outstanding body shop!! They did an amazing job repairing the damage to my vehicle. They are all really nice in the office and very helpful and personable. They were the only shop in the area that didn't have a 2-3 month waiting list and they made the repairs to my car very quickly. You can't even tell my car was ever damaged. Due to supply chain issues, getting a car repaired can be challenging these days. Advanced was great to work with and did everything in their power to fix my car as soon as possible. Really appreciate their work and my car looks great.

My daughter wasInvolved in an accident In Savannah. Her Dad and I are 4 1/2 hours away so we had to handle everything remotely. Advance Collision was recommended to us by the towing company when I asked them who they would recommend. I am so great full that I asked and took their recommendation. This place was what my insurance suggested I bring in my Subaru after Bambi decided to cross the street knowing I had possession of the road.They communicated consistently and they never left me uninformed. Got my ride back and it was in prestige condition.

They do okay body work but apparently the paint they use is cheap less then 3k miles after they repaint the front on my mustang it starts chipping paint on front driver fender meanwhile factory paint on the back of the car still perfect wouldn't recommend if you have a nice car and care about long term

I haven't gotten any work done (yet), but already the customer service is above & beyond! The staff is SO nice & attentive. They're knowledgeable & don't mind educating you if you ask questions. I love great customer service & I promise you you'll get it here!EDIT: I must redact what I said about customer service. I've called *several* times regarding an update about my car & each time I was told someone would call me back and they *never* did. This is very poor service!

I called to set an appointment here and the lady I spoke to assures me that I was ready to go. They even double called me on accident after making the appointment the week prior. When I called back the day of my appointment just to reconfirm the time and then they said I didn t have an appointment and was not doing anything to fix it. The ladies kept over talking me when I was on the phone and this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! I can t even open the door to my car and now they want me to wait another week, we ll Fvck that. I went to Joe Hudson s instead. Save your money and your time folks.

Doug and his team were absolutely amazing! The quality of their work, their professionalism, and communication is top notch. They repaired my Audi, with OEM parts, and it looks brand new! They called me and kept me updated on every step, and finished the car repairs early. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend them to any and everyone.

I ran over something while driving, causing my undercarriage to come loose and drag the ground. I didn t want to deal with filing an insurance claim for something so small, so I called the Toyota dealership and a few other places to see if they could repair it. No one would even look at it since I hadn t gotten an insurance quote. I stopped by Advanced Body Shops on my way home from work. The owner (I assume) came out and looked at my car and asked me to come back after lunch. When I came back, he took my keys, drove it into the garage, and was back in less than five minutes. When I pulled out my wallet, he said for such a quick repair there was no charge. I hope I don t need any auto body work done in the future, but if I do, this place will definitely get my business.Service: Body & Trim

Thieves and insurance scam artist. Charged my insurance $1800 for 2 minor chips that needed fixing. Explained to me both bumpers needed to come off and sensors needed to be calibrated. They did none of that. They airbrushed the front chip locally and there was overspray everywhere, paint was rough, bubbles. They never fixed the back issue and lied and claimed they fixed a dent my car never had. They were adamant my car had another sent that never existed. I have pictures to prove everything. The owner got really nasty with me. Then I saw the original issue I had on the rear bumper, they tried to fix with crazy glue because the foam that supports the bumper was now all melted from the adhesive they used. Then the areas they tried to touch up didn't even match my paint color. This place is dishonest, cheated my insurance for $1800 for work that was worth about $100. They lied about taking my bumpers off and calibrating sensors. They did none of that. Then created a story about work that never took place. The owner took his toothless accomplice in the back for a half hour and wouldn't talk to me as they corroborated their ruse. Stay away! Owner is a thief and should be arrested for insurance scamming. I have all the proof to support it.

Doug and his crew has been amazing and hard working. Unfortunately I ve people that s attracted to my vehicle, but they make my civic brand new and clean. I thank them so much for their professionalism, patience, and friendliness during all of this. If you looking for someone to fix your car and do you right and great customer service. I ve used them a few times. The first time was great. This second experience was not as good. Even though they are a USAA shop, I was not made a priority (per USAA policies). Communication needs to be improved, but they do good work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
