I needed a locksmith for my 20+ yo car with no way to get it to the dealership. I called Justin in Parts and he helped me so much with information for their private locksmith company. He was so helpful and professional. I couldn t thank him (or the locksmith, who was so amazing) enough for taking the time to help me with my predicament. They truly help their customers!

Mr. Johnnie is AWESOME!!! We started out communicating via email and he was very attentive to my needs and making sure I got the car I wanted. I purchased my Lincoln Nautilus in Mid~ March.McKinsey was our saleswoman and she's going great places in her career. What a great attitude and a professional.And Nichole, in the finance department, was great too. She is very experienced and helped all the loose ends get finalized.I'm thrilled with my new car. My partner and I dealt with Juan. We did an off site purchase as we live nearly 1300 miles away. The great videos, and communication is what made the decision easy. The purchasing process was easy as we had our approval with our credit union. If you want an easy no hassle purchase this is the dealership to use. We made an offer and it was accepted, no back and forth with negotiations. We researched Cargurus, Edmunds, AutoTrader, and etc. The car they had for sale was certified and well below other cars in the sites.
