Excellent service. You can call at any time and there will always be someone who can help you. I usually leave my work late at night and there is always an abuser parked in my private parking lot.

Stayed at Quality Inn on the waterfront for the MC ball. Gotta pay for parkin and they give you a yellow parkin pass that goes on the dash. I get a call at 0624 Sunday mornin from the hotel office saying my truck is out of my spot. Crystal towin couldnt see the YELLOW TAG on my dash and dragged my truck with brand new damn tires out of the parkin spot. Then assuming they finally saw it, my truck was put down. Didnt bother to wait and apologize or try leavin a message to the hotel staff just drove off. Extremely unobservant/blind, unprofessional, and ignorant.Dated: 20231119

This company is an extortion unprofessional and hold your car in the most terrible parking lot. I will be calling better business. They stranded me an my fianc� after towing our car. Let it be know they are going to charge you 175$ to tow your car 1 mile to the hood of Savannah. This company prays on people just trying to enjoy Savannah.

Very unprofessional, rude, abuses the authority that comes with the job. Wanted me to wait thirty minutes in an unsafe location. Switched my pick up time from 1 to 3 and threatened to make me wait until 8 the next day. Also, denied me paying fine and getting my house keys from the vehicle on Saturday despite being a South Carolina resident. Lacks basic communication skills, a brain , and a heart.

This Company is delightful to work with. I had them pick up a used truck service body from Augusta and take it to Effingham County. The driver was very polite and courteous and went above and beyond to not damage the grass in the yard where the item was picked up from. Driver dropped it right where I asked and even helped move it into position even after the item was off the truck. 10/10 company with fair prices and kind employees. Crystal towing saved us when we were stranded on the side of the ride driving in to Savannah from out of town. They were quick to help. Our driver was wonderful!

You might as well just steal a car and get it towed by these people! They ll just give you the car if you have the key no questions asked. No verification or ID check! They also refused to give you the information of the private lot where your ticket is from but will give you the personal cell phone number of the poor guy that works the parking lot. They gave my car to my roommate when she got it towed without my permission but they wouldn t even know that because they didn t ask her for her ID or even who s car it was. She had the key so it was her car right?! When contacting these people multiple times telling them that they did something wrong they immediately will call you a Karen, or hang up and then get mad at you for getting mad at them for doing something clearly wrong. Already filed a repor with the Better Business Bureau and the Georgia Department of consumer protection so hopefully something will be done about these horrible unprofessional business practices!

I would and will highly recommend Crystals Wrecker Service to anyone in need of a tow , local or long distance. Our family car needed to be taken to our mechanic, so we looked up Towing Services and after calling several different companies, we came across Crystals Wrecker Service. Called made an appointment and they responded quickly. Their employee Leo was professional, kind and just down to earth. The kind of person you could become friends with. My car was towed to Crystal wrecker lot, vehicle was in worse condition than before it was parked at their lot. The gray haired tow truck driver was rude and uninterested in the poor condition of my vehicle. The lady at the counter was short with me and unprofessional. The lot is in the middle of the ghetto. I would give 0 stars but didn't have the option, so I give them 1 star.Service: Car towing

Wrecker showed up 4 hours after dispatch. I am rating it one star because driver was pleasant. My experience was reported to BMW Roadside Assistance.

I've always been treated with respect, I've always been treated as if I had known them for 20 years. They have transformed into an amazing company over the years and it shines. They always stop to make sure I'm good, and that I can get out of there as soon as possible. all around great company inside and out family owned family ran and I respect each and every one of them they know how to get it done

Unprofessional and rude. As others posted, they are running a towing scam. Even worse, they threaten people with physical violence. Beware when picking up your car - they are extremely hostile and ready for a fight! USE YOUR PHONE TO DOCUMENT THEM WITH VIDEO! They need to be held accountable for their actions! I will be filing formal complaints with the police department and better business bureau.

Craig was absolutely wonderful! He came and helped us at 2am when we had a flat tire on the side of I-16. He made sure to help us and not only changed the flat tire for us but also made sure we got to gas station and helped us get more air in our tire! Craig was an absolute God send for us! Ms Karen in the front office was a dream to work with; she was understanding, caring, and fair. She had a lot of patience listening to me rant about my BS parking garage experience (do yourself a favor and never use the congress st garage) and did everything in her power to help me out at the end of a long hard day. This woman deserves a raise and I hope if I ever need to use Crystal Towing ever again that she ll be the one I deal with. This was by far the WORST towing company that I have ever seen. I called after 1pm to find out if the company had my car, and the woman on the phone told me that they did not have it. I called again around 3pm and was told that my car was there.The lady told me that the fee would be $75 before 12pm the next day but when I arrived to pick up my car (11am next day) I was told that it would be an additional $15 because it had been after 10:30am, which the lady on the phone did not mention. The lady and guy that was there apologized for their coworker's mistake( not genuine at all) but still did not attempt to fix the problem. After picking up my car, and heading to work, i started to receive many concerns from my co workers about my tail lights being on. I went to my car and tried to fix the issue, and could not get them to go off. At this moment i then noticed that one of the panels underneath my car was hanging( my car was not in this condition prior to being towed).So I immediately called the company to try to find out what all I could do to get these problems fixed. And the so called "manager" started to give me sarcastic remarks and laughing. He told me to "call 911" and hung up in my face. I called back multiple times and he continued to hang up in my face. This is a very unprofessional and crooked company here in Savannah and i am pretty sure i'm not the only person that has encountered this type of issue.

Didn't like how they got rid of my Car, That was. towed on Police Instuctions.After I had a terrible Accident .That left me Hospitalized for two weeks.They told me they didn't need my consent to dispose of my Car.

They were the best .I really like the driver Kenny I think his name is. Everyone has different reviews on these guys. I personally think they did a good job for the price. No one is perfect. Compared to other places I am happy with the service I have got. During this epidemic they were efficient and kind. Not all towing company can be that. That is why I gave them tis review.

Wow, what life savers. They came to the rescue of my 2 daughters who were stuck on the highway with a flat tire in the middle of the night while traveling late for a vacation weekend. Got to me fairly quickly for the time of day it was (after 10 pm) driver was courteous and friendly. Got me from A to B in a great amount of time. Cost 300$ to go about 50 miles which is more than fair because that s another 50 back for them and again, it was after 10 pm. Very grateful they answered the phone and didn t send me to voicemail like the first company I called.

Had a car stuck in downtown Savannah a couple of nights ago, and called around to several towing companies. Most were a no-go, and finally one quoted us an inflated price and said that they could show up within an hour and a half. So we waited. More time than that passed, we called them for an update, and they said sorry, they weren't coming. Called Crystal (which should have been our first call) and in comes Brandon within 20 minutes (less than his quote time), like the super hero that he is. He had the car docked within seconds and we were home free in less than twenty minutes. A forty minute turnaround for a towing call? Are you kidding me? This company is awesome, and Brandon is the man. Would recommend to anyone.

They damaged my dually tried to cover it up and not tell me!! I noticed the damage as soon I pulled up to the shop they had towed my truck to. Upon further notice the damage was so bad it bent the lower core support. I called to report it to the owner and he basically denied it all while they were the only people to touch my truck. I have full pics and documentation from the diesel repair shop it was towed to. The owner definitely does not feel like he owes anyone anything. 1st time ever writing a review and I'm going to write a million bad reviews for this company. I am in the auto transport business and I know things happen. Document everything when dealing with this company!!

The 5 stars goes to Leo my car broke down at Forsyth Park today and I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and he came within 1 hour and his customer service was beyond 5 stars .. he explained to me what was wrong and the next steps to take to get my car repaired but overall as a company Crystal Wrecker Service is the absolute worst ever they damaged my car years ago and I had to take them to court, I feel like the owner paid the judge to dismiss the case and my car was never repaired .. The owner and his Son are so nasty and rude ( just miserable unhappy people) .

Apparently they had my review removed or hidden, a company that runs towing scams out of parking lots in Savannah. They scratched my truck years ago when we went down for my cousins wedding. A very shady group of individuals who enjoy screwing people over.I'm honestly surprised they haven't been shut down yet.

There is a set-up at the old Firestone on MLK where a 5 dollar parking sign is posted with assigned spots, where you put five dollars into the honor box. The sign says that AAA owns the parking spot, which leads me to believe that crystal towing owns it. Anyways, I parked in a spot and paid the 5 dollars, later that night my car, along with the rest of the cars in the lot (around 30 cars) was towed to crystal towing. We called and asked why this happened, and they said that we were not parked in the spot correctly. We definitely were following the pattern of how the rest of the cars were parked. They said to meet them at 10 AM the next day to pick up the car. We got there, and nobody was there. We called and the owner, who was terribly rude and was basically doing a power play, saying that he wasn't going to come to give us the car unless we "stopped giving attitude" to him (which we were not) and we had to wait two hours for him to show up. We had to pay 75 dollars to get the car back after we had paid 5 dollars to park, we did nothing wrong. This is a scam and should be investigated with someone with authority.

Worse Experience everrr. We too had our car towed from Best Western. 175.00 way to much money but we paid it. I think this is just a way to get other ppl money because there's NO SIGN that says car WILL BE TOWED. 1/23/2021 was not a good night for my husband and I.

Crystal Towing towed my daughter's car with all wheel drive with the front wheels up and rear wheels on the pavement which it a real no no. Car is at the Nissan dealer and the bill for repair is $2500. Nissan said this is a common repair and has provided me documentation stating this is the result of the tow. Turns out Crystal hired a subcontractor named Frank and Crystal videos all of the tows. The owner, Brad said he would review the tape and send it to me by 10:30 AM and we were to have a call. I called at 10:30 and got no answer. I left a message and will try again at 3PM and keep the thread current.I really hope Crystal Towing does the right thing and for now I am giving a medium rating.Most recent update was not good. The video that documented how my daughters car was towed has been deleted. I was told there is a 10 day retention period on the video. When I called the video was available, the request to view however was executed after the retention ended. I was then told that the dealer was charging to much and they would provide me a used rear end from LKQ Liquidators and install it for a fee. They would help me financially by reducing my bill by an undisclosed amount. In the event of a problem I was told I would have to follow up with LKQ.So my daughter's car is towed, Nissan says this was due to the vehicle not being towed on a flatbed which Crystal admits they did not do, Crystal says I do not understand and they died not ruin the read end, and then turned this into a sales call.Net Net I am going to pay Nissan to fix the car with new warrantied parts and labor, serviceable at any Nissan dealer in the US and put my daughter back in a safe car.Nest step is legal action and I will update the post with the continuing saga. In my opinion, you should think twice before calling Crystal or Ever Ready towing. Not a good experience form us.

Called a third party app which gave us Crystal Wrecker, the driver called once did not get an answer and went to service another vehicle without telling us. Called the store and spoke to a rude manager who was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. Wasted 3 hours waiting on this joke of a service.

Despite my car breaking down, this was the best towing service we ever received. Fast service, young man by the name of Brandon, came in 20 min, just like he stated, excellent driving skills..lol. I highly recommend this company if u ever need a towing service. Thanks Brandon, we really appreciate it! !
