After being rear ended by an 18 wheeler, I knew there was only one place to trust with my one year old SUV.The estimate was fair and quickly negotiated with the responsible insurance company. A date for repair was set. Work began and without any effort from me, Hollingsworth handled the additional repairs needed and adjustments with the insurance.My car was ready in a timely manner and looks as good as new.Now I ve received excellent information on how to properly care for the newly painted areas to ensure it stays looking its best.Thank you for taking care of my car.

My car was perfect after repairs. These guys really know their craft. Michael went over what needed to be done along with a time frame based on the ability to get parts in a timely manner. He actually notified me that he everything that he needed before initially promised. Had my car in and back to me as promised, showroom clean!! Very professional and efficient. They are the best!

Excellent experience at Hollingsworth Auto Service. Wanda at the front desk was personable and accommodating.Cam, my advisor, was a delight to work with.He kept me informed of my repair progress and dealt with my insurance company so the car could be released to me. He is a valuable asset.My car repair is perfection, and highly recommend them for any automotive needs.

Very pleasant experience. Had my car repaired and back to me in less than 3 weeks from time part was ordered. This is unheard of. Most companies couldn t even get to me in less than 2 months! Excellent work and Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous and kept me informed throughout the process.

We've taken all of our vehicles to Hollingsworth for at least the last decade. Actually, before we even found out they were an approved shop through our car insurance (that just made it even easier to work with them). They stand by their repairs and even though it may take longer than you want to get those repairs done (with many of the reasons not even being under their control like parts on back order), but I'd rather wait and know the job will be done correctly than get it done quicker with a shop that doesn't have their caliber and quality of employees!!

Has some imperfections on my car? They claim that my car had 90000 miles on it. They didn't care the manager here,He is very rude,He talked to me, Any type of way this place is unadoubtable.

If I could give no stars, I would. My car sat in the shop for nearly half a year and was not properly repaired. I had to take the vehicle back a total of 2 times after the initial drop off, based on the poor repair. I was told (and shown) by my independent appraiser, where the vehicle was improperly repaired in several places & the vehicle value not only diminished because of the accident, but also because of the poor repair. There is still a full on bend in my frame that was NEVER replaced, just bent just right, to place back on the rear of my car. I am so disappointed in the service, I cannot even begin to explain. Not to mention, I still have parts completely missing on my vehicle that were there before the accident, that were mistakenly missed as an honest mistake. I just don t understand how out of 2 take-backs, everything wasn t perfect. It s puzzling to me I would not recommend them to My worst enemy.

Very pleased with my experience here. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Estimated time to repair was spot on and when Progressive dropped the ball they were more than happy to keep me informed of their progress and send me the necessary paper work. Craftsmanship was excellent, can't even tell it was reworked. All repairs are done in house and come with a life time warranty as long as you own it and they go through an extensive process to ensure they match your paint color exactly. Can't get much better than that.

If you want ZERO communication, then bring you car to Hollingsworth. I've tried being patient and understanding. But after weeks of "I'll call you right back" and "I'll have an updated time estimate for you by______" only to have to call back repeatedly and be told the same thing, my patience and understanding are gone.The week before Christmas I was repeatedly told that my car was just about finished, and that it might be ready "sometime this week." So, I was excited that it would be finished early.Every day, after calling to check because no one had called me back, I was told some variation of "It doesn't look like it will be today, but I'll let you know in the morning if it will be tomorrow." Of course, come morning, the call never materialized. So I would call them. For over 3 weeks now I haven't been able to get a serious estimate, only these vague" I'll call you right back" responses.My car is now 2 weeks past the promised date of completion and is still not finished (I only know the current state of my car because I went and looked at it myself).Had I been given an honest ETA, then I could have planned for this delay. I could have rented a car for a month or two months and paid a lot less. Instead, I am paying for a rental car every day, and hoping that I might actually get my car back before the end of 2023.At this point I dgaf. Zip tie the damn car back together. Throw the remaining parts in the back. I'll get my tools out and finish the job myself. This is absolutely ridiculous! I want my car back now, finished or not.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently used Hollingsworth for repair to our brand new vehicle that was rear ended on I16 / I95. I personally thought the vehicle was totaled, but thankfully to Buster and the rest of the staff here I walked away with a vehicle that I was honestly speechless that it looked brand new. I was referred here by a long time friend and after being ripped off by other shops in the past I was incredibly relieved at how professional and timely this shop was. I now know why they've been in business for over 100 years. I personally will never use another shop, and will highly recommend them to anyone needing. I have seen some of the work in the past. So when my 2020 GMC 2500 HD AT4 got wrecked. I knew just who to call. They where very backed up but they told me they could do it for me. It may take a little longer but they would get it done. Well after my insurance went over the estimate the found two structural damages.(Frame and Firewall) The told me because of that the truck was a total loss. :-(

I was incredibly pleased with my experience at Hollingsworth. Michael was so helpful, communicative, and great to work with. He had a sense of urgency and it meant a lot that I felt like he wanted to get my car finished as badly as I wanted to get it back! They did a wonderful paint & repair job on my car. If I could leave more stars, I would. I called this morning with what I thought would be a moderately expensive repair. Hollingsworth couldn t get me in today but they told me where to go, and they helped me to understand that what I thought was wrong was not at all the issue. I went where they suggested and the repair cost me nothing more than a tip. I know this isn t a likely scenario for most, but I had to share my experience. I appreciate the honesty and the help. You made my day!

When the other shops in town quoted me 3 - 4 months out before they could even look at it, some even attempting strong arm tactics, I was recommended from a friend Hollingsworth. It's been 3 months since I demanded to have my car returned to me by Hollingsworth. There was a single part that was on back order, which was what was delaying my repair. Had they informed me of this fact, I could have picked up my car weeks earlier. Instead, I am out the $2000+ I spent on a rental car waiting on this part.In the 3 months since I picked up my car, and it is still fully operable. I was assurred that I would get a call once the back ordered part came in. But, I have heard nothing. I can only surmise that they would have kept my car for another 3 months or more without any communicaiton. Oh, and as for the back ordered part, I can buy it myself online for $57 and get it delivered to my home in 48 hours.Service: Body & Trim
