Well, what can I say I came to wash my car got it done then I stepped over to Jiffy Lube to change my oil. No wait, staff was incredibly helpful Tyrese the gentleman that help me was very knowledgeable and help me with any questions I had with my vehicle if there was diamonds, I would give this place diamonds, but I ll give five stars for now. Athena and Stephen were awesome on the oil quick and simple. JIFFY LUBE#3144. On Abercorn Savannah Ga.

Highly Recommend This Location!!!I come in I explain what is the issue I need help with and right away. I'm not only help but I'm also showed at a better way to save a few more bucks and on how to keep the life of my vehicle running longer. 10/10 experience as always! I only go to this Jiffy Lube specifically because the service is always fast and efficient. Shout out to Shane not only for getting my oil change done, but for letting me know I needed more coolant. Even though they didn t have the coolant I needed for my car he still let me know where I could find it and let me know what it was for and where I should put it and as a girl in my 20s trying to figure out what my car needs to operate I really appreciated that.

Sid and Jeff took really good care of me!!!! They gave me the best deal on my oil change and got me in and out and quick and effect service! I high recommend getting your car serviced here at jiffy lube on Abercorn!!!

This shop is a house of learned doctors! Car doctors! They will take good care of you, and will usually give you a discount on services rendered without you even asking for one! Hal and the other guy I forget his name are very down to earth and are very knowledgeable of most make and model cars on the road! In my opinion this store is the best one to go to in this district it's clean, organized, well staffed, and quick! I will be coming back here for my next servicing or when I need air in my tires! THANKS GUYS!!!!

Love the new management! Went for an oil change a received outstanding service. Sid and Tyrese explained all my required services as well as informed me of areas of concerns with recommendations. Sid even vacuumed my backseat because he noticed the mess my kids made. 10/10

This is the worst service I ever had today! They are under new management and it feels like I got rob.... I pulled up and they ask me to get out the car and wait inside which was kinda odd to me, because I always sit in my car when I get my oil change. So I went inside and the guy came inside and ask what kind of oil change I wanted I said high mileage oil change so he ask how I was paying? I said cash! He said my total was gonna be about $88.00. I said ok I'm paying cash I had a $100 bill and he said he don't have change for that... Then he kept asking me do I have a card I said yes but I want to pay with cash! So I said well how much will it be if you put antifreeze in it as well. He $5 so I said ok well just do that and keep the rest. So 5 minutes later they came back and told me I was all done. I asked him again are you sure y'all changed my oil he said yes! So I got in my car pull off and noticed I didn't have a oil change sticker on my window to know when it's time to get it changed again. So he wrote it on the sticker with a black marker which was also weird. Never gave me a receipt. So when I got home I checked the antifreeze... It was completely empty. So I called up there and he said bring it back so he can put it in. I said no I'm already home. So he pretty much just topped off my oil changed the filter and Pocket the money! Because when I went up there pissed and asked for my receipt... He gave me my receipt and my $100 bill back! SMH

Went right before leaving for Christmas as everywhere else was booked up. Wasn t a line, they got me in and out quick, roughly 15 minutes. Little bit higher in price than something like a mavis but you re paying for convenience and I can respect that. Lobby couches are comfortable. Professional place and will go again.

5 stars! I first went to Jiffy Lube here on Abercorn after a 3000 mile cross country journey. I've been coming back regularly since. I appreciate the attention to detail, and good old southern hospitality too.

I got an oil change at this Jiffy Lube the day we were planning to drive to Orlando for the weekend. Unfortunately we didn t get ready to leave town till after 6 when Jiffy Lube closes. As we started to leave town the bottom of my car fell down. I couldn t do anything about it till the next morning wasting our hotel for the night.Showed up at Jiffy Lube the next morning at 7 am cause Google said they opened at 7. They do not, the door said 8am. I didn t want to leave cause the bottom was still dragging when I drove. At 8am, they didn t open. I went in the car wash next door who said they actually don t usually get in till 9am. I wait till 9am, still no one shows up. There is no sign on the door and no one on site has any idea why they are not open.I start calling other Jiffy Lube s in town and the on me down the street answered. The guy who answered said he was the manager of both and the one I was at wasn t opening today. Remember, there is no sign on the door indicating they had no plans to open and I d been sitting there with my broken car for about 2 1/2 hours. Luckily I showed three potential customers who drove up during that time my broken car and they were able to leave and go elsewhere.I drive down to the other one and they fix it. He said the plate is supposed to go on top of this shelf thing and whoever did it made a simple mistake . My metal plate was all curled up from dragging and he said he hammered it back in place and it should be fine. I said it may have been simple but it sidelined my weekend trip by a day and a half and we wasted our hotel and Disney tickets for the day. And it s a new car for me and knowing they had to hammer it back in place wasn t reassuring. He said he wasn t a high enough manager to help me any further. I gave him my name and number the upper management to call back.A week later no phone call, I c al the original Jiffy Lube to speak to the manager and she s not in again, they take my name and phone number. It s been another week with no one calling me. I ve called the 1 800 number and they haven t returned my call.Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else. Seriously.Service: Oil change

Came in for AC service on my 2001 Ford Taurus. The techs were patient with me while I look over there shoulders. They took their time and let their machine do its work. Yes there are do it yourself refill cans but that's only one side of your system. I'm a do it yourselfer but from everything I've heard AC work is best left to the professionals.... and so I did. By far the best in service! It s hard getting a quick oil change at the Mercedes dealership. Appointments are scheduled weeks out. Jiffy Lube at Savannah Carwash never disappoints. No appointment necessary. And, the technicians are always courteous and thorough. The tech even reset my computer after my service was completed. The dealership didn t even do that. I came in around 5:15 I knew they closed at 6 so I was hoping they would fit me in for a quick oil change. Harold and Jerald did. They checked everything even helped me reset my oil change light on my car. Greatly appreciate them definitely will be coming back to see them in the future.
