I was involved in a 3 car accident back in August. I was the middle sandwiched! I had my F150 Towed to hernandez and they got right to work on my vehicle. They were very professional and kept me up to date on all the progress. I worked with both of the Liz's employed at Hernandez and both were amazing with communication and at fighting insurance company's on my behalf. I can 100% say the only reason my vehicle wasn't making a quick turn around was because both insurance companies were not responding in a timely manner. The staff at Hernandez did everything right from the front office all the way back to the shop and has earned my recommendation to others as well as future business from me! I got my baby back and she's good as new! THANK YOU HERNANDEZ COLLISION CENTER!

BEWARE OF HERNANDEZ COLLISION CENTER!!!I was rear ended on March 13th, 2021, which caused damage to the left quarter panel, bumper, and liftgate. The At Fault Insurance Company (Progressive) approved me to go to Hernandez Collision Center (WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE). I took my vehicle to Hernandez on March 26th where it sat in their salvage yard, with all the other jailed and unrepaired vehicles until May 11th.After 7 weeks of getting the run around, I felt I had no choice but to negotiate for the release of my car by reluctantly handing over $5000 to satisfy their questionable fees (photos below). Progressive told me months later that they would not pay to repair my vehicle due to their past experience with Hernandez adding extra fees and costs. My vehicle has now been repaired through my insurance company for $3000 less than Hernandez's estimate.Kris with Hernandez promised me that she would return my $5000 if Progressive put in writing that they intended to deduct those ridiculous fees from a total loss settlement. This documentation was provided to her and I have made numerous attempts to follow up on her promise to return my money, including a call to Danny Hernandez - crickets... Attached are photos of my vehicle upon it's release from Hernandez. I am also attaching photos of the fee descriptions for your information and entertainment. We were rear-ended by a vehicle and came to Hernandez to have the vehicle assessed for damages beyond the visible eye, and I am so grateful that we did as there were some underlying issues that were potentially dangerous. The staff at Hernandez were most helpful with ensuring that that we were taken care of, to include assisting with ensuring that a rental was arranged for us during the time that our vehicle was being worked on. Melissa maintained great communication during the process and took really great care of our family. They made sure that they did not provide any short-cut service, and that our vehicle was repaired and safe to drive going forward. Very much appreciated.

While sitting in the middle of the road after an accident I did a quick Google search and towed my vehicle here. I was a long-standing State farm customer and this is where it all went South. Long story short Hernandez and State farm do not see eye-to-eye. So immediately I was stuck right in the middle of their ongoing business disputes and open litigation. Ultimately my vehicle was totaled but incurred extensive storage fees. State farm itemized the bill line-by-line and didn't agree to pay a large sum. I was lucky and the amount was agreed to be written off but I'm sure this can be challenging for others. It's a really bad place to put a customer when they are in a bind. I immediately changed insurance and will do better research should I need an auto body center. Bad business never gets rewarded.

A very professional Team. I would definately recommend this Collision Center. There's this former Medic Leader Ms Regina. She worked with my insurance USAA all the way through when it comes with my rentals (May-December). My repair came spotless. My truck is brand new again. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did. From front desk to mechanics. All is superb. I am now part of the Team. Anytime I get a bad day, I go there and talk to Regina. I learned patience from her.Service: Body & Trim

I called this body shop for assistance with my vehicle that was involved in a hit and run accident. They were generous with their time, educating me about my insurance policy - which is something that my insurance company should have been doing when I reported the accident. I was overwhelmed over my now lack of transportation causing my life to turn upside down and had not reviewed my policy - a kind lady at this shop educated me on what my insurance company should have been doing for me - that I had paid for - reducing my deductible and putting me in a rental car. She was right! If it weren't for her, it may have been several weeks to a month before my insurance company would have made things right and I would have been riding the bus until then. I was unable to use ANY body shop ultimately, as my vehicle was deemed totaled, but I would certainly consider Hernandez Collision Center when I need one next.

I highly recommend Hernandez Collision Center for several reasons.Two of our cars got totaled in the past year by careless drivers. Both times Mr Hernandez and his staff (Especially Randi Tomlinson) have been extremely helpful and highly professional. They helped us through each step of the process.If you even had to deal with insurance companies, you will know how frustrating it it to get anything done, how they try to rip you off, not to pay what the car worth, to keep prolonging and not responding emails. I do not know what we would do if i did not have Mr Hernandez and Randi's help throughout the entire process.Day after day Randi would follow up on our requests, speak to insurance (s), follow up with us, and provided a tremendous support.I am so grateful to Hernandez' Collusion center Team!!! Thank you!!!

Read the fine print: You can be charged thousands in storage fees while they are waiting to start work on your car. You might spend thousands to get your car back without it having been repaired in any way. The business will sue you for speaking out about it, and you'll have to go to wtoc and the news stations to get an inkling of justice because they allegedly have an arbitration clause in their contract.

It's hard to say how good they are but they seem pretty decent. I took a friend there to pick his truck up. I didn't have work done on my vehicle. The place looked clean and tidy and everyone looked professional. I would recommend checking them out at least. I heard that they have reasonable prices and do excellent work.

To make a very long story short I had to pay Hernandez $4700 in FEES; no parts were ordered and no repairs were done to my vehicle. My vehicle was at Hernandez for 9 DAYS. My insurance refused to cover any of these fees. Please see Yelp for the entire review. Please read the reviews and take caution. I made that mistake and it was costly.

BEWARE.....DONOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! They are a rip-off. They will over charge you and blame your insurance company. They had a car from April until the end of August. They tried to charge $30K for a door, tire, and other smaller parts. The staff kept talking bad about the insurance company saying they didn't want to pay. There was nowhere near $30K of damage done to the vehicle, even with putting Dodge parts on the car. After our insurance refused, they tried to not give us our car due to issues with the insurance. We had to get a secondary insurance company involved. They decided they were tired of dealing with the company and settled ( $20K still too much)for the damages on the vehicle. Soldiers..... this place is blackballed for us! We did not know at the time we took our vehicle so we had to deal with them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! We did not look at the reviews before and then saw all the bad reviews.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hernandez has always been a dream to work with. Best auto collision center by far and people there are great. We were assigned Randi for our vehicle and she is awesome!!!!!!

Highly recommend this place. 3 months after we pulled off the lot with my wife's brand new car, she was rear ended. So I took it to Hernandez Collision after a recommendation from my father and I'm glad I did. It wasn't the greatest of experiences but that had nothing to do with Hernandez. See I wanted my car back to its original state, as it was when we first took it home. But the other guys insurance company didn't want to pay but for after market parts. DONT SETTLE PEOPLE!. These are our investments and not theirs. So do you think the insurance company is going to care about your investment. NO! No they aren't. With my back against the wall and now about 3 weeks into this whole thing and the other guys insurance not willing to agree with costs. They people over at Hernandez begin to fight for me when I asked them to please start working on my car and that I wanted it back to factory standards with factory parts. Not days later I get an email that they have reached an agreement with the insurance company...that's the nice way of saying we got them SOBs to pay. I can't say thank you enough....oh and the car looks AMAZING!!!. You can't even tell it's ever been rear-ended. Thank You Thank You Thank! All the great people at Hernandez Collision Center.

My experience with Hernandez Collision was Awesome! They were kind and courteous to me and my daughter. Excellent customer service from Janeen, April, and Mr. Hernandez. They dealt with the insurance and adjuster and now my car looks Great! Just as I drove my 2016 Toyota Corolla off the lot, is how I got it back, brand new!I would recommend Hernandez Collision to anyone who needs their car repaired.Thanks for everything!

They promised something, and delivered nothing.They did what they had to do to get me out the door, even went far enough to take photos of my car, even the sides that weren't relevant, which was weird since my damage is in one spot. Promised me they'd email me with an estimate. This was at 10am.They're closing in 5 minutes and I haven't got anything from them.Guess they don't want my business. But after being misled, I don't want theirs.It's okay, though. My money is just as green as everyone else's and another business will be more than happy to take it and fix my car :)I had really high hopes for this place after hearing so much good about them but obviously if it sounds too good to be true, it is.Go somewhere else unless you LOOK like you have money. Otherwise the receptionist will make a promise they won't keep and get you out the door making you think someone will reach out to you.I wasted a whole day I could have spoken to auto body shops because I was under the impression Hernandez would take care of me.Just go somewhere else.

I just had a horrible experience here. My car was supposed to take three weeks to replace a tailgate and tail light. It took over 6 weeks. To add insult to injury I was told the battery was dead and could not be recharged. Another $300 out of pocket for it. On my way home from receiving the car it overheated. I found out after calling them that the fan for the radiator had low voltage and wasn't working properly. WTH would you give me the car without fixing that or telling me. So I had to have the car towed to my dealership for general maintenance and a diagnostic on the engine. After $700 the car is operating properly but all the fuses in the car had to be replaced. I am not a happy camper and will never use or recommend Hernandez.

So my vehicle is a total loss. Our vehicle was hit from behind. The insurance company knows they have the advantage. Hernandez has been so helpful! They, and not my insurance company, are walking me through this process. My insurance company is not responsible, but they have offered no assistance at all. The only help I have gotten is from Randi at Hernandez! I would absolutely make sure you call Hernandez so that you don't get taken advantage of by the insurance company. They are not on your side. I am so grateful to Hernandez!

My vehicle was involved in a two car collision. I had it towed to Hernandez Collision Center in April.I insisted on taking My vehicle to Hernandez because myself and family members have had first hand experience with their quality work and professionalism.Granted they may take longer than other body shops; However I promise you that the staff at Hernandez will advocate on your behalf to ensure that your vehicle is done correctly. We were heading home from vacation when the liner under our car came loose in the front and started to drag. We didn't want to drive home with it like that, so we quickly exited the highway and looked for a place to take it. We ended up at Hernandez Collision and are so thankful we did! We only needed something done that would get us home, not a permanent fix. Someone quickly assessed what would work, and within 15 minutes we were back on the road. For no charge. We were blown away by the care and hospitality we received. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area who needs repair work done on their car.

We all know how troubling it can be after being involved in a car accident. However, Hernandez Collision Center made the process become much smoother. First finding a collision center that actually have towing service was an issue but not at Hernandez they were able to tow my vehicle to there collision center. Second I met this outstanding and professional receptionist by the name of Jeanie she was awesome and very understanding of my situation. She also kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Danny fought aggressively in making sure the insurance company did there part as well as making sure my vehicle was up and running properly. Awesome Job and staff definitely would recommend

They did a great job and had our back. We have taken two vehicles to Hernandez Collision Center for repair after being in accidents. With both vehicles, Danny and Dustin made sure that the repairs were done correctly. We didn't want reconditioned or used parts to replace the damaged parts. The insurance company estimate had reconditioned parts in the quote and Hernandez Collision Center had our back. They made sure that our car was restored with new parts. They were helpful each time we talked to keep up to date on progress, explained things and answered my questions. When I picked up my vehicle they told me if I had any concerns or issues to bring it back. They stand behind their work and do a great job!

Wow. Hernandez collision really shined this time. I m starting a new job out of state, and Allstate has been taking their sweet time getting estimates approved (my car was damaged over a month ago, and I ve had to spend upwards of 15 hours on the phone with Allstate over the last few days), but Hernandez collision got things done speedy, quick, fast, and in a hurry, all without sacrificing quality. I m back on the road in my own car today, 48 hours after the approval from Allstate came through.All of the ladies here have been so professional and helpful from the start. Regina, kris, Liz, jeneen, and all the rest of the ladies will absolutely treat you with respect and get you the information you need in a very timely fashion.To anyone reading this review, if you re needing repair work on your car, Hernandez is the place to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The BEST auto shop I ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Jeneen, Jenn, and the rest of the staff were very informative, professional, and actually care for and help people get through the process of car repair and dealing with insurance. I ve lived in 9 states across the US and Hernandez Collision takes the cake! I will never take my car anywhere else for a repair and I will make sure my friends and family know exactly where to bring their vehicle!

The experience we had dealing with Hernandez Collision Center was awesome. They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the job at hand. Their delivery of high-quality workmanship was outstanding. We are especially grateful for the constant attention Jennifer and Jeneen provided. I was debating on what body shop to take my vehicle to. No one gave me that reassurance that I wanted but Hernandez Collision Center. Janeen is awesome!!!!. Pleasant attitude and was always willing to keep me informed . April Hernandez made sure that my vehicle was the way I requested. She got me all my OEM parts and made sure that I would be one happy customer, which I am. My opinion Hernandez Collision worked for me, not against. I demanded and they GUARANTEED and gave me a lifetime warranty. I hope I don't see y'all again, unless it's outside of you guys workplace...lol Thanks Hernandez Collision Center

My husband and I were recently involved in an automobile accident in our 2007 Yukon where we were rear-ended. The accident did considerable damage to our vehicle. We contacted Hernandez Collision Center and they immediately took charge. They obtained a rental vehicle for us and contacted the necessary people to get our vehicle repaired.. they dealt with the insurance company and the adjusters.Mr. Hernandez and his staff were professional and efficient and the repairs that were done to our Yukon were outstanding. All the repairs were done to our satisfaction with no after market parts. We would recommend Hernandez Collision Center to anyone and will certainly give them our good wishes.

Great experience at Hernandez Collision Center! After having my car botched at another shop and being told the creaking in my 2012 was because the car was "getting old" I had Danny take a look at it. He found the other shop put wrong parts in my car and the creaking was because nothing was fitting how it should. He fixed it and it has never driven better. The customer service and quality of work this shop does is impeccable! Great job, y'all!

This business looks after the customer. I am a divorced grandmother raising a 12 year old and so I bought a new car for my long drives from South Carolina back and forth into work in Savannah. When my accident happened I was stressed until a friend recommended Hernandez. They took care of everything. I got my car back looking newer than ever. They give a lifetime guarantee on the repairs. They were so good to me working on my behalf rather than for the insurance company. You can't go wrong taking your automobile to this business! I can't express my gratitude enough! BEWAREI just wanted to express my disappoinment with your business. I sought you ought on th premise that you worked in the best interest of the customer. Although you appeared to be very helpful, ultimately with your inflated prices I had to let the insurance company pay you waaay more than was necessary to get the situation resolved. Which indirectly impacted me.I had a great settlement offer from the insurance company that would have paid off my car, removed it from my credit and allwoed me to purchase another vehicle sooner. But alternatively I now have a balance that I have to satisfy before getting into another car.I understand these are trying times but it's never worth the reputation of your company. Or unfair treatment towards your customers. I would hope that you will revisit and amend your current charges and issue me a refund so that I may settle the difference with the lienholder. I am so disappointed and saddend by your actions.

I was in the area and called to see if I could stop by for an estimate on getting a dent repaired, the man that answered the phone was very nice and said I could stop by before close. I stopped by and was helped by a lady at the desk who came out and took photos of my car and then gave my estimate form to Danny Hernandez. Danny came outside to take a look at my vehicle and quickly fixed my dented-in passenger door FOR FREE. He also said he would email me my estimate and that the door was on the house. Excellent customer service and will definitely consider them as my number 1 choice for future bodywork my car may need.
