My father lives in Florida. He was driving through Georgia and had a problem with his RV. I could not help him over the phone to get it fixed. I found this company with a quick Google search and asked CJ if he could help. Without being able to give him an exact address or location CJ found them was able to help him was kind, professional, and generally a good hearted person With me not being able to get there to fix the problem or help. I m glad this was the man that was able to do it. I greatly appreciate everything he did. I can never express how grateful I am that this man answered the phone.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

While staying at River s end campground last week our motorhome s AC started smelling like plastic burning. We called several different people that were recommended by the campground and no one could help us because it was a Sunday. We called Jack s rv service and even though he couldn t come see it in person he walked my husband through troubleshooting the system until we found the burnt wires and told him how to fix the problem. If it hadn t been for Jack our vacation would ve been ruined. It was very hot that weekend so the A/C was crucial! I would recommend this business 100%, Jack knows his stuff and we were so grateful to have found him!Service: Electrical

CJ and Jack adjusted the steps on our motorhome in April 2022 & told us, call if you have any more problems. Well six weeks later we had the same problem with the motorhome steps. We called & explained the current problem to CJ. He said that they would come by and take a look at the steps. Well they never showed up & did not call me back. I think they choose who they want to help which is ok with me. Just don't promise to come by & don't show up. That ordeal motivated me to try & fix it myself. After watching several Utube videos, I felt confident. I removed the part & ordered a new one from Amazon & installed it with assistance from my wife. The steps now work perfectly & we saved approximately $300.00 or more dollars. So thank you Jack's RV Service for inspiring me to not depend on you. Jack's RV service have the knowledge but very poor service etiquette. We will not call them again, never.

Jack is that unique Professional that will take the time and care to refer you to someone else who is better equipped to help you than he is! We had an electrical issue and where others just said no , too busy , no idea who can help you , Jack said to call Jim and gave me the number! Sure enough, Jim was the Right Guy! Couldn t ask for a more professional experience!! Thanks, Jack!!

Jack and his son Justin came out on a Saturday morning to make sure we were able to get home after our awning arm bent in a wing gust. Even though he was down in his back, he made sure that he got the job done. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing repairs in the Savannah area!We are home! OMG! This guy is the Ninja of RV s!! I feel so lucky we met him!! He not only fixed the problem but forewarned us about other issues we might have and told us ahead of time how to fix! The problems with our AC unit were all from the factory laziness! He showed us every single thing before he fixed and we are now cooling down considerably!! He is awesome!!!Service: Air conditioning

The water heater in my RV broke enroute to New York City when we were coming from Florida. I called Jack's on a Saturday morning and met him up the road a couple hours later at a truck stop. 30 minutes later we had working hot water. He had a new circuit board for the heater on his van and charged a very reasonable price for his time and the part.

We called on Friday evening both numbers. The first number said to call CJ for our area. We called and told him our problem with our slide out. He said to call back in the morning ! We called at 8 am. We advised him our gear box was on the inside of the slide out. He said he would call us back to see if he could come out to look at. It is now 11 am on Saturday when we had to check out at 11 on our way to Fl. Haven t heard a word from him. Bad business! If. You don t think you can fix it say it don t just avoid the issue.

We had a problem with our motorhome; the slideout would not open. We had camping reservations coming up in a few days. I called two other RV repair shops closer to me, but they were unable to get to us for more days than we could wait. I called Jacks RV Service on a Monday afternoon, explained the situation, and Jack and CJ were at my house Tuesday morning at 11:15! Solved the problem (blown fuse under the hood) in less than an hour! I would recommend them to anyone needing fast and reasonable RV service.

Jack came out and spent all day fixing our power steps while running out three different times for parts. Very reasonable and got the job done. In Florida now and everything is working as it should. Awesome service especially compared to other services we have had in the past. 6 Stars. Thanks Jack. The McDaniels from TN.

Jack, CJ, and Justin located and repaired a hard-to-reach water line leak for us while we were in the middle of a trip. Everything about this service was perfect....these men are very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Jack s RV Service if you need help in the Richmond Hill/Savannah Area.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and efficient Jack and CJ were. I would recommend them to anyone searching around for an RV mechanic (it can be tiring and tedious). Five star recommend. These guys know what they are doing and already knew what was wrong and what needed to be fixed within minutes of arriving.

My husband contacted this place to help with a water heater repair. He said he would do it after work. When the part came, he said he would call us to set up a time, never called. We reached out again and he said he would call us. No call. Don t do business with this individual.

Called CJ on the road and he said to call when we got to our site. He told me he took care of travelers like us. Called when we got to our site and he said he was busy and would call back. Never did call back. Found someone else.

super flakey. called multiple times, commits to showing up on a certain day and doesn't follow through. says he'll call back and never does. not a good business man, go find someone else who keeps his word.

We called and met with CJ at a convenient location where he diagnosed and replaced a broken solenoid and had us on our way within an hour!!! Amazing and so thankful to have found him...Services: Electrical, BatteryServices: Electrical, Battery
