I brought Jesse and his team my 2004 Honda CRV that had an oil leak, needed all new tires, had issues with the power steering belt, the window wouldn't go up, and no air conditioning. They completely understood the fact that I was 19 and working two jobs. I received amazing customer care and practically next day service. You ABSOLUTELY need to take your car here. No one will treat you this good. I am forever grateful and happy they got me back on the road in a safe and fully functional vehicle.Services: Tires, Auto power window repair, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair

Jesse and his staff do outstanding work on all of our cars. Takes time to explain the problems and gives reasonably priced options that are customized to our needs and long-term plans with the automobile. Highly recommended.

The guys at Jesse s have done a ton of work on my vehicles over a few years. They always do good work and have great customer service. They always solve the real issues, not just the quickest fix, and will honestly report what needs to be done. They have fair pricing and offer honest estimates. I would always recommend them for everything from an oil change to major repairs.

True Showmanship of HONESTY in a world where that is hard to find! My starter went out and I had my car towed here after being recommended. My starter was bad- I made the comment that I just paid StepOne Jeep almost a thousand dollars a year prior. I was immediately told to come get my Jeep and take it back to StepOne because starters are warranted for life (and labor for a period of time). Because of pure honesty, Jessie s saved me another thousand dollars (I paid zero for the repair) when they could ve easily took the job and replaced my starter!Thank you for that!! I really use to support this shop but after problems with my brakes and being ghosted because my car was still vibrating after new brakes I gave up. Come to find out my rotors are BAD and it should have been obvious to professionals so now new rotors and brakes to the tune of $1000. Unbelievable

I would like to thank Mr. Jesse himself for taking the time to look at my vehicle and fix the problem J.C LEWIS Ford messed up knowing i have to hit the road in the morning on a 16 hour drive with my kids to my next duty station. If it was for Mr. Jesse tighing up my bolt Ford left loose i would be in bad shape. I recommend Jesse's auto shop for anyone with issues on their vehicle. Please do not go to the dealerships., see Jesse.

First, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop! I was traveling Labor Day Weekend and my car was making a loud noise. I called 4 other shops to ask them to take a look at it. But they all said, "We can't get to it until Wednesday, it was (Friday morning)". I called Jesse's and I explained my situation about picking up my son and driving back and forth and without hesitation they said, "We can't have your son in a dangerous car. Bring it in and we'll look at it today." The owner and workers stayed a little longer just to replace my wheel bearing. I was truly blessed I called this shop! I will only be using this shop for all of my repairs!! Thanks you Jesse and staff!Service: General repairs & maintenance

JESSE AND HIS CREW LITERALLY SAVED THE LIFE OF MY SUV. another shop told me i needed a whole new motor and these guys proved otherwise, they saved me so much, and continue to save me as i fix other items that need doing. they are honest fair and knowledgeable. and all repair they have done have been done to exceed standards and they are always happy and fun to be around they, make me comfortable explain things to me if needed i am pleased with their work and cant say enough good about them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

They were so nice and helpful to run the codes on our engine when the check engine light came on even though they were really busy. We were out of town and he explained what was wrong so clearly without being condescending and gave us peace of mind about how to proceed. Had to delete my last review after finding damage to the bumper and passenger side of my car doors, close to 2 and a half months sitting at the shop and the mechanical issue was not fixed. After being told it was fixed and had 3 test drives which was a lie. Don't recommend.

10/10 recommended. The mechanics fit me in for an appointment the day after I called and were very polite and professional. Before any work was done on my car, I was called and told what was happening and how much it would cost. The problem was fixed within the day and my car is running perfectly. This is the ideal, trustworthy mechanic!

I love Jesse's Automotive, the customer service is always great. They have all the equipment for any kind of car. They always run a diagnostics on your vehicle to know exactly whats wrong. They work quick and the prices are always reasonable. I would refer Jesse's to anyone, it doesn't matter what kind of car they can fix it.

Everyone here is great and knowledgeable. Even when the Chevy dealership claimed nothing was wrong...here at Jesse's, they always found out the problem and fixed it. Very reasonable prices and great customer service. I always take my Trail Blazer there when my Chevy warranty doesn't cover a repair.

Been here multiple times to get my car worked on. All the workers are super nice and chill, they get your car fixed well. Last time I went in for an oil change, they also pointed out a couple things that I needed to watch out for in the future, namely my breaks and tires which were starting to wear down, which I really appreciated

My son broke down in Roswell and Jesse totally took care of him!!!!. Took him back to his hotel and proceeded to check out van. After diagnosing the problem in his van , he had to refer him to transmission shop , because problem was with tranny. He even called me out of state to tell me what was wrong, gave me the number to transmission shop and went n picked my son back up to bring him back to the shop, even though he couldn't fix the issue!!!. Jesse is the nicest and most honest individual Ive come across in a long time. He could've easily been dishonest in this situation. All he cared about was making sure my son was going to be safe on the road back to Tennessee. I give this place 5 stars !!! I wish he could've done the repairs so he could be paid for his hours of time and transporting my son around town. Jesse's Auto is honest and caring, rare find for sure !!!

I can highly recomment Jesse's for all yoou auto repair needs. I had a problem with my automobile and he did an inspection and came in and told me exactly what I needed, and the price for each repair. No Pressure, Just the facts. I had the work done and have been happy. I also took another older car, a1995 Saturn that the AC had quit working. He made the reepairs and everything is great.

Incredible customer service is tough to find around here, aside from this place! I got a flat tire while driving down Staley ave. Thankfully I happened to pull over in front of this auto shop. I went inside, ran into Jesse (assuming he is the namesake) and told him I needed a new tire (since it was almost time anyways) and asked if they had time right then. He first suggested we fill and check it. He found a punture in the tread and was able repair it within 10 min of my request. $5 for the repair and a 20 min stop and I was on my way! Thanks again for making a difficult situation a pleasure!
