If you are the type that likes to call and check up on your vehicle then I wouldn t come here.Car been here since November 2023, got it back this month (april) I don t fault them for having my vehicle this long because most parts for my vehicle wasn t in stock.The problem I had the whole time was the communication part with Ashley Adamson. As me being the customer, I have all rights to call anytime for an update. She felt as is she didn t have to reply back to any of my emails or return any of my calls. She only called when she wanted to. It got to the point where I stop calling her and just been communicating with Kia (where they ordered the parts from) for updates on the parts. Again, as the customer, you should have an answer for me if im asking for updates on the parts. I shouldn t have to call kia to get updates on the parts. I didn t give kia my car to fix, I gave it to jc lewis.Once I realized that the communication was off with Ashley, I called and ask for their supervisor which i was transferred to his vm. I left a detailed message but guess what, no call back!! At that point, It all made sense. She was just following what her manager taught her.When all the pieces finally came in, the technician did a great job on putting it back together (2 day turnaround)Please get the front of the house together. It makes the whole operation look bad.Again thank you to the people who put my car back together and SHOUTOUT to kia of savannah (Justin) for keeping me informed anytime i called to ask about the status of my parts.Would i come back here? No!

Highly recommend J.C. Lewis Collison Center. Everyone at the collision center were so nice and made the whole process super easy. Ashley stayed in touch with me the entire time my car was in the shop. I really appreciate their help with everything and making sure my car was fixed back to its original. Thank you!

When our other car needed collision repairs I went to J.C. Lewis Ford Collision and had a great experience! So, when my truck needed the same type attention, I knew who I was going to without question! Eric and his team, once again, did a fantastic job on my 2020 F-150! Their service is far above the rest. I drop the car june 6 for a minor accident repair that has a scratch and dent. Now already 1month had past and nothing happened. I called tues for an update and told me that they will start to paint the car. What happen for the past 4weeks?? I already paid extra 300$ for the car rental which is already past the 30days mark that i should not have to pay for!!!! They should not let me drop the car if they will not start to fix it. What happened for the past 4weeks????

Had them repair my 2020 F150. I had a few issues with the initial repair and they took care of it and made sure I was happy with the end result. I had an appointment for 2.5 weeks a head of time. I showed up, my rental car showed up. I left my car and drove home. I received a phone call that they couldn't fix my car for another 1.5 weeks. I had to drive back, return rental car, that I will be charged for. NOT happy.

They made sure to be able to get me in right away to look at my car but then they took their time actually fixing it. It seemed like since I was an insurance customer and they knew my bill was being paid and I didn t have many choices where to go, that my vehicle wasn t at all a priority. They would never give me an idea of how long it would take. They d call me most days to tell me what was going on but never told me why on earth it was taking so long and never once apologized or seemed concerned that I was going weeks without my car for what seemed like rather minor damage. I also have no idea why rear-end bumper/trunk damage resulted in a portion of my front passenger door having a piece removed and left in my cup holder when I got my car back. The body work looks ok but is not completely perfect. I would not recommend JC Lewis collision center to anyone, unless they have weeks and weeks to wait for a mediocre repair job.

Not very fourth coming on extra funds needed get my car back. Other than that I would say that at this time the work looks great. Only a Little time to see if the paint will match after some sun and weather.
