Been there a couple of times. Still have the exact same slow leak I've always had. There was also the time they forgot to work on my car. That's an honest mistake, but damn! At least make sure the problem's fixed!

I had called the Skidaway location to confirm my appointment for new brakes and tires, because I had been turned away at the Abercorn location a couple of months ago even though I had an appointment. Apparently the call was rerouted to a call center and the Skidaway location had limited knowledge of my appointment. Strike one. I had made the appointment for brakes and new tires. My brakes were not in stock, and the office manager hd to drive to a parts store pick them up. Strike two. The store had only one tech working, on a Saturday, and my 9am appointment took 5 and a half hours. Strike three. The only reason that I gave a 3 was because the office manager was willing to drive his own car to collect my brakes to save me from being there all day.

We had a car issue in a Sunday afternoon while traveling. This location made space to see us. They also got us in and out in about an hour. The customer service reps here were very friendly and professional. They definitely helped us make the best out of a bad situation.

The very friendly and very helpful manager of this store and the punctual work done on my flat tire was indeed a great experience. I also admire that the manager had quickly confirmed my appointment made by me on the internet and that everything was done right on schedule. I would recommend this store and repair shop to all of my friends and relatives without hesitation.

Please don't use this location. You will be taken advantage of. I made an appointment for a recommended service. When I arrived I was told the part was not there yet. When the part arrived and was put on I was told it split so they had to order another one. I had asked for the original belt and of course they had to look through trash cans to produce it. It has no cracks and only one string fray so obviously I didn't need it in the first place. More than $200. I won't be going back!

I called this fire stone before I got here and I asked them if they did tire patches and would they be able to do mine today and the man on the phone said yes come right over there s only about five cars ahead of you so I told him I was 10 minutes away. He said that that was fine. When I arrived, the man named Michael at the front desk told me that he would have to keep my car overnight because they can t get to my patch today . I wasted time and gas EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AHEAD

Had a 11am tire alignment. Arrived at 10:50am to be on the safe side. The front desk took 45 minutes to get through the line of 2 people ahead of me. The guy at the front desk was on the phone with someone for most of that time.I finally spoke to someone and my car was taken in. Not 3 minutes later, I was told tire alignment is impossible on my car due to several problems with the brake pads, calipers, and tie rods. I left and immediately went to the shop I go to regularly and they said nothing was wrong. Unfortunately, my regular shop doesn t do alignments, but I wish they did.I will be taking my alignment business elsewhere from now on. Never been to a more disorganized, scummy place. 0 stars.

Terrible and no compassion!!! An hour before closing and my 18 year old daughter, who was 4 hrs from home visiting friends, was trying to get some help with a flat. The front desk guy refused to help her at all, saying he was sending everyone home for the night even though it was an hour before closing. She got her car to your location even though her donut was also messed up, so she was stranded. Another customer intervened and went and got a mechanic in the shop to plug her tire so she could go to Goodyear and get some help. The front desk had no problem leaving a young woman stranded in a strange city. I am so angry and hope you or your kids don't ever need help because what goes around comes around. Thank you to the customer and mechanic for helping my child and having compassion. Go to Goodyear on Jazie, where they treat people with kindness.

The service was excellent. Two younger boys were hanging around using a lot of profanity with no regard for the business. They weren t causing any trouble but were a little too playful for a business

Booked an appointment for 7 this morning. Arrived on time and was greeted by a very rude man. I told him my name and that I had an appointment. He said well was that online. I only approve thise because I have to...I can't treat you like you have an appointment at 7 am...Then he asked why I was there. I booked a complete auto inspection which the website says is free. He wanted to change me a diagnostic fee and then said he would not be able to do the work with whatever they found. He would have to refer me to another shop....so basically wasted my morning on an appointment they weren't going to honor and said they would give me a free inspection which they wouldn't do. Lastly call themselves complete auto care which they don't do...Don't waste your time with this unreputible and rude shop.

The employees were very nice but I felt I was overcharged to put in a headlight and a brake light for $175. I went there originally because I thought they were fair and less expensive than Goodyear and I don t trust a lot of the auto shops in the area. I need some work done on my car and I m going to a local repair shop on a friends recommendation. I won t go to a chain again.

I went in to have new rims and tires installed on a 06 CLK350 as well as a wheel alignment, oil change and fluid check.I left with a 2000$ bill and a crooked steering wheel caused by a sloppy alignment, as the car was now pulling to the left. We had to bring it back the next morning at 9am, by 4pm we received a call that the car was ready for pickup. When we got there the alignment had not been fixed and was exactly as it was when we dropped it off. The mechanic proceeded to tell us that because the car has new wheels it s handling the road differently repeatedly. We tried to explain that the difference in road handling caused by new tires would not cause the car to now pull to one side if an alignment was done properly and the steering column was centered correctly during the alignment. He then proceeded to point at a picture of a Mercedes control arm and say that the factory control arms, which by design are meant to be NON ADJUSTABLE, needed to be adjusted. He then pointed at the alignment readout displaying the camber and caster and toe and explained all of this meant the car is pulling to the right and then went back to explaining how the non adjustable control arm needed to be adjusted, and because it can t be adjusted it needed to be replaced entirely. He did this repeatedly; each time explaining that all of this will make the car pull to the RIGHT, and he cannot fix it without adjusting the control arm, which can t be adjusted, and needs to be replaced with one that can. I explained none of that made any sense. It was after about 20 minutes of listening to the excuses I asked to confirm so all of this information you re pointing to, it means the car will pull to the RIGHT? He said yes that s what I ve been trying to explain to you! I replied So why is it pulling to the LEFT? It was at that point he stepped back and went silent, looking a bit confused as even he now realized his excuses weren t making any sense, it was at this point he finally took the car back on the lift and corrected the alignment. All without needing to adjust the non adjustable control arm. Which per Mercedes does not need to be adjusted, and is not designed to be adjusted. In the end he was able to correct the mistake of the sloppy alignment, but I did not appreciate all the nonsense excuses coupled with an indignant attitude that went on for the better part of 20-30 minutes. I would not trust this shop to service any car in the future, nor would I recommend anyone go here for anything related to automotive service and repairs.Installing new wheels on new rims that are exact OEM specifications and aligning them is pretty basic as far as car service is concerned, if they can t install new tires and align them properly, I wouldn t think they would be up to the task of more complex repairs. In the end, I learned my lesson. I should ve taken the car to Critz or another Mercedes dealership..

Made two confirmed appointments and they never ordered my tires. Do not come here just save yourself time and go somewhere else.

I requested an online appointment for this week and got a confirmation email for the appointment. I then got a call saying that they were all booked and that I didn t actually have an appointment. Was told the people book 2 weeks out. When I initially called, someone answered and didn t say hello or name the company. They said can you hold on for a second, I have a customer. Felt that was very unprofessional. Did not end up making an appointment in the future for this experience.

This Firestone saved the brand reputation in my opinion. The men working there were up to their elbows in customers and still took care of everything best they could, the mechanic/alignment tech was sharp, fast, and informative and went above and explained some details about my vehicle. The gentleman that was working the phones and lobby this afternoon was extremely professional and helpful even though it looked like he could hardly get a breath in before the phone was going off again. When I complained about the other location they didn't even speak negatively of them and instead mentioning they are currently going through some changes and things should turn around soon. Everyone at this location needs to be recognized for not just doing a great job but for taking me from saying I would never use Firestone again to definitely recommending this location to friends and family. Keep up the good work!I strongly suggest training people here before sending to the Abercorn location.

Trash!!! They make appointments and don't honor them. The "walk-in first come first serve" thing is non-existent. I watched cars pull up after me and get serviced and DONE before me.... Michael is just gonna say "I can't promise you a time" or "the at-home workers are at fault" GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SN : whoever Tremaine is that works there.... my man they NEED you to keep them afloat! Tell them you want a raise

Had a 9:00 appointment scheduled 3 days ago. Drove over an hour and now they're telling me that they cannot honor until the late afternoon. What good is making an appointment if it's going to be several hours later? Use at your own risk...

Kquan helped me out at the counter at drop off and pickup and he was awesome. Great service and took extra time to explain the diagnostic checks done on my truck. Promote that guy!

Firestone is my go to. They usually have reasonably priced oil changes and great service. The experience was a bit off. Overbooked, and front staff obviously stressed. I would recommend, but call ahead. Make certain you talk to the actual store.

Scheduled a Friday appointment to have my AC looked at. Called back to see if there was an earlier appointment, because I had some time. Was given a Thursday appointment and at first I was super happy with their Customer Service. Day of I'm told that there was neither a record of my new appointment nor my old appointment. It was frustrating. I can't speak for their work. It could be excellent, but I definitely will never go to them again. Jiffy Lube helped me out tremendously.

I've had an account and done business with Firestone for decades in another state, and my daughter and I have always gotten good service from them. Since moving to the Savannah area, my opinion of them, their service, and workmanship has drastically changed. The Firestone in Savannah, particularly the one on Skidaway Rd. is unbelievably unskilled, incompetent, slow, unprofessional, and costly. They have been "fixing" on my daughter's car, on and off, since May. They either do a shotty, incomplete job, or find "other" problems, which never get completed or fixed. Between May and today, August 26. 2023, we have paid over $5,000 on repairs at Firestone, and her car is there once again, and not repaired due to another issue they "found". They should hire competent managers, supervisors, and mechanics, or close shop!! They have very little regard or concern for the customer, their time, or their incomvenience. Dealing with them is very nerve racking & frustrating!! My suggestion for anyone. who is dealing, or plans to deal with them is, RUN, don't walk or go anywhere near them. I can guarantee you that you're bound to regret it if you leave you car in their care!! They claim to be "Firestone Complete Auto Care," but in my case, nothing has been complete, and no care has been shown. My advice to you is stay away!!!!

I showed up at 7am this morning right when they opened. I explained to Brian that I had a nail in one of my tires and that I had to be to work at 9. He was honest with me and explained that they may not get to me in time. My tire was repaired and I was out by 825. Thank you gentlemen!Service: TiresService: Tires

Was told just one of my tires on the back was running super low on tread and needed to be replaced immediately despite me regularly rotating my tires.. upon further inspection when I got home I realized the tire they we re saying was low on tread was one of the tires that I had just put on 3 months ago and scammed me out of 100$ because I wasn t at the shop. 10/10 would not recommend coming here. Also told me I need ceramic brake pads even though the ones I have on are ceramic and tees to scam me out of 200$ on those.

Even though we couldn t get a replacement tire here (none in stock), Michael Evans went above and beyond to assist us. He gave us great advice on towing and found us another store that had the tire in stock for us. This is what fantastic customer service looks like!

Manager on duty was great. Do believe his name was Drew. The manager on Tuesday said they the tires would be ready by 4 on Wednesday. When I got there they had just started after 4 15. Drew apologized and said they would get them out to me as fast as possible. Thank you to him.
