I had a fantastic experience with ZABET who helped me purchase my first brand new luxurious dream car. From the moment I walked into the dealership, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. She and her team patiently answered all of my questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Zabet s professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process easy and smooth. This was a great experience. I don't live in Savannah, nevertheless, they made things easy to get my dream car delivered to my door. They gave me a good price as arranged with their business partner, CarEdge, and they both worked-out all the details so that I did not have to worry about anything. What a relief--a great car at a great price delivered to my door. What could be better than that!

Probably the best experience I ve had at a dealership thus far. Just bought a Mazda here and Anthony was great to work with from the start and has a great attitude. Every other person we dealt with was equally as pleasant. Just a great and efficient overall experience.

Me and my boyfriend went here to buy a newer vehicle. I ended up trading in my older vehicle for this cx-5 and we love it! The entire process was smooth and David and Scott were super helpful and worked with us to purchase it. We never felt obligated to purchase anything we didn't want. After buying the vehicle, we received courtesy calls thanking us for our business which we didn't expect at all, but was very appreciated. Overall, I would say this dealership provides excellent service and the staff here is friendly and super helpful.

Bought my first car here (a 2023 Mazda Cx-50) & I love it! Everyone I asked had an answer when helping me decide what I wanted. Also, every time I get my car serviced, I'm in and out, with no issues.

Amazing service and customer care.Ulric Bier went above and beyond to ensure all questions and concerns were addressed prior to the purchase of my vehicle! Highly recommend!I am an out-of-state buyer who is not able to visit the dealership. Ulric took additional photos and even sent a video introducing himself and capturing all the details of the vehicle! Great service that you rarely see now-a-days!The team was prompt with responses and information throughout the entire process.Thank you for making this one of the most easiest and friendly car buying experiences!

It was a really exciting experience, because today was the day we were getting our first car. Aaron was super helpful and was able to clear up any questions we had. Despite Aaron saying he was new, he had a good grasp of the car sale steps and different probabilities of different types of problems, and helped guide us to being able to buy a car. 10/10

Anthony was wonderful to work with. He made our car buying experience much more enjoyable, because we didn t feel pressured. He allowed us the space to discuss any decision without any type of persuasion. He also spent a lot of time getting us exactly what we wanted. Probably one of the most enjoyable experiences we ve had. Even our interaction with the stores sales manager was positive. We felt every interaction was genuine and honest.

I wasn t sure we would purchase a car today, but Uli Bier really made it easy and the deal on a CX5 was indeed a really good deal! Uli listened to what we wanted and I could tell he cared about what we said and what he showed us too. Just a nice, friendly and easy going guy. We traded our 2016 Mazda and I expected haggling and back and forth, but there wasn t any! I m sure everyone has had a crazy car buying experience in their past, I just knew I wanted to avoid the anxiety and drama. If - we are ever in the market again - I m coming back to JC Lewis because it truly felt like we were working with friends, it was that easy. Go see Uli Bier - my new friend!

Been getting both of my vehicles serviced here for the past 2 years . Usually I'm weary of choosing a mechanic becusse of honesty and don't like to go to the dealerships becusse of paying a higher price but I am glad I have built a relationship with these guys . First class service and always informative with you in ensuring they are meeting your needs when it comes to service and getting the job done right on my vehicles. Steve and Andrew are professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with in the service department . Thanks for always making sure the work is done right !

I m deeply disappointed with the pre-paid maintenance plan I purchased. It was presented as a cost-effective way to secure future maintenance at current prices. However, after spending $500 on a 2-year plan, I realized that each service visit would have only cost me $90 if I had chosen to pay as I go. Moreover, I was surprised to find that the plan does not offer a full refund if you decide not to use the services. This experience has left me feeling misled and I would caution others to carefully consider whether the plan truly offers value before purchasing.

Great service and I got a good deal on a 2024 CX-90! I worked with Uli and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and super friendly. He and the mangers made us feel comfortable with our purchase and ensured everything was explained to our understanding. So glad to be back in a Mazda!!

Uli is Him, quick response with any question I had. My man took care of me from the beginning. He was very efficient and effective with the sale of our Mazda Cx-50. He was easy going and very easy to get along with. He made a solid effort to relate to us and to understand what our needs are and he more than delivered on that! Would definitely recommend to work with him!

I must say that this was one of my best car shopping experiences I've EVER had!! From beginning to end it was smooth and I didn't feel rushed to purchase something because of pushy sales associates. Anthony was an absolute delightful sales representative to work with. He was not in our face for a sale and was really knowledgeable about the car features and allowed the car to speak for itself. He listened to what I was looking for and truly delivered . David was also a great cheerleader and made sure I absolutely loved the car and affordability of my purchase. He made sure all my boxes were checked and I was satisfied. Alex in the finance department made sure I spent what I wanted to and didn't shove packages in my face just to make a sale and that was the cherry on top. Overall, if your looking for a comfortable and honest car shopping experience, this is ABSOLUTELY the place to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have a 2004 Miata that I realize is too old for your technicians to be up to date on and proficient to work on. But twice I have called and asked for help finding qualified people to work on this car. Both times J.C. Lewis Mazda went out of their way to help me find someone to work on the car. Great service for someone who is not even a customer. Thank You

Buying a new car can easily come with anxiety. Surprisingly everyone that I had contact with made me feel at ease, There was no stereotypical tricky salesmanship. They are good people that are straightforward and patient and, really do go the extra distance. When my schedule made communication drag on they remained consistent. Several of my questions my have been naive but they were not condencending but helped me to grasp clarification. The finance person was also wonderful. She helped me to understand all of the numbers. I left with an amazing Mazda at a fair price. I am grateful and will be a repeat customer. I reccomend Lewis Mazda to you for the rare experience to be treated well and to get an awesome car.

Uli stuck with me when I was on the fence about buying a car. He sent me options and talked me through several cars. Came back after a few weeks and finally decided to buy! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, helping me find the perfect car. The salesperson(Mike Arias) was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and explaining the features of the vehicles. Update October 2023Worst experience EVER today. Waited for almost two hours to write a check to pay off my vehicle. I was about to leave. Why did I bother making an appointment and asking them to have the paperwork ready, if they weren't going to have the paperwork ready. And why did they call me in the middle of my work day to verify I would be there on time if they weren't going to be ready when I did show up (15 minutes early)? Not sure my next vehicle will be a Mazda... I blame it on JC Lewis FORD buying out Fairway. I never had this problem when it was Fairway (we had four Mazdas from Fairway 2001-2021 and still have our last 2002 tribute)... this new 2021 maybe my last one.Staff was....Friendly, courteous service.Maybe management needs to work out how to properly schedule appointments.Also, I was quoted 3 different buy out amounts each one increased...the 2nd one I could understand were hidden fees and taxes, I expected it but the 3rd price was due to their sales department using a different program than their financial department...If they know that, then why don't they tell sales to put a disclaimer or warning on the paperwork... just left a bad taste in my mouth.
