I highly recommend calling Frank for your auto-repair. We are out of state and our son who is in Savannah needed brakes. So we gave it a shot and called Frank and he was very prompt, very professional. He made us feel like our son was in the best of hands for this job. Communication was awesome and this repair went so smoothly that we would definitely call him again. We were definitely in good hands! Don t hesitate to give Frank a call! He was so eager to help us!!

I was moving to Florida broke down in South Carolina . Mechanic charged me for fuel pump sensors I drove 30 minutes andi it broke down again mechanic wouldn t come fix .I spent 2000 dollars sat at truck stop two weeks with my family and twins . Frank came checked it out it was knox sensor and fixed it right up to is was in middle of the night . I can not express the gratitude I had for his services He was honest and held true to his word Rv is running brand new . I highly suggest you call him for any mechanic needs you have . Thanks to Frank we can finally move to our lake front lot .

We were on vacation traveling from NY to Savannah. Our vehicle broke down so we called Frank to come out and service the vehicle. He answered and was on his way to us within minutes. He diagnosed and had our vehicle up and running in no time so we could continue our traveling. He was very helpful and a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend him !

I can't thank Frank enough. I broke down in Georgia on my way to Ohio. I just picked up a puppy and it was so hot. I called over 5 mechanics and either no answer or they they couldn't help. As soon as I messaged him, he came to me within 30 mins or so. He figured out my problem immediately. Even followed me to pick up a battery and installing it without charging me. I couldn't have broken down in a better location than Port Wentworth. Thank you. I made it home to Florida because of you

Frank saved my day, and in good style. After my serpentine belt snapped, ON A SUNDAY, he arranged to meet me where we could get a replacement, and he fixed it on the spot. Fantastic service that was quick and great value. Thank you Frank! Highly recommend.

Frank gets the job done awesome mechanic knows very much what he's doing he will not overcharge you for anything and he will make sure your car is up and running no matter how long it takes him because he's going to make sure the job is done correctly

Very unprofessional. Frank called us back but never showed up. He kept texting back postponing the time he can come but never did show up. He strung us along and did not help our son fix his car. He was full of excuses and then finally didn't respond. This is our experience with this business. I hope the positive reviews are real reviews.

Fast, convenient service. Car broke down Friday night on a road trip passing through Savannah. All shops closed. Called Frank and he arrived to help in less than 30 min.Diagnosed starter as the issue (as we suspected), helped us get the part, and fixed the car same night so we could be on our way.Very fair price for the service provided, in my opinion. Thanks, Frank!

Frank was extremely courteous, updated me on his arrival time and was very knowledgeable. He quickly tested the car and identified the issue. He always was respectful, honest and helpful. I can recommend his services and will definitely call him again if I run into car trouble. Thanks again Frank!

I gave Frank a shot. He diagnosed correctly yet never came back to put the part in. He called days later saying something about his phone being impounded inside a friend's car and he'd get the part in, never heard from him again. He only takes cash now. I paid him in advanced for another diag, my fault for trusting him. Seems like a nice guy but maybe struggling too much with some personal issues.

THIEFT and Unprofessional! Been driving for over 10 years and I have never seen a mechanic steal from the customer and leave them stranded.These guys didn't even replace the part that needed to be replaced. They literally put the broken hose back on and 5 minutes later my truck was dow again. Love's had the truck repaired in 35 mins compared to the over 2 hours it took a Frank just to find out it was a bad hose. Love's was also half the price he charged me for a poor repair job.This guy then drove to pickup the parts and literally never came back... I had to buy them all over again during a holiday weekend where most businesses are closed. I have to file a police report and sue these guys to do the right thing. Businesses like these are making it much harder to make a living while driving....just pitiful..Service: Auto maintenance

Frank is the man. My van was in need of a tune up. Most of the shops in the area were booked. I called Frank he told me to meet him at the Part store he got my van back up and running like brand new. Alternator replacement: Frank, we called you today October 3, 2022, you arrived at behind Savannah Mall with in 40-mins. You are very honest, prompt and courteous. Then I called you again on the same day .one of the main fuse went bad, you arrived and replaced it. You refused to charge us for it. Your a hard working man and very dependable. We will surely use your service again.I ve read your bad reviews, I don t believe them. I read some that was obvious they were just ripping you off.Thank You very much for your help.Joe

My wife had some car trouble on a girls trip to Tybee. I called Frank since I was 3 hours away. He was very professional, friendly, and responsive. He checked it out, confirmed the alternator had died, and drove back to Savannah to pickup parts. He replaced the alternator in the dark and got them back up and running. I was stranded in Savannah on December 29th in a shopping center. My gear shaft had gone out. I could not put the car in reverse, drive, neutral,or any of that...so I called AAA and they couldn't find anyone to tow me to my hometown...so I call USAA same response. They refused to transport for that distance so I called another repair service another tow company and they suggested that I called a mobile repair so I tried one mobile company and to no avail they wanted more than an arm and a leg. I said oh let me try this Frank's Mobile Repair. He was awesome, totally awesome! He assured me that he would be on his way to my location once completion of his current job. I was blown away at house with he was with making the repairs. I went to the back of the car to get something out by the time I came back to the front of the car, he had soldered a broken hose together. He also repaired the drive shaft in record timing. I have been sitting in this parking lot for about 4 hours waiting for AAA tow truck (it was a no show).Frank showed up Frank did the job in about 20 minutes and I was on my way these other companies was going to charge me $350, $400, and $500, one person $600 just to tow my car less than a hundred miles. Frank was very reasonable he charged me less than $200 to repair my car. I wish there were more good people and honest people in the world like Frank that doesn't try to overcharge people because they're stranded and in a difficult situation. Frank is passionate about what his work and has a heart of Gold and cares about the safety of others...Thank you Frank and Frank's Assistant. ( Friendly's Marketplace parking lot)... FJ

I asked frank to do a diagnostic to see how much work would be needed for a brake job. He came two days after our booked date, one of his excuses was he had to go replace a bolt on a women car he forgot to put back on.(bad sign already). He did preform the diagnostic. He said he would send me a list off all the parts to order and he would install them on a Thursday, needless to say i text frank multiple times asking him to send me the list and asking if he wanted to come a different day instead. I have gotten no response which is good because now I would be stuck with a bunch of parts while searching for another mobile mechanic.I don t see his business lasting long before a lawsuit.(I added this portion after he had the nerve to reply to a bad review but not to messages):Time is money sir, you were Hired to come diagnose what you would need then to do the job. when you set up an appointment and don t show your just taking up time that could have went to a professional mechanic because your definitely not it. You talk a good game but we both know that but the bad reviews are on here for a reason.I forgot to add that you reply to every bad review because you know they are all true. People save yourself the trouble and hire someone else because this guy is full of excuses. I can attest that this guy has 1 good review for almost every 5 because that s about how many jobs he completes. 1 out of 5. He has time to respond to bad reviews but not to business. Also trust me frank you don t have to worry about my business because I would rather hire someone with 2 stars then to hire you again. At least I know they will come do the work.
