I have known Richard for a long time and have fixed quite a few starters and alternators for him over the years for his customers. I am always impressed with his friendly humble nature. He is always easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and interested in making sure the job is done right and the customer is happy. That combination of qualities is why people go to see him.
