Super Happy with our purchases. Our sales guy Aubrey was great in showing us everything we wanted and in facilitating making deals on our two cars.Only complaint was the long wait to finalize paperwork with finance. Only one finance guy was still there when we came back to finish up paperwork at 6:30pm so we didn t get to leave the dealership until 10pm.

The few experiences I have had at car dealerships to purchase a vehicle haven t gone well .until now. George Odom ,Wesley and Greg at Grainger Honda were absolutely the best and have changed my view of car dealerships forever. I explained to George my apprehension and he and his team did everything they could do to make it the best experience possible. They were all very helpful, kind and helped me with my trade in and purchase and for that I am very appreciative and they will always get my business. George,you have done a great job with your team and I look forward to doing more business in the future, I sincerely thank you !!!!

First of let me start off by saying we are from Charleston SC this trip was well worth it!!!! if you want transparency, honesty, and to laugh majority of the time while shopping and doing paperwork.... RUN TO BUY your next car from here from VON. From start to finish it was the smoothest car buying process ever. We pulled in after going to numerous dealers and being fed lies. Those are for a different day.... but let me tell you VON IS THE MAN WITH THE PLAN. We gave him price range and exactly which explorer I wanted and he found this beauty. The whole process from test drive to, talking numbers, to signing all the paperwork with GREG EVERYTHING SERIOUSLY was amazing. I absolutely hate car dealerships but I can say this now I will travel to Georgia every time to this dealership to buy our cars. Hands down VON & GREG were absolutely amazing.

I was at Grainger Honda for my first service of my new car and it was a great experience. The online appointment app is a breeze and so intuitive- it knew just who I was and what I needed without me having to tell it a thing. When I got my appointment verification, and noticed that I had indicated I was going to drop my car off I was able to go back in and modify my appointment very quickly and easily indicating I was going to stay at the dealership until it was finished. The app told me that afternoon appointments would be quicker so I chose one of those and it was exceedingly quick! They changed my oil and filter and rotated my tires in no time. Jason was the one who was in charge of my appointment, and he was super friendly, polite and helpful.So far everything about Grainger Honda has been magnificent for me. Thank you all very much.

Clifford Mills has always made my car service appointments very easy and informative. I consider him one of the best service agent. Starting from his greeting to the end review of the service paperwork he s truly a professional. I will only go to Grainger Honda for all my car services. I recommend Grainger and Clifford Mills to all my friends regardless of what vehicle they own. Whenever I m ready to purchase my new vehicle all the credit should go to Clifford Mills. Wonderful service.

Everyone here was very friendly. The waiting area was clean and offered great accommodation. The service advisor made me aware of other things that needed to be done to my vehicle without being PUSHY. I highly recommend this place and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here just as I purchased it at Grainger.

The entire staff at Grainger is a huge delight. I ve purchased my vehicles and completed my maintenance at the Savannah location for several years. Everyone is always kind and professional. From management to finance - Patrick Grainger to Hunter Sharp to Alex Moorman, and now Nick! Efty is a new favorite of mine as well, we re family now! Also, Clifford in the service department is phenomenal. ALWAYS happy and attentive when I stop by for oil changes and maintenance. Always honest. Their team s integrity makes a huge difference. Great team here.

We had a great experience buying a CR-V at Grainger Honda. Our salesman Conner was fantastic, as was all others at the dealership.I didn t go in with intention of buying a CR-V, but thought looking at one would form my decision to buy a Rav 4 I d been looking at. Well .I was mistaken! We got great value and excellent service at Grainger.

Wow! I've been buying cars for years and I will tell you that the service and support that Greg and George provided was exceptional! These guys get it! Even though I was not able to the car that I wanted, I was amazed at how they handled it. They didn't make you feel cray but took the high road and exemplified the utmost display of professionalism I've seen in a while. These guys are good. Brian worked hard as well.

Grainger Honda is the BEST !!! Ask for Alex, he is so knowledgeable and courteous. A truly amazing car buying experience!!! He introduced me everyone in service. Set me up with an advisor. Alex explained all the features and set up my new Honda, just the way I wanted it. Grainger Honda and Alex is a perfect example of what a truly wonderful car purchasing experience is!!!

Charles Grant is an excellent salesmen! I love that he takes him time with you. Very professional. Very knowledgeable about cars. I love him! This is my 7th car I ve brought from Mr. Grant. It s not even about the type of car anymore it s about great customer service, and I get that from Mr. Grant with every car I buy. I was able to get my car in for is first oil change/ maintenance since I bought it. The service was great and fairly quick (1 1/2 hours), but my dissatisfaction comes from the over $600 in repairs to my brakes that the rep states is in horrible condition! This was sold to me 4-5 months ago, at the same location, pushing the fact that it's a Honda Certified Vehicle. That they've done all these inspections and it's almost as good as a new car! Were the brakes not checked? Is it not a part of that multiple inspection? When I asked this, he stated it could be a result of my driving/ braking... However, that's not the case. But I declined the work and will be reaching out to a manager before I pay that kind of money on a "New car".

We recently purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V from Grainger Honda. Our salesperson- Kevin Schroder- was exceptional in his knowledge and communication of the differences between various models and packages- and he was very responsive to all of our questions in person and over the phone. Kevin - and the Finance Manager- were fully transparent throughout our evaluation and buying process. I would recommend Grainger and Kevin to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

The entire car buying experience was a breeze at Grainger Honda! From management to finance, we felt well taken care of, but especially great was our salesman Kevin Schroder. He was detail oriented, friendly and responsive, and made the whole process pain-free with our two year old with us.The Grainger's really do treat you like family. My service advisor from today, Jason, was very friendly, and so have all other advisors that I have encountered over the past few years. My review is not reflective of their customer service, but I am unsure of where the ball was dropped in the process. What I experienced today is completely unacceptable. I had scheduled an appointment at 10:00AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 9:50AM and checked in by 9:55AM. I was advised that the service would take about 1.5 hours, so I waited 30 mins for the shuttle to get to work. By 12:30PM I had not received any notice that my vehicle was finished. I called the service department and was informed that Jason was helping a client and would call me back. I never received a return call. I left work and returned to the dealership at 2:10PM after still not having any update. After some confusion on which vehicle was mine, Jason informed me that my vehicle was parked in the back and had not been worked on yet! He said it was moved to the express service, and they would get me on my way as soon as possible. Jason updated me a little after 3:00PM that my vehicle was just now being worked. I was finally able to drive away at 3:30PM for a 10:00AM scheduled appointment, 5.5 hours later. As I stated at the beginning of this review, this is highly unacceptable! We have had other issues in the past, including having my oil pan protective cover installed incorrectly with missing clips, having it fall while driving on 95 immediately after an oil change. We brought it back, and it still was incorrect, so my husband had to correct it himself. Unfortunately, when I bought my new vehicle from Grainger, we paid for the oil changes up front with our package. The service on my vehicles has been less than satisfactory and leads to a complete lack of trust due to the ineptitude experienced. I strongly believe I should be released of obligation and 100% reimbursed for all future oil changes that I have prepaid but not yet received.

I took my Honda in for a recall fix. Grainier found that the compressor was on recall as well fixed my Honda at no cost and gave me a rental. So I can get back and forth to work. Exceptional service and great people. Definitely the place to go for repairs and when your in the market for a new car. love the rental
