I can t say enough about the great service I received here. Starting from the check-in to my pick up, this whole shop was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They kept me updated via email and finished the work on my truck quickly. Icing on the cake, when I picked up my truck they had taken the time to detail the inside and clean the outside of my truck, and it was a mess when I dropped it off. I would recommend you take your vehicle to them if you ever need any type of automobile service . They are top-notch! Thank you all!

My car had a collision with a deer. Gerber Collision was my insurance company's preferred provider for service. I can see why they are a preference. They did excellent work on my brand new ( to me) Chevy Trax. They kept in constant communication with me and I didn't have to worry about hassling someone to find out when my vehicle would be finished. Everyone at Gerber does their best to serve their clients. I had an absolutely awesome experience and I highly recommend them if you need body work done.

Great service from the day of drop off all the way to picking it up. I was updated routinely and the work they did on my trump was amazing. Looks brand new. This is the place to go for collision repairs.

I took my car to Gerber Collision when my car was in a accident. My front right bumper had to be removed and put back on by Gerber Co. and was given a warranty policy if something starts to go wrong with what they fixed to come back it s covered. Immediately the right side buffer kept popping out to a point where I can just push it back in, now it s unable to get pushed in so I called to see if I can bring the car. Once the car was there they didn t see my appointment that I called for and the man that usually deals with the warranty wasn t there at this time , so they let a woman employee name Crystal come look at my car she gets on the ground and says it looks like your car has been dragged around and I have scratches in the front of my car that caused my bumper to fall off and my warranty won t cover that. Didn t run any test didn t look up my case to see what I said was valid and the employee Crystal was getting upset with me because I didn t want to lay on the street to look under the car told her she can take a pic but I m not getting on the filthy ground . I m unsatisfied with the service that was given to me when my car was put back incorrectly and to the unprofessional employee I would NEVER refer anybody to use your services 0 starsServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Not only have you exceeded my expectations, but you have set the standards exceptionally high for others to obtain the level and quality of work you all have performed for me in the past and now currently. Mrs. Linda specifically has restored my belief that there's still good honest people in this world, who take pride in what they do and have compassion and consideration for others and their state of being. The work was satisfactory but communication is non-existent...they say they will call you on Tuesdays for progress updates..they will NOT...they say they will call you back in 2 hours...they will NOT... very frustrating, they did however pick up the additional rental fees and the ladies up front we're very nice.

My insurance company chose to use this body shop to obtain a second opinion for damages to my vehicle. My insurance company had a hard time with getting my vehicle to the shop and when I got to the shop for an estimate, it took more than ample time than normal. I personally called myself on numerous occasions to converse with the estimator and was told he would call me back. He never called me back so I pursued with contacting the Corporate Office to address my concerns. This is bad customer service and unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone to use this shop for repairs or assessments.

Linda will see that your car is gorgeous, and she really goes the extra mile with your insurance company. My insurance was going through a personnel change, so there were issues, and Linda hung in there with them for over a month. She made sure I paid only what I owed, not what they wanted to charge me. The initial services after the collision was great but once we had to return the car for issues...the customer service was horrible. Tabitha should probably be the FT Admin up front! She's always pleasant in person and over the phone.

While my insurance covered the cost cosmetic repairs, Linda made my experience exceptional. I initially had only submitted one insurance claim for a hood and windshield repair and I planned on paying out of pocket for a front bumper repair. Linda insisted that I submit a insurance claim for the front bumper, even though it had been over a year since the incident. Although I was apprehensive at first, she ended up saving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. She didn t just provide a service, she had my best interest in mind. Even though my car was deemed as a total loss, my experience with this company was exceptional!!!! The young lady at the desk is simply beautiful inside and out. She is the sweetest young lady that I've come into contact in a long time. Everyone who I've come into contact with here has been extremely nice and helpful. I just wish it was able to be fixed. I feel like I'm losing a part of my family

They told me 5 days, called in day 6 to get updates of my vehicle. The lady that answered the phone got my details and put me on hold for 4 minutes and the store end up closing. Never got my update. This Company made the process of repairing my Wife s vehicle smooth and easy. They were flexible with their hours and the customer service was amazing. The lady that took care of us Ms.Stormi was always on top of the repairs and gave timely updates. She was very nice to us and very professional. Initially once complete with the repair. The lower bumper was still damaged from the collision. And Ms. Stormy went ahead and ordered the part for us. Once it got in. We were notified and the part was installed in 30 minutes. I didn t get to the point of getting my car fixed. The receptionist who answers the phone today was very rude. Saying that a tech has called me five times. I ve been called once, and I spoke with a male that told me back in January that they didn t have openings until end of March and I asked if it was okay that I called back to schedule since I had a lot of different things going on at the beginning of this year and he stated that I could.

The service itself was what to expect from a body shop, I understand there is delays due to everything going at the moment and that is not the reason I am not recommending this place, the reason is someone got comfortable in my car.When I picked up my car there was chance in the middle console, which I knew isn t mine and I thought it was weird but then I also noticed that music sounded different and made my leg vibrate, and when I went to look I noticed the settings were changed.I just found it very unprofessional that I dropped my car off and someone got confortable enough to leave stuff in it and mess with the stereo settings on it.I did not check my mileage on it before dropping it off but now it has me wondering if someone took my car for a ride while it was there. Can t say I had a great experience with this location. Multiple issues, lack of communication, they busted my windshield during the repair. They took care of replacing it but it ended up taking three times longer than they originally quoted. I do appreciate interim GM Randy for doing what he could to make it right.

tl;dr: Be prepared to wait for months to drop your car off for however long they feel like keeping it.After a fenderbender in October, my insurance company had me go to Gerber for an estimate, and I agreed to have my car repaired there in part due to the positive reviews. The insurance company paid them in November, and Gerber said they couldn't set up an appointment before January. In January, I was exposed to COVID and couldn't bring the car in, so they set another appointment for three months in the future - apparently I should've exposed all of their employees?So, six months after the accident, almost six months since they got paid, the day of my appointment rolls around and then I hear nothing. I wait a day, call in, and they inform me that not only do they not have my car ready, they can't even give me an idea of when my car might be ready because they only do updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. What's the point of waiting months for an appointment to then have my car unavailable indefinitely?The response to my wanting my car back was that they were about to close for the day and that I should get a rental. Even if the insurance company would pay for a rental six months after the fact, not being able to even *guess* at a completion time? Either they have the shoddiest business model of all time or they just don't care because they've already been paid.

staff was excellent and professional... work was completed with precession... car look flawless when I received it back would definitely use them again... Only thing I could complain about is they don't have enough parking for customers. But once you go inside and your greeted by the staff and relax in the break room and drink some hot coco your over it... thank for fixing my Ride...

NEVER take your car to a corporate office collision center. They will take your car apart and not put it back together because they say damage pieces can t go back together; If you was to change your mind about this collision center. Never received any phone calls about my car. I had to make all the phone calls to speak with them about my car. They also was trying to take apart and replace parts that was not damage in the accident. Those parts made the estimate repair cost more and more. Once, the repair price is past a certain percentage of the actual cash value of your car they will force you to accept a total loss to your car. Nobody else will work on it. Worst decision I ever made in my life. My car was perfectly fine and driveable when I took it there now it looks like a junk yard car.

Front desk staff is polite, and repair was done, but overall I would discourage anyone from going here. Just a few issues I experienced:*Services completed a week late*Not contacted when issues came up that caused delays*Belongings missing from driver side in vehicle*Not notified that detailing would be done after repairs were completed so that car could be emptied by owner (not thrown in a box left in the trunk)*Damage to all knobs on dashboard controlling A/C and Radio*Now my car is two different colors because they didn't even match the paint correctly! I was not told this was something they had difficulty doing and asked what I would prefer doing about it.All of these issues were pointed out at time of pick up and management was informed. I filled out every survey/review reminding them I was dissatisfied. Still have not heard back about reimbursing, fixing, replacing or even just apologizing for the fact that I have a car with more issues than when I dropped off for repair. I was skeptical going to the body shop for Geico (not my insurance, but the person who hit me). They were extremely professional, good covid precautions, noticed damage I had missed, and got my car finished a day early. At drop off the woman even noticed that I had car seats and asked if they were in the accident. Since my kids were not in the car at the time I had not realized they needed to be replaced! She told me how to add those to the claim.The rental car was ready and waiting for pickup and drop off was the easiest.The only thing I didn't like was that they pressured me to give them a 5-star review on a survey from Geico. But they really do deserve 5 stars, my car looks better than before the accident (at least in the back).

Excellent customer service! The call center kinda messed up the whole making an appointment and explaining the process. Thus making the wrong kind of appointment. Already frustrated bc I wanted my truck repaired when I discovered I was wasting my time even coming up there for that appointment, krystal at the front desk did an excellent job handling the process getting everything changed and getting my rental set up. Melissa was extremely nice. Excellent staff, their professionalism. The work done on my truck was next to impeccable.
