Great friendly staff at this location. They met me outside and greeted me on arrival. They were able to accommodate my utility truck with no issues and quickly jumped to work on my truck. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

I want to give a shoutout to Shane and Richard at the Abercorn location. They were extremely professional and constantly reached out to me when the parts for my vehicle seemed to be taking more than expected. This is the type of customer service that everyone one should receive. Kudos to both mechanics

I won't be returning. This location & the other location on the other end of Abercorn are all under the same district manager. I 1st went to the other location in Dec for an oil change that took almost 2hrs of waiting (I should have left, but it needed done & I'm new to the area) they gave me a list of repair recommendations & offered 22% off, however they don't do brakes, so I came to this location. This location wouldn't offer the 22% off. Fine whatever. The intake rep came out & asked what services I needed, I explained I wanted to get the recommendations on file & that my brakes needed repaired as they were making noise. I arrived early at 1030, 2cars ahead of me. I heard nothing for 24hrs, received 2 calls within 40mins of each other because of poor communication among staff. Got my repair quote & advised them to fix all of it. Late afternoon received a call my vehicle was ready, however they still couldn't give me a detailed exact total over the phone? Get there, pay, & as soon as I drive away I can hear my brakes making the noise I originally went in for! Ran an errand & came back, this time the intake rep was the rep that worked on my car. They explained they weren't sure if anyone before him had done a test drive, but he did after making repairs & claims he reported to the staff that calls clients, that my front brakes needed repaired also. Nobody ever informed me of this. So I asked them to be fixed today before closing & I expected a big discount for my hassle & their poor communication! Nearly 2hrs later it was finally fully repaired & the max discount they could give was $30 off better than nothing, but every person there had a "it's not my fault/ problem" attitude & kept passing the issue onto someone else. This is not good customer service. The guy in front of me was having problems with his payment & was mid transaction, the girl in the office shouted thru the window to the male clerk assisting me "the other guy isn't done". Too damn bad, my vehicle is ready, cancel his transaction & ring me out!

Customer service was excellent. The dark haired young lady was so helpful and cool. They got me right and any got to the job and the price for their service is reasonable. Would highly recommend!!!

The customer service today was horrible. I came here for the first time months ago to 2 tall dark skinned men that were top tier excellent customer service, great service to my car, and I even left them all a good tip. Today some cashier name Athena or whatever type old lady name that is service was absolutely horrible and if I didn t already have a long day at work I would ve had time today.

I stopped here for an Uber inspection and the girl that helped was training but she was super friendly and professional and the team that was training her was super supportive and answered all of her questions. It was just a great and refreshing experience to see a business be helpful both to their customers AND employees. I wanted to give them a shout out and I will definitely be back for anything else.

Female staff ignored me after she checked out a couple female customers. Once done with them, I stepped up and she turned her back on me and refused to look at me until I said something. I was trying to tell her I brought my own stuff. After the service I noticed that they didn't use the oil additives that was with the oil and filter in my passenger floor board. Came back to get them to add it, she was snarky. I would have left after she ignored me, but they had just started working on my truck. I believe her name is Grace. After I brought my truck back for them to add the additives and had pulled away, I noticed they got oil over 40% of the center console (ram truck) like their arm was coated in oil and they rested it on there and smeared it a bit. The manager was cool, though when told him about how Grace was acting.

It was an amazing experience. I was in and out. My inspection took no longer than 10 mins. Staff was pleasant and highly professional. I have found my new auto shop.

Really great team and great service! They were very fast and kept me aware of everything going on with my vehicle. I decided to get my air cabin filter changed too while I was there for an oil change. I can already tell a huge difference getting back into my car. They were so friendly and provided water bottles and cookies for the customers. Couldn t recommend more highly!

I am so mad at myself! I should have read the reviews, I would not have risked going here... I JUST left, oily smudges on the door and hood, they didn't wash the windows or vacuum the inside, they were very friendly but not interested in doing anything related to customers. Everybody was all into themselves and telling each other stories? I wanted my windshield wipers changed, but they didn't ask? I wanted my in cabin air filter changed, but they didn't ask? I wanted my engine air filter changed, but they didn't ask? I didn't look at the wiper fluid, but if they didn't check the air filter, I'll bet you anything they didn't add to the wiper fluid? I also wanted a rear wiper blade... yep, you guessed it! This place has been going downhill over the last few visits, I hope today was a very off day, I don't know if I'll be back! It is a shame because it is so convenient and I have 7 vehicles including my work vehicles that are easy to take there...

Last week i got a tune up its was decent service, thank you. Yesterday i called and the man named twin spoke with me. Let me say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! I dont see how the man even is still employed there. But nobody recognizes customer service now a days!!! Sad!! Today i pull in to drop off my vehicle for BACK brakes and rotors after discussing already what we were doing the day before, the same disrespectful man gets out his car saying hey can i help u??? As he is on the phone with his "boo" as he announced it. He disrespcted my mother telling her "lady, lady chill. Give me your keys"!! To top it off after looking at my car i was told $375, then after waiting 2 and a half hours he ordered the wrong parts!!!!! IF HE WASNT following the woman customers like a piece of meat my car would have been donein the time frame they told me 2 to 3 hours!!! Nope!!!! I got there at exactly 8:29am 1 vehicle was there, i left at 3pm. Then the guy paying me out tells me i cant get my military discount. Are u serious???? The staff is a complete joke and isnt business professional at all. Ray was the ONLY REASON I AM SATISIFIED WITH MY CAR. Your team wasted my time and energy, isnt professional and gives false information. THANK U RAY FOR HELPING MY ISSUES YOUR TEAM CAUSED.Service: Brakes
