I recently had my oil changed with Integrity. The guys were very professional and friendly. They even called to let me know one of my tires was looking worn and to keep an eye on it. Great people. Great service!

The guys at Integrity Auto are PHENOMENAL. They have the upmost character and live out their name Integrity 110%. They care so much for their customers. I would trust them with any of our vehicles and I know they will do right. Cannot recommend enough!

We had a piece falling off the underside of our car on the way home from a doctor's appointment.We pulled up in the pouring rain; were told they could look at it in 15 minutes; sat in the comfortable waiting room; and 15 minutes later our car was brought to the door! They removed the hanging metal plate (Obviously I have no idea what the car terminology is here!) and wished us a safe ride home with no charge.Thank you!

Car was slightly overheating when I brought it in but was very drivable. After a diagnosis it s literally not running at all. They say it s hard to believe I was driving it but how did I bring it there? I was commuting to and from work just fine. Left in way worse condition then I brought it in. I guess it was just a coincidence. A very bizarre coincidence. I do appreciate them calling me back but I was better off not bringing my vehicle there at all. I would have made it to work today.

My experience was horrible. The diagnostic I receive was all over the place. They made me feel like my service was no good when time to pick up the car I was five minutes late to closing and the clerk didn t want to help me pay for the service so I can get my keys, which had my house, my car, my apartment, and a few other places on the key ring, I begged and pleaded with him and was denied because I was only five minutes late till they are closing, which was at 5 o clock. The man was very rude and he hung up the phone in my face. I will never use these people again if my business isn t good then I ll just go somewhere else. I don t recommend this place they re too expensive and they only wanna work on easy jobs like changing the lightbulb or changing oil

Honest, fair, professional shop. Great service, great communication and happy to help me get back on the road. My condenser had a hole in it, they found one and installed it the following day putting me out just 24 hrs of work on the road. They also changed my trans fluid/filter and oil for a great price.

Integrity Auto Repair is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. I read the positive reviews online and decided to give them a call. They replaced the water pump, timing chain and fixed my a/c. I got a great price and a military discount for the repairs, outstanding communications through the process and everything runs great now. Car repairs are expensive and inconvenient, but Michael was friendly, patient and professional making it a little less painful. The car runs great and I will use Integrity again.

Excellent work, and great customer service! I take my 2013 Mercedes GLK for maintenance to the shop on Waters but this time they were booked and I had to go to the South side. They didn t disappoint, Michael was courteous, and showed me empathy about the situation with the AC.My only suggestion is about the bathrooms at this location: they are dirty, especially when women, and perhaps children have the need to use the restroom it would be a good idea to clean them, or even better, detail them.I appreciate the job y all do! It is a miracle to have the AC running again in my car!, thank you!

On a Saturday afternoon I hit a curb and blew out a tire. I drove to Integrity, about a block away. I was told there were two customers ahead of me. I said I'd wait. Within half an hour they had rotated my tires, checked the axle and rim, and put the "donut" on. They truly lived up to their company name. Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

Got my chevy back blowing cold air. Having my A/C go out right here in the middle August was MISERABLE! It went out on a Monday and later that day and the next day (Tuesday) I tried fixing it by adding freon mixed with gasket sealer. I did this thinking it eventually seal up. Because 2 weeks prior I had just doe this and I lt sealed up long enough to last 2 weeks. Well I couldn't get it to hold freon and the compressor was acting funny. So I gave Integrity auto repair a go at it. The next day (Wednesday I take it to them they diagnose it the SAME DAY! And have it fixed the following day.They've been honest and got the job done quick so I could have a way to go and be cool at the same time.Thank To Integrity.I will refer friends and family and I will be doing business with them again in the future.

If I could give them 10 stars I could. Best auto repair in Savannah. They looked out for me through a very long process. There was times of frustration, but they kept the main the main thing, which was repairing my vehicle. Forever grateful integrity. Come in there and ask for Michael, he will go above and beyond to help you

I am so impressed with the service I received from Integrity. Michael & Kimani (I might have spelled his name wrong) were delightful to work with. They communicated well with me about my car & the necessary repairs. I think my car was there for 4 days before it was completely fixed! I wasn't expecting that fast of a turn around. I'm so glad I trusted these guys. The overall cost for the repairs was very fair & affordable for everything they had to fix. I highly recommend Integrity. Micheal has a phenomenal team here.

Had a feeling I was being overcharged for parts, so I asked for a parts list and the response was a laugh followed by we don t do that . Decided to proceed with the work because I needed my car and was afraid I would be overcharged for the diagnosis. Car was finished within a day, very fast turn around. (Replaced my PCV valve). People were nice, just very steep prices. Got my invoice and it confirmed I was overcharged for parts. Good, fast work but expensive.

I write this review as a disheartened previous customer who has used this repair facility in the past several times with a previous vehicle. Please do not go to this repair shop if you are looking for honesty, INTEGRITY, or accountability for any work done. This repair shop kept my vehicle for over a week, repaired initial problems with vehicle overheating and dead battery, but could not repair the issues they created when the inoperable fan was replaced by their technicians including my vehicle blowing hot air in Savannah's summer heat, radio nor console working properly, and alternator warning light left on. The business owner essentially used my payment and my vehicle warranty to pay for partial and subpar repair work, and then lied to my warranty company when I filed a complaint. There was 0 zero accountability or willingness to repair the new issues created by the business owner, Michael. I was told by Michael "I don't have time to figure out this problem." I had to take my vehicle to a Dodge dealership to have the repair work created by Integrity Auto Repair resolved. Take your vehicle to a repair shop that honors its customers by completing all repairs.

I recently had my brakes done and both headlight assembly replaced at a very reasonable and fair price. Also had a tune up with all spark plugs and wires replaced. Again great price but had some misfires. No problem. I took my truck back and they fixed my misfire and with integrity replaced another part free of charge. They will always have my business. Thank you integrity auto!

It is not often that businesses go above and beyond these days. With the current restructuring and restrictions especially, it seems like customers are being asked to be appreciative of the bare minimum in sevice. Michael with Integrity Auto Repair has restored my faith in customer service. His level of care and concern cannot be beat. If he personally does not have what you need he will work with you to find solutions I 100% recommend Integrity Auto Repair for all your automotive needs.

Asked 800+$ to fix brake caliper on one wheel --- left me stranded called me after posted review said he would say i was a bum who lived in my car!!!!! But did call and try to be polite im travelling and stranded near his shop is why i called him ------ dont break down if travelling near savannah from distant place!!! This person has issues w care about customers who depend on their cars a very uncaring and callous attitude which could affect the quality of workmanship such as if the repair is competent or if not then blame is customers fault

I had an amazing experience here. The service was professional, extremely thorough, and everyone was so friendly and respectful. After a bad experience at a different business in town, I brought my car to them for a second opinion on my brakes and also for an AC inspection. They went above and beyond to check out my car and provided me with clear and honest recommendations. My family will be using them for everything from here on out.

This establishment holds true to their name. They are not a mechanic shop that bait and hooks you for unnecessary work. They value your repeat business. I was told by my dealership I needed to change by breaks soon. Integrity gave me an honest evaluation and found that it was not necessary at this time. As a single mother I appreciate their honesty and integrity more than I can express. Thank you Integrity. I recommend HIGHLY!!!
