This was an amazing buying experience. The saleswoman Stella that works at the Savannah dealership meet us at the Pooler dealership that had the vehicle I was interested in test driving. Stella answered all of our questions, she was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. No pressure sale! 10+ on a scale of 1 to 10.

Hands down the best car purchase experience we ve had! Stella Corradino and Peter Hershey made everything go seamlessly. Stella is intelligent, sweet, REAL, down-to-earth, patient and professional. Peter s experience was obvious from the start, too, as he kindly filled in when Stella wasn t available at our second and third visits. He, too, was not pushy while at the same time quite knowledgeable and kind. It was almost as if we d known him for years. When you feel a connection with people at a car dealership whom you ve never met, THAT SPEAKS volumes. I am so happy with my new Ford Bronco Sport Badlands!!! We have never been into a dealership where the pressure was minimal, but the knowledge and help was on another level. BLOWN AWAY, honestly. There aren t enough words to express how amazing this experience was from the beginning to the end. The cherry on top was the wonderful man, Lexie (Jahannes Lexie) who we worked with in the finance department. He was efficient, professional, kind and HILARIOUS! We do believe it always starts at the top and we would be remiss if we didn t thank Wistar Lewis, too. Thank you to J.C. Lewis Ford for the patience, education, professionalism, kindness, humor, and flawless car purchase experience we ve ever had.

Victor was an awesome young man. He not only cares about his job but also cares about customer satisfaction. Stella Corradino with the Hershey team is the best person I could ve ever worked with when it came to my car! Stella was so welcoming and kind. She was so educated on my vehicle and really took the time to explain the car and all of the features that came with it. She made sure that she got my car squared away and I felt at ease knowing that she was handling my purchase. I truly could not recommend Stella enough!!!

Stella always takes the extra mile to help us with our needs. After spending time with us working a list of vehicles based on the extras I was looking for, and checking the ones at her location, she took us to a different Ford dealer and found the perfect truck.This is our third vehicle she has helping us with. Let me just tell one and all about my second experience with David McCalla with JC Lewis Ford in Savannah GA. I just recently bought out my leased Lincoln Aviator and decided to come back today to lease a new F150 truck. It was very nice that I had to do it twice. Thanks to the staff for taking very great care of me your continual client.

While the service people are pleasant, although the manager undercuts his former employer OC Welch Ford, the can't seem to schedule a simple recall and actually have the part in stock prior to the scheduled appointment because "business development" schedules appointments without considering parts or manpower. After being in the shop for nearly a week they advise us they have to order the part. Appointment was scheduled a month prior to the time. One would think you could look at the upcoming week worth of work and make sure you had the parts on hand for that work. Oh well I guess being organized and efficient isn't a requirement.

Love our new Explorer ST. Dillon is a great person to work with. One of the only salesman s I ve liked in recent purchases , Not pushy and let us make multiple decisions and even a last minute color change. Highly recommend him

Car sales man Johnny pain is very difficult to deal with. And fails to let people know information that could save money and try to take advantage of people. Did not let me know anything about work insensitive. Had to go back and forth to even buy the car and that process took almost 2 weeks. Then when contacted can t answer or return a phone for days even weeks at a time. Had to contact his boss the sales manager to even get a point across. if you buy a car from jc lewis get a different salesman to save you time and money. Also tried to trade my car in for a newer more valuable car through Johnny and got no feedback for a week. Then got no feedback at all after that on contact not pleased.

Purchased a used vehicle. Viktor was my salesman. He was courteous, professional and punctual. Found a nail in 1 tire right after paperwork was signed.. still replaced tire free of charge. Overall good experience with the dealership & inventory. Highly recommend this dealer.

I had been looking online for a truck for 2 days while working with dealerships out of town. When I found a truck at JC Lewis in Savannah I called and talked to Billy Collins and he helped me get the deal I wanted. He also stayed late that evening until I could arrive. Great customer service!

I worked with McKenzie and Casey to narrow my choices, help with learning about the truck, and then working through the purchase process. Both of them were professional and personable without any sense of pressure. I feel as though I was treated fairly and I highly recommend the dealership.

We went to J.C. Lewis Ford, had Cody as our salesman.. he was the most helpful, honest, & most comical salesman I ve ever dealt with in my entire life! Cody worked super hard to find us the best deal, answered every question we had, shared lots of stories, made you feel comfortable and appreciated!!! Poor thing missed his lunch to ensure his clients (us) were taken care of! If anyone sees this and wants to know a good recommendation for a an amazing salesman Cody is the one to see, he will work and make sure you get what you want and won t stop until you re satisfied!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because that man deserves the best for going above and beyond!!!!

It started out very good and gradually went downhill. We had to wait for over an hour to see the finance person. After trying to sell us extras we were then told we couldn t use a credit card for the deposits on two cars. We could only do one car. Having to go back tomorrow to finalize the other car. This was probably a good thing because I called our bank today to see what the interest rate they offered which was a lot less than the dealer. I called the manager and asked if they could do any better. He called back and actually gave us a better rate than the bank. Why couldn t this be offered yesterday?

2nd purchase from JC Lewis, and both times have been about as stress free as a car buying experience can be. this time I traded in my 22 Maverick for a 24 Maverick and I found the sales group to be kind, communicative, and willing to listen/hear my perspective as we settled the final terms of the deal. one of the oldest dealerships in the country for a very good reason, Jason and the team took great care of me and I recommend them highly!

McKenzie was the sales person who reached out to me initially and was helpful with coordinating an appointment and showing me a video of my future car prior to meeting. She wasn t available after I had to reschedule so I ended up having Jason who did well with taking care of me on short notice. The car I purchased was a used Honda vehicle that wasn t on the lot for a long time, but his knowledge of the vehicle was high. Very personable and transparent. I was sitting there for a long time but he proactively gave updates so I understood why things were taking longer than expected. McKenzie and Jason were both great and would go back to them if I decided to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Shout out to Chris over in Finance with helping me get a payment that I wanted.
