Ricky and Craig are so kind and amazing at what they do! I know close to nothing about cars, and they explained everything so thoroughly, and really took the time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with everything. Y all are fantastic, and I couldn t think more highly of Integrity Auto Repair- 10000/10 recommend .

I was surprised at how great an experience I had with Integrity.Top notch customer service and care!Every social media post I saw about this place just raved about them. All my friends have nothing but good things to say about them. I have to say they definitely met my expectations and beyond.

I was advised that I needed a new alternator, so on the recommendation of another customer of this location, I brought my car hear. Expecting to pay $$$ for a new alternator and labor, the staff found that a new unit was NOT needed.I greatly appreciate the honesty and, may I say, Integrity, of Integrity Auto Repair! This is the first time I've used them and definitely won't be the last. I'm referring them to everyone I know! Thank you!

Five star service! Very professional and friendly staff. The only reason I don't want to highly recommend them is selfishly, I don't want them to get so busy, I get crowded out when I need my vehicles serviced or repaired. I'd like to keep Integrity as one of Savannah's best kept secrets!

Was visiting family in Savannah, headlight went out on the way. Called Integrity on recommendation from a friend, got the car and headlight replaced. Very friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

No matter how many times I have called them for repeat car concerns they always address me so calmed and polite. Being new to Savannah this is da BEST and now my favorite repairs shop. I feel like family when I'm there. If they can't fix it they'll definitely have a referral. A plus customer service. Love these guys!!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Traveling from Maryland and needed brakes fixed and radiator replaced. Craig and his team knew we had a short window of time and were responsive and thorough. They get two stars for being polite to my partner. Otherwise, don t bother with this place. I had an ABS light come on, figured it was a sensor so we took it to Integrity because 1) their name 2) close to our home.They said my front sensor was bad and they had to replace it, ran about $300 and some change, we felt that was fair so ok great. My partner goes to pickup the vehicle, the check engine light is suddenly on. She has the mechanic come look at it, he says Oh it s fine, the dealership has to turn that light off. What? Ok, it was never on but ok. She drives the vehicle maybe five miles before it completely locks up, and won t go over 20MPH. We call them back and they tell us to take it to the dealership because they can t reset the computer. When we get the vehicle to the dealership, they explain that Integrity replaced the WRONG SENSOR. Ended up having our vehicle at the dealership for a while, they had to fix Integrity s mistake and then actually fix the problem. Dont waste your time, just go to the dealership. These guys don t know squat.

Nissan said I needed thousands of dollars worth of work, my common vehicle sense knew better. Took my vehicle here and got a reasonable estimate and fix, all in a reason time!

Can t recommend Integrity highly enough. Have had the occasion to use them twice since moving to Savannah last year. Each time they gave me an upfront reasonable estimate for the work to be done, completed the repair professionally and on time. Only once did they miss their estimated cost. When the skid plate under my engine broke away on one side and was dragging, they were able to reattach it with two screws and charged me $0! That s integrity.

Brought my truck in for a $1500 AC repair. Had a long conversation with the manager about what else could go wrong if the money was spent and what was worth doing on my older pickup truck. I ended that conversation with the impression things were in good shape and odds were the AC system would work, although nothing is guaranteed. Apparently the case was we would fix the compressor and then could not really tell if the next expensive part would work or not. After 2 weeks of driving and the first time I changed from the heat to AC, the evaporator core went bad, this after they had up sold me on a more expensive compressor for the original repair. To say I am disappointed with the impression I was given on how good the rest of the system was would be a significant understatement. As things stand, I have wasted 1500 on parts where if I was given a less enthusiastic description of how well the system would function I would never have paid for to begin with. Now, it appears the shop thinks it is totally foreseeable that the evaporator core went bad after the original repair and it will be another $1700 to make the AC work again. I understand things aren't guaranteed, but to rely on a professional opinion and have $1500 be worthless 2 weeks later is extremely disappointing.

Exceptional shop. Ricky, Craig, and Kumani, are the gentleman I have had the pleasure of dealing with at the Waters location since owning my first car. Extremely trustworthy, these guys care about saving you your money. I am so pleased this shop was recommended to me on Reddit of all places. As a Mini driver they saved my tail from driving to the nearest dealership in Charleston. They are kind, honest, thorough and absolutely stand by their name. I don t leave reviews often but this is one of best businesses in Savannah.

Love Integrity Auto Repair! They have an Audi mechanic that works on my car without having to go to HHI. They always call to give me an explanation without me having to call them and help me out with my work schedule. They are not only knowledgeable about my car, but they are also trustworthy and kind.

I have a Volkswagen and have had terrible experiences in the past with shops or mechanics that aren t familiar with it. In May 2022, I needed a throttle body replacement. Ricky and Craig were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Work was completed in a timely manner and the problem was fixed without having to bring it back in. They completed a very helpful and detailed inspection on my vehicle and after this first experience with integrity, I decided I will absolutely be using their services in the future. I have called back a few times to discuss other needed repairs and they have been wonderful to work with over the phone. Before I found integrity, I was screwed over with prices and talked down to by other shops because I am a female. Not with Integrity. They are up front and honest, provide thorough explanations, and treat me kindly and fairly. Happy to have finally found a trustworthy place and will be bringing my vehicle back in the near future!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation

I had a great experience first time using the shop. They offer fair price, exceptional car service, and follow integrity in their goal of helping you get back on the road. Craig and Ricky were very generous, attentive, and kept me updated on the process frequently. Time and time again, I have a great experience with everyone who works here. Their customer service is top notch - from the front desk to the folks that explain exactly what the repairs are goingto entail. I try to tell everyone about them and they probably don't need that at this point - they're busy for a reason, they are good at what they do! Their prices are reasonable and I trust them completely- highly recommend!

Can t say enough about Integrity. Took my older Jeep in . They did an amazing inspection . Replaced front and back end suspension, serpentine, blower fan , shocks . It was a lot of work . Called me every step of the way . They ran into some unseen rust issues and really took their time with what they encountered. I felt they took care of it like it was their own Jeep . They also were mindful and cost conscious of all the work that needed to be done ! Drove it home today and I felt the love that they put into all the hard work and issues they encountered. Highly recommend! Good luck to them on their garage expansion ! Integrity is as Integrity does ! Craig was awesome, honest and really understanding of our relationship with our vehicles ! Integrity Auto Repair is amazing! I have had an ongoing issue with my passenger window in my Fiat, and they got me in quickly. Craig was so incredibly helpful, communicative, and the team diagnosed the problem. No one else has been able to give me answers for years! They gave me options for repairs, and they also let me choose a more cost-effective option of just leaving the window in place (versus replacing parts). I have never been so impressed with a repair shop s honesty, respectfulness, and commitment to fair and transparent pricing. Thank you!

I was recommended by a Facebook group to come here. They didn t have an available appointment the day I needed it but they got me in the next day quickly and kept me updated on what they were doing with my car. I also felt comfortable going alone. As a female, it s intimidating going alone since I have been taken advantage of before at other locations. Thank you for offering the best service I ve had in Savannah and for making my experience as stress free as possible. I don t even know where to start im at such a loss for words at how GOOD the service was. I had the engine replaced in my car and throughout the entire process, they showed professionalism, expertise, and every form of good business you can imagine. They worked quickly, and efficiently and communicated with me through phone calls and e-mail throughout the entire process. They found the engine, gave me a more than fair quote which they stuck to and helped me out more than words can describe. They noticed my clutch was worn while replacing the engine and gave me the opportunity to see the old clutch and get a new clutch to the shop to replace it, which you don t see from a lot of shops I noticed. They were patient and kept open lines of communication for payment, and all around the experience was Great! The people at integrity live up to their name and are good people to build a professional relationship with if you live in the area. I will always trust them with my vehicle and any future maintenance I may need. I had a great experience, first time using this shop. They exceeded my expectations! They got my car in the same day that I called to request an appointment and had it ready for pickup before closing the following day. Reasonable prices and excellent communication! Craig has been such a delight to work with! I had an issue with my car not starting on a Sunday of all days and had it towed to Integrity. The very next morning they were able to diagnose the issue and order a part, overnight it and start fixing immediately. I had been referred to them by multiple friends in Savannah and they've all said wonderful things. I can't say enough and would highly recommend them! I get to pick up my car tomorrow :) Yay! Integrity is without a doubt the most trustworthy and capable auto shops in the Savannah area. Ricky and Eric are always kind and listen to whatever issues I thought were going on without judging (because sometimes I was definitely wrong). The team completed service on my car so many times in the past 2 1/2 years and my car runs better than it ever has. The team gave me options for service and accurate estimates so I could choose what happened with my car without feeling pressured. The prices are very reasonable. Good guys. They checked our check engine light and found a TSB for our car and directed us to the dealer with the exact language and write up we had to use. We ended up getting it fixed at the dealer and without Integrity's help I really think they'd have ripped us off. Completely worth the 95 dollar service fee.
