We purchased a 2021 Yukon from them earlier this year. The vehicle has been plagued with problems and, though they assured us they were going to help us with any service issues, our experience has been unpleasant, to say the least. The sales manager seemed totally disinterested in helping us after the purchase was complete. Feels like a sales volume company who cares little about providing a service once the deal has been completed. We are not forced to go through the lemon buy back process.2022 update: the service department is still terrible. We drove it an hour and a half to get serviced. The day we got back the vehicle displayed an safety restraint system error message. A problem they could have discovered. When we called to ask why they didn t address it at CRITZ, their response was checking for problems isn t part of a service and we re totally disinterested in solving the problem. Because we bought it there we have to come back for service at critz. Never again.

The shower stalls were never clean. There was a catfish carcass and cigarette butts in our fire ring when we arrived. It was fun camping by other family & friends. It was fun over-all

The service department was helpful walking me through possible solutions to our issue. It was very helpful being from out of town stranded in a car that wouldn't start.

No issues with the work performed, however GM parts failed not 3 weeks later.

Go see David! We went in looking for a truck for my husband and ended up getting the truck he wanted while also getting me the Yukon I wanted! They worked us such an amazing deal! Highly recommend!!
