I always come her for a fast oil change and these guys are great! This time Andrew was the one that helped me and he got everything taken care of and even helped me get my headlights fixed too. Great people and great service!

Straight forward communication of the issue, took care of the problem without taking me to the cleaners. Anthony is a professional who makes you feel like an old friend. THEY HAVE EARNED OUR BUSINESS. In a time when the term " Honest Mechanic" is an onymoron, they are the epitome of respectability and character!

Amazing service. When I heard of quote, I thought it was too expensive, but now I got to know that my 2014 Toyota Sienna was capable of 90mph. I've own this car since 2018, but it could not be more than 75mph because of the engine noise.

I love this place. Highly recommend. Ish was my tech on the last oil change. He was so kind and informative. He went above and beyond taking care of my vehicle. I always feel like this shop and I are a "team" looking after my car. I will continue to use this location.

My car was towed in Downtown Savannah while I was visiting. After I picked it up, I noticed that there was a strange clanging sound that wouldn t go away. I stopped at this shop on my way out of town to have it checked it out before driving out of state. Anthony immediately took a look at my car and realized that the towing company had improperly towed my car and had knocked a piece loose from the undercarriage. Anthony fixed the piece quickly and took it on a test drive to ensure everything else felt and sounded good before I drove back home. Thank you so much for your great customer service! I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Ish.putel (IP) is the one that service my vehicle, he really did a great job and went out of his way to help me with a little bit of trouble on my Silverado. Very respectful and professional will definitely take my vehicle back again.

Danielle at Advance Auto Parts recommended Express Oil Change to me. Anthony did the repair work on my auto. He explained everything in detail what needed to be done and the costs of each repair in advance. I think that is rare in many auto shops. I highly recommend Express Oil Change for your auto repair needs

I went to Express Oil Change with a very annoying exhaust rattle. Anthony, in their auto maintenance department helped me out! He was knowledgeable, polite and made my experience overall very pleasant. He never attempted to charge me for work that wasn t needed. I ll be going back to their Berwick location for all my auto maintenance needs in the future! Thank you Anthony!!!

Jose and Anthony assessed the problem with my battery when other places would not and made the repair promptly and without charge. I ve learned that they are exceptionally smart, highly skilled and honest. I wouldn t go anywhere else for my car maintenance and repairs.

I went to Express for the first time yesterday and got an expensive oil change for $90. I was okay with it because it was quicker than a conventional change until I was driving down the highway and the cover under my engine started scraping the ground because it hadn t been screwed back on right.Update: the store manager, Anthony, called me on Friday and told me he had already ordered me a new engine under cover from Ford and would personally replace it on Monday. I got there and he switched it out and brought me to the shop to show me exactly what he did. Said it was an honest mistake and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. We talked for a while about the shop and he explained why this might have occurred. Overall could not be happier with the customer service after experiencing this issue. They went above and beyond to get me fixed up. With customer service at a low across the board I couldn t recommend them enough after this.Service: Oil change

Ish assisted me twice with two cars for a oil change, wipers and filter. The service was delivered with excellence. It was very fast and I learned a lot more about my cars needs and requirements. He also offered me a discount on a needed fuel injector for a better ride. I would recommend Ish to anyone who is looking for a great job their vehicle.Thank you Ish . Someone give him a raise along with a bonus . Thank you to the other staff members on the team too !

These guys are great! They don't always tell you what you want to hear, but they are upfront and truthful with me, and I greatly appreciate that! Anthony, the shop manager, is as respectful and courteous to the staff as he is to the customers. That says a lot about the shop's ethics and integrity standards. Thus far, they have done repairs that I cannot, such as transmission and torque mounts, and corrected both of the control arms installed by Mavis last December (the bolts were dangerously loose). I'm taking our 'Ru back in the next two weeks so that Bryce (Subaru trained tech) can do the engine mounts and reseal the oil pan. This guy goes above and beyond! I highly recommend this shop. The techs here know what they are doing. They are quick and efficient. My steering wheel would shake at 75-80 mph (been this way for years), got 2 new tires and the shake is gone! Thank you guys!

SO THANKFUL!! I really want to thank Anthony R for taking the the time he has with me on my car. I started taking my car there a few years ago for the things that just happen with an older vehicle. The amazing timely manor that this group moves and gets the job done has been a life saver for me. The workers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the the parking lot. My oil change and wiper blades were taken care of very quickly. Next, I sat in the comfortable lobby as they rotated my tires and repaired one of my tires. I was kept informed of what they were doing and the cost at all times. The whole service took less than an hour. I highly recommend this shop for you oil change and other needs!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Don't even have oil filters? They are literally right across the street from advanced auto which had them. But they wanted me to go all the way to the county over to their other location which probably didn't have any either. They couldn't send a tech across the street to get one so they loss out on my business. They advertise 10 minute oil changes but want you to go 30 minutes out of the way to get it. I'll just do it myself. Don't waste your time with this place.
