We were visiting the area from out of town and had a tire blow out late in the afternoon. We limped into their shop on a donut and they agreed to work us in and look at our needs. They didn t stock the replacement tire we needed but said they could have it overnight. Fortunately we had overnight accommodations so we re able to make an appointment for the next morning. We arrived at our appointment time, they had the tire and an hour later we were back on the road. Terri and Dwayne were friendly, considerate to our situation and so helpful. During our times in the waiting area we noticed a lot of other individuals visiting this business.

John Wells was excellent!! He was very courteous, informative and he was able to get the vehicle done very quickly. I was 5 hours from home on a Saturday and still 4 hours away from my destination when my tire basically came apart - stranding me on the side of the Interstate. I was very distraught and wasn t sure what to do and he helped make a very poor experience into a a much more positive one. He not only helped facilitate a new tire, but he also recommended replacing a second tire as well to prevent a similar experience occurring due to the age of the tires. While I was in the store last Saturday buying tires on my daughter and I needed tiers for my S55 AMG, Mercedes, Dwayne and Johnnie help me they were real knowledgeable about the sales that they had going on and help me to purchase two new tires even though I did not know if they would work they help me to find the size of the tire The right tires to use and they were perfect. I really appreciate the help. They were very knowledgeable about the business and about Customer Service. I really appreciate them.

Outstanding service here today. We had the misfortune of a flat tire on the way home to Orlando. Got the vehicle to this Goodyear location and received amazing and honest service from Manager Dwayne H. and all the staff there. They effectively repaired the tire when they could have easily sold us a new one. We are always impressed by honesty and good service and this exceeds the standard. If ever we need car service in the Savannah area again, we'll come back here, no doubt.

My daughter had an emergency after work today and needed to get a leak repaired in her tire. She arrived at 5:45pm and was turned away and told they couldn't help her due to them closing in 45 minutes. She was told that an appointment is required. That seems like a strange policy, knowing that nobody can schedule an emergency.

I ve never done this before! But this time I came to the store about two weeks ago for a tire rotation and balance that I purchased almost 5 years ago. The lady up front was really helpful and polite she couldn t find me in the system with my old number or my new number, but she make it happen and spoke with someone outback - don t know who and she grandfathered me in. Due to they only found one invoice with balance and tire rotation for ONE tire only and that doesn t make any sense in the system. So They took the truck to the shop and they couldn t do it because I didn t have the proper lug nut, so the lady told me to buy the proper lug nut and come back, we will take care of you.. two weeks later I came back and I spoke to Dwayne Halsey first of all I went over the whole thing again explaining the whole situation and he didn t believe me, he also called the nice lady from two weeks ago even though it was her day off and she said she DID have a open ticket. DWAYNE went outside and this time he was trying to get any excuse to NOT do the job. This time he walked around my vehicle and after inspection he said he couldn t do the job due to one of the tires was chopped. I persisted and he call a mechanic, the mechanic said its not issue we are just going to place that tire in the rear so its fine. We went back inside, again he still wasn t happy! he was going to make me pay half of the lifetime warranty. At this time it was already 45 minutes into my appointment.. I said alright I ll pay the $40 half price. And I said can I also get the district regional manager please so I can speak to him regards to the system? And he said so I tried to help you and you still tried to go over me I reply is nothing against you guys or anything it s the system. And he said I can no longer help you since I requested the district regional manager info. At that time I was really upset and I said you are being recorded with my phone.. and yes I was upset, he reply GET OUT OF MY STORE.. I requested a business card from DWAYNE he give it to me with an attitude and said GET OUT OF MY STORE.. I called corporate file #1850392. this is terrible Customer service, my recommendation is to have the right people upfront and have some kind of HR customer service course or something. I expect a follow up in this matter thank you..

I ve got to say, I had a bad experience with another local Goodyear today but this location completely redeemed my faith in customer service!! Dwayne(store manager) and Johnny(service pro) were AWESOME!!!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! They were so helpful and kind, I wish everyone would provide the customer service experience they did!!! Thanks guys!!! You rock!!!

Boyfriend and I got a flat tire, thankfully we were near by and stopped in. We were traveling back home to Fl and luckily they were able to patch our tire and get us on our way! The customer service was great! Thanks again Dwayne!

It is always a delight to experience good customer service after working in customer service for over 30 years I know good customer service when I receive it, Dwayne Halsey and Johnny gentleman working with him at the front desk on 03/16/24 it was busy one customer after another, attention was shown to each person, and I got the best quote for the service I needed after getting 4 different quotes.

I Came to Good year for the first time and i had a wonderful experience, the store manager Dwayne Halsey was very helpful, professional, polite and explained everything to me in detail. I want to thank Mr. Johnny for following-up on two separate occasions to ensure my AC system was fully fixed and restored. I missed the first appointment, and he called me back a second time to re-schedule to ensure my AC hose assembly was put in, at no cost, and called me a third time when I was en-route to remind me of my appointment. Thank you for your endeavor to make things right.However, I do believe this was a bait-and-switch, and I will never give my business to Goodyear again unless absolutely necessary. I could have been paying down my credit card, but instead, I've been throwing away my money paying them back.So frustrating. Please read my comments below.I went to this Goodyear location b/c the one off Jazie Drive showed horrible customer service. I paid $1,600 for this evaporator core b/c my AC wasn't blowing cold air and not only 2 days later it wasn't blowing cold air, $1,600 later!! I rent a car for the week that cost me around $180 b/c it's sweltering hot. I go to get my warranty serviced and lo and behold, it's now the AC condenser, another $600 Plus. How do you do $1,600 worth of work, that not be the issue, and, when it's being worked on, not tell me then what the problem is! There's no excuse. I've paid over $2,500 for AC that's blowing lukewarm air, at best! I'm on the phone right now, on hold. Everything is skyrocketing around me but customer service here in Savannah has basically become non-existent. This is absolutely frustrating to say the least. It's hasn't been a good year at Goodyear.

Ended up getting a flat while driving to my hotel. Called the next day (Sunday) and talked to Duane. Very nice, helpful and sympathetic to my needs. I was on a tight schedule to get across the States for work on Tuesday. They didn't have my tires in stock but Duane advised me to bring the vehicle in, he drove to the warehouse to pick them up (yes, I needed 4 tires anyways). The service techs started pulling the tires off so it would speed up the process in getting on the road. 2.5 hours later, tires replaced, wheels aligned and on the road. Granted, I made it to my next scheduled hotel at 10:15 but I wasn't a day late.. Thanks to Duane.It would've been nice to get that $100 deal off my tires but he told me it was only for online purchases. Well worth the loss, though since I'm sitting on couch reviewing my experience right now and who knows if anyone else had the tires or even a Duane.I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there for tires/alignment. Can't speak for anything else but I would try them out if I couldn't fix it myself and if I didn't live 7 states away.

While on a trip with the family, we got a flat tire on a Sunday morning. Called Goodyear, and spoke with Dwayne who informed us that they did have the tire we needed in stock. Waited about an hour and were back in business. Dwayne was extremely kind and professional. Do not hesitate to take your car here - 5 star customer service!!

Mrs. Terri Fox was so patient, efficient and helpful. She explained everything in detail and was so nice. The service by the mechanics was also very good. Though it was very busy, I got all 4 tires changed and an alignment in a few hours.

The saints of Savannah! Called in after my battery suddenly died and would not start even after many fruitless attempts at jumper cables. While the tow truck was on its way, Dwayne was so kind to put in the order for a new battery while on the phone with me so it would be there when my car showed up to the shop! Fabulous service! Truly above and beyond! They fit me in even though it was St. Patrick s weekend, even though it was a Sunday, even though it was just a handful of hours to spare until close, and I was out the door before an episode of the show on the TV even finished thanks to Johnny s quick help and Dwayne s thoughtfulness! Never taking my car anywhere else! Five stars is not high enough! Excellent service! Thank y all so much!

Scheduled an appt online to get 4 new tires. I always dread taking my care anywhere to be service just because I feel like some shops badger you into getting extra service you don't need. That was not the case with Duane at Ogeechee location. It was no pressure just gave simple and easy to understand reasons why it was necessary. He was extremely respectful, and provided friendly service.

Something is wrong with the mechanics here if you don't do what they recommend they phaque up your vehicle before you leave . Someone need to call WTOC investigates.

Great customer service. We are from out of town and had an urgent need for service. Dwayne was able to fit us in in spite of a heavy load of vehicles ahead of us. Other service establishments can take a lesson from their awesome customer experience.

Recently I was on my way home to Jacksonville when I learned one of my rear tires had shed rubber all the way down to the wire. When a bulge like that happens, the tires need immediate service since a blowout on the interstate is dangerous for me and everyone in the vicinity. As timing would have it, this happened on a Saturday evening, but the store Manager Dwayne was able to work with his team to re-prioritize their workload to get me back on the road in an hour and before the shop closed for the day. Spending the night in Savannah should normally be a fun thing, but we skipped all that stress and worry and I was able to finish my drive and get home that night. Such an unexpectedly great story. New Goodyear customer for life. THANK YOU GOODYEAR.
