                      The service was most accommodating despite the inclement weather on 1/9/2024. The service was thorough. My car rode well like it was brand new.                       First,let me say Tiffany is wonderful to work with,but the mechanic left my wind shield just laying in the front floorboard and a pcs off one of the belts.It has been dirty the last couple times like they didn't use gloves or just forgot to go back and wipe the car down.                       Nice waiting room but Tv was out periodically throughout morning.  When it was in, it was a sports news station that reported the same info for two and a half hours.  I am sure the male customers loved it but the ladies, not so much. Very boring.  Service on my new Mercedes took two and a half hours to do what should have been done in no more than an hour.  Car wash was nice but car given back with water all over it causing water spots.   I stopped at a gas station nearby and took a towel from my trunk and dried it off myself.  Lastly, a bit disappointed I could not write a check for my service.  You had no problem taking my check for down payment a year ago that was for ten times the amount of the service check.                       I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Critz Mercedes Benz Service Department. They have consistently provided me with exceptional care for all my service needs. The team at Critz MB is not only friendly but also excels in effective communication. They made sure to keep me informed about any concerns regarding my 2009 C300.I was particularly impressed by the mechanic assigned to my service request. He went above and beyond by sending me a personalized YouTube video walkthrough of his inspection. He took the time to explain in detail the areas of my car that required attention. This level of attention and transparency gave me confidence in their expertise.Furthermore, the service representative TJ promptly reached out to discuss these concerns with me. He provided me with instant quotes for each repair or maintenance issue before any work was performed. This upfront approach allowed me to make informed decisions about my vehicle.When I picked up my car, I was greeted warmly, and Jackie, the valet, ensured that my vehicle was brought right to the front door, washed, and vacuumed.                       Everything was fine until I looked at the bill. I took my S500 in for "A Service". I saw some things on the bill that I couldn't believe I was charged for. Never in my life have I been charged for windshield washer fluid.They also changed the battery in my remote. I didn't ask for this, nor was there any indication that it was necessary to do so. I'm nit sure if this is part of an "A Service" or not. If it is, so be it. However, if it isn't , I have a problem with it not being discussed with me prior to the service.My problem with all of this is the lack of communication. It should be a standard practice to inform the customer exactly what service will be performed on their vehicle so that there will be no surprises or unnecessary work performed. I called to speak to someone about this and I was given a voicemail . I left a message and have not been contacted yet.                       I can t think of an abbreviated way to explain what a fantastic job the Critz service team did with making the repairs on my car. My service manager was apologetic for the time it took. The challenge was to identify which of several possible solutions would solve the problem. I was impressed with the service team s thoroughness and dedication to identifying what needed to be done.                       Had a slow leak in a tire, stopped by to have it checked, fortunately they had one in stock, returned the following morning to exchange it - efficient, friendly service, as always.                       I am always, and I mean always so pleased with the beyond excellent customer service that I always receive from Tiffany Frost Smalls.  I do not worry about anything because she is the driver and she handles everything.  I can rest assured that any and all things are handled.  I get top quality service every time I visit and will not go anywhere else.  I am ALWAYS Happy and Satisfied.                       This is the 2nd time, service agent Eddy assisted me with a service. He notice when I came inside, greeted me and assisted me with a recommendation from the last visit. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Eddy called an Uber for me and answers any questions that I had.  He was very courteous!! When I picked up my car, another service agent greeted me as soon as I came inside, I didn t get her name but she was kind, as well as Tiffany who assisted with the payment!!                       First your mechanics left my coolant cap off. Then I come me back I m advised that the cap wouldn t make the F notice come up. So I got oil and transmission done. Get ready to go out of town the next day the F notice still on. Showing a pattern of negligence to do a thorough inspection of the car and sign the work is incomplete . But your charging me as such.                       On Monday I arrived at Critz unannounced seeking an emergency repair for my car.  I was greeted professionally and courteously by Service Advisor Tiffany Smalls.  After she arranged transportation for me to my hotel, she contacted me to discuss the nature and extent of the required repairs.  The parts had to be delivered from other cities, and she advised me throughout the repair process of the status of the work.                       Critz service was able to accommodate my ever-changing schedule. And the staff are very friendly! Would have given five stars but there were dirt scuff marks on the driver s door and the front bumper.  Loved the quick video of my car during the service!                       My wife and I were stranded in Georgia on our way up north from Florida.  We ended up getting towed to this dealership which was over an hour from our breakdown site.  We were treated with much kindness and consideration throughout the repair process, which lasted all day and into the next.  The service person was so helpful as well as a female sales person who helped us secure a hotel room for the night. We felt like royalty. He is very professional, explains everything thoroughly and kept me updated during the service appt as it went a little longer than I d anticipated. He s advised me on routine maintenance items and helped prioritize what I should do to keep the car in tip top shape. Vastly different and much better experience than the MB dealer I went to previously.                       While visiting Savannah, one of my tires picked up a nail requiring a replacement on the day of my 600 mile drive home. I was fortunate to have met up with Gordon at the service desk that morning. His courteous and professional demeanor put me immediately at ease. Gordon was aware of my situation and personally saw that the service was completed in a timely manner so that I could get on my way.                       My care was taken in for its normal checkup and maintenance. I drop the car off, and was taken to my work place promptly. Upon completion I was able to view and pay for service online. A vehicle was sent again promptly to pick me up from work to retrieve my vehicle. When I arrived my vehicle was clean waiting with the engine running and paperwork inside the vehicle. All I had to do was say thank you to Tiffany and drive off. Her service level is and has always  been A-1!!
