My insurance company sent me to them after I was involved in a hit & run. Once I had my car in to be fixed, I got a call that it was ready to drive again by the end of the week which happily surprised me.Everyone was friendly and they even went the extra mile to contact my insurance company when there were a few issues to be handled. Highly recommend.

Joe Hudson collision is the only collision center certified to work on Tesla s in the area as of the date of this posting and I can see why. They are very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that would need to happen and anticipated possible repairs. The service I received was exceptional. They kept me updated of everything that was happening with the car as is underwent repairs. And they went so far as to contact the payment provider on my behalf.In specific, I believe Michael is the go-to guy for all Tesla repairs and he made sure the repairs were done correctly and as quickly as possible. The front staff was courteous and conscientious making sure that I am well taken care of and all transactions went smoothly.While I hope to never get into an accident again, I can rest assured that if the unfortunate occurs, Joe Hudson collision will be ready. Thank you for everything!

The Best Service I could Ask For!It all started as soon as I walked through the front door. I was immediately greeted with sympathy and compassion from the wonderful woman at the front desk.This is my first time doing anything for an insurance claim and I was understandably nervous throughout the entire ordeal but Jeanine and her great team explained the entire process to me. They were all incredibly kind to me in a way that I greatly appreciated.While your situation for going to their center may differ from mine, I was genuinely impressed by them finishing earlier than my estimated timeline. My baby looks great!I hope not to find myself in an incident that requires a collision but if I am, this is the place to go! Thanks for everything guys!

My experience with Joe Hudson collision center, was a really good one. From the time l walked in l was greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile. And the staff was friendly yet very professional. I was impressed by the quality and workmanship of how they work on my vehicle. The finished touch ,looked brand new. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and my experience, l would definitely recommend their services to others.

I highly recommend Joe Hudson s. The customer experience and quality of their work is superior. They were so wonderful to work with from start to finish. Pricing I thought was reasonable for having to pay out of pocket. If you need car repairs, Go here and don t hesitate! Thanks to the entire JH team for a wonderful experience.

I had just gotten my car when I got hit. No dents, scratches or anything. Not only did they replace my door but also the dent under the frame of my car which could have totaled it out. Picked my car up yesterday and it looks brand new again.Very friendly staff, open communication and my car was ready 8 days before the estimated date. I'd def do business with them again! Thank you!

Everyone was courteous. The process was streamlined, so as to inconvenience me as little as possible. Repairs were to standard. I was kept updated at every step of the way, and I was asked several times if I was completely happy with the service received and my experience. Would use again 10/10.

The customer service is amazing, my vehicle was done earlier than expected, they work with a rental agency for convenient pick up and drop offs, and the work was great! Highly recommend. This is the second time we have brought a vehicle in for repairs!

I highly recommend Joe Hudson Collision Center. I had the misfortune of pebbles coming off the road on I 95 damaging the paint on the hood and windshield. The person who stands out the most was Genenine the appraiser. She is the best of the best. She was very welcoming, professional and knowlegeable. Truly an asset to the body shop. Great job Genenine. Also thank you Betty for all your help. She is also very professional and knolegeable. Thank you to the shop personal for the great job ya'll did on my truck. It look great. Like new. I'm proud to say Joe Hudson did an outstanding job on my truck. Preciate it

This place made me wait for 1 1/2 hours before I even seen. The moment someone saw me they said they didn t have my case on file and I should wait until they have time to examine what happened to my car. After waiting 2 hours at this point I was informed they wouldn t be able to help me out as they made a judgement error in helping me with my collision and I should go somewhere else. Thank you for wasting my time !

Will not recommend this location for any car repairs. They are really bad with getting repairs done in a timely manner. Was told 1 to 2 weeks for repairs to be completed after parts were received and it took them 5 weeks to get it done.

Hudson s did some excellent work on our car. Besides the very professional body work performed, there are other two areas in which they excelled.1. Communication - they kept us informed, alleviating any anxiety. We knew what was going on!2. They completed the repairs 2 weeks earlier than the date promised. We planned for, and we re mentally prepared for, the expected date!We would have been happy with the planned date, but all went smoothly and we were totally surprised to get our car sooner!THANK YOU JOE HUDSON COLLISION ON SR-204 in Savannah!By the way, kudos to Jacob and Ebony.Very professional indeed.And, I m a picky person!! :)I came back with another minor mishap and Mike jumped on it and had it fixed in no time. It s refreshing to deal with true professionals. This is the way to run a business.

I wouldn t have thought that car repair would be a pleasant experience but Joe Hudson proved me wrong. My Infinity was fixed ahead of schedule and the rental replacement was a breeze to get. Had damage to my car from a storm. Called to set up an appointment and to confirm whether they had towing capacity or if I would need to go through Allstate. The lady, I assume the manager, stated they did not and that I would need to go with arrangements with the insurance company and to have them send the work assignment and we would be set. I contacted the claim adjuster who then contacted the shop. He called me stating that they had the ability to tow but availability would be an issue. Not at all what she stated to me, but okay. Recieved a text that shop received work assignment, which was more than a week away. So I called to check tow "availability" and the young lady stated that tow would not be available because my car was listed as drivable. I informed her that, per my discussion with the claim adjuster, I would be making arrangements through Allstate for the tow if the shop could not. She put me on hold to discuss with her manager only to return stating, "We are not taking non-drivable vehicles at this time." This could have been stated at the initial call that morning OR when she spoke to the claim adjuster. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
