my car was damaged post repair, and I had to come back a second day to get it fixed again, the employee I talked to on the phone today told me I wouldnt be able to get it fixed today when i called, and I felt very upset knowing that she didnt seem to care that I was dealing with more car problems because of their repairs. I went in to get a headlight replaced, and left with more problems

Communication with customers could save a lot of headache. Dropped off my car for scheduled appointment for tires. Turns out they didn't actually have the tires like they said they did. Instead of telling me up front, giving me time to reschedule, they let me leave and return 2 hours later to find they hadn't called, nor replaced the tires. They had sent someone to Hilton Head to pick up my tires in spring break traffic. He was stuck in traffic for hours! Obviously too late in the day to put them on, they sent my car home with the promise they could install them at 7am the next day. Could have left the car there overnight, had they communicated appropriately, but they waited until I was 40 miles toward home with my husband's truck, in spring break traffic, with $600 of groceries melting in the truck, and unable to make the trip back thru traffic to Savannah.Please communicate with your customers! We're not all KARENS. Would have happily rescheduled.

If it wasn t for Jackie this review would have been 1 star. Even with an appointment it took two hours before our car was looked at. Jackie was amazing. She was working the desk and then ran back and did an oil change to move things along. Through it all she maintained an upbeat and respectful manner with all customers (even the nasty people). The staffing issues are ridiculous. If it continues you will lose wonderful people like Jackie who will be burnt out.

This Firestone is a joke .Mechanics, don t know if they can work on Diesel trucks. Store managers seem to have no experience on cars either . Should of been my sign to not leave my truck here .Got my truck returned Monday afternoon , once I got to my vehicle it smell different , Notice my sunroof visor open , turn on the truck and dash said back door was open so I get out of my vehicle to go close the door and noticed that somebody had moved mats around. Didn t think of it much but also moved them back and found a lighter , Drove home with windows down and next day car still smelled different , I decided to clean it or look for the smell , I notice gummy bears on the passenger seat and floor as well then after looking again under seat found that package of cigarettes/Swishers .I ve called them to complain about it and they said I left my car for to long of a time and they can t take responsibility on it. Maybe somebody else got on it while it was there at there parking lot . I asked if they had cameras they said no not outside.I got fire stone membership from the state of Washington just moved here , never once had a problem with that fire stone stores , now this was my first time and last .They state nobody drove my car other then to do the service and back to lot but yet car sticker and mileage on dash was different seat was moved by a lot , sun roof open , mats moved around smelled like cigarette. Trash on the floor.Would give this store 0 stars if I could .!Make sure you double check your car right before driving there lot .!I personally would recommend not going there !

I brought in a 2023 Holman/ARI vehicle a few weeks ago for routine PM at just over 20,000 miles. Simple oil change and tire rotation services were not performed well by the techs. The oil filter was not tightened sufficiently leaving me stranded for several hours and having to get a costly mobile mechanic to put oil in my vehicle. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Jackie and the tech who worked on my car (Coen) were both great. Even though they were short staffed and extremely busy, they both took time to discuss the issue with my car and offer solutions. I ll definitely be back.

We were on vacation and got a piece of metal in our tire. Even though they were extremely busy an it was Easter weekend they still fit us in to fix the flat. We were very impressed with the manager, Laura, who provided excited customer service.

First of all I was told not to ever go to this Firestone trust me I will listen next time. OMG!!! I been going to Firestone for 15 years from Florida to New York I never meet an unprofessional, disrespectful, and lazy Manger. This was my second time going there the first time the same man was rude I left because I know some times we all have bad days. Im back again 9 months later this time I call and talk to a young lady she told me to come right now so I did didn't. She left and I had to deal with this rude man that needs management skills. I just lefted and will never go back at this point I don't want to go back to any Firestone that's how unprofessional he was and I'm so disappointed that Firestone have him still there with all them complaints .... now it's useful to have an account with them .... I'm really start to think Firestone is going down hill it's just starting to be a name and not a great service.

I am very disappointed with Firestone. I have been dealing with Firestone for years. . I always allowed one particular technician to work on my car with no problems, and the one time someone else works on my car there were damages to my car. And to find out that the technician was terminated that day seems suspicious and no one wants to pay for the damages. We were in an emergency tire repair situation and Jackie went above and beyond to take care of us despite the fact they were short handed and running behind. Thank you so much Jackie and Firestone. We are long time Firestone customers and this location is by far the best!

Our daughter is in college in Savannah and we are in NC. They were very helpful and very fast in repairing our daughter s car when it unexpectedly broke down. Jackie went out of her way to ensure they gave us the best price and the best service possible easing the toll on both our minds and our wallet.

Made an appointment for brake job at 10:AM (arrived 25 minutes early),was told it would take 2-3 hours, arranged a ride to pick up vehicle 3.5 hours later. When I got there the vehicle hadn't been touched. They tried to move into the bay then, took my keys and left. Find somewhere else to get your work done.

I see a couple of good reviews here. But my experience was unprofessional, full of bad attitudes, and incompetence. They said 'we couldn't find a leak in your tire'; guess they didn't see the screw in the tire either.

I have been using this store for over forty years. In the past five years, I have had problems at EVERY visit. This is my third visit this week with the new management and no problems at all. Hopefully this will continue!

Most importantly they can t get the simple things right like appointment scheduling. Had a family meme er out of town and I told him to call Firestone because it was close. Simple appointment to inspect a tire slowly losing air. The lady (who works in the store located on abercorn in Savannah ga) booked him for the following day. Showed up the following day they basically shouted at us at our door that they were already overbooked. We told them we have an appointment (showed them confirmation) and they said sorry you must have been answered by our Firestone service we don t have time for that. First off that s the companies fault and they were treating us like we were crazy for showing up to an appointment. The older man said the scheduling lady was out on errands (this happens often) and she told them don t accept anyone else. The rudeness and lack of executing simple procedures leads me to say I will never go here or recommend this place to anyone.Also when my battery was replaced it wasn t put back all the way because it is under the seat. Little details missing. Consumer beware.SOUNDs LIKE THE MANAGER IS THE PROBLEM. Zero customer skills running down this place

The place is ok for what you pay for but there's a good chance they will break something that they might have not even been tasked to deal with. I got my oil change there and they broke my air intake cleaner tube.

Called their location and made appointment and received e mail confirmation. Arrived and told no appoint existed and none available. Blamed scheduling service and short staffing. No apologies only excuses. Drove down the street to Mavis tire and brake service and truck immediately repaired. Use them! If Firestone s repair service is on par with their customer service you are taking a chance!

The store itself is great. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and service will get you in and out pretty quickly. Be warned though, if you get the Firestone credit card, they offer NO AUTO PAY. If you forget 1 payment they will report you immediately and completely ruin your credit. Because of this, I just went back to Jiffy lube down the road.

Without going into details, because there are simply too many... I'm in Missouri and have a work van that broke down in Savannah. There was one person there that literally worked with my driver, when he had a few extra minutes, for 2 days and completely saved me thousands of dollars because he absolutely knows what he's doing. You know who you are, guy. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this location.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I've taken my car here twice this year for routine maintenance, and the customer service is excellent. The service managers tries to mitigate the cost of additional costs or up charging, as so many other repair shops do. As a woman and single mom, I so appreciate your integrity!

I'm going to this Firestone in the one on skidaway this one is by far the best one as it is clean and the staff are friendly and they seem to have professional mechanic. I've gotten both my truck oil change filled and tire patched as well as my Vans oil changed. I will definitely go here again as it's very convenient and close to my office
