I was very pleased with this service. It was all done in a timely manner and I felt very important and not like just another customer. I love the fact that I was sent a video of the actual inspection with a detailed list to choose the things I wanted to have completed outside of my regular service. Finally, to top it off once I was checked out, my car was brought to the service door for pickup and they also washed and vacuumed it out. Very reasonable prices and would highly recommend them to all customers!

Amazing work from the Critz Service Team, my experience was great! There was never a time that I felt like I needed more information or wasn't confident about the my first service. The breakdown was flawless and even was afford time with the Genius to go over some unknown system functionality. There really isn't a better service team to trust! Thanks Critz Group!!

We had a great experience getting our car serviced at Critz BMW the other day. We were about 15 mins late for our appointment but Sarah, our service advisor, said no problem. We were able to wait for the car to be serviced. It didn t take long at all. The dealership has a nice waiting area with free snacks and drinks. We were also able to meet the resident BMW Genius, Mr. Demitrc Otis, who was very helpful addressing a software problem I had.Sarah and everyone we met that day were highly knowledgeable and professional. All in all a great visit.

Came in with a punctured tire, no appointment. They took us in. We only waited between 1 to 1 1/2 hours. So thankful we purchased the 3 for 1 protection plan! As usual, you staff was friendly & courteous.

Awesome service! I usually don t do the dealerships for service. However, l wanted to give Critz a shot. Usually, the service price is astronomical. But,after receiving the initial estimates l realized the expertise of the dealer is 2nd to none. Great experience and timely service! The actual service was good. The communication started good, then kind of fell off a cliff with no contact from service from mid afternoon on Friday to after 3pm on Saturday.I called a number of times, got the answering machine, left messages, but no reply to any of my messages.And I had a number of chats with the online lady who apparently cannot actually get any info can just send messages which are then ignored.The system you have set up for communication with service was not working last week.I strongly suggest you assign someone to actually answer the phone in the service department. If they cannot answer the phone, they should return the call as soon as possible.If they cannot or will not do that, maybe you need a different person.BMW and Critz are high end brands and your customers expect better.

I made my oil and filter change online, my car was taken in promptly and soon I was on my way home. I received a video during the appointment showing the car inspection. Great service!

First time at BMW Service Center. Love the part of providing loaner car, especially since my car was keap for over 5 days...Great plus...the only thing I would suggest is that Service would look pre trip cars for damage after returning cars to Customers. I said this because I found some damage that Tech had done while repairing car that was not reported...but once I brought this to Service Manger attention is was Rectify with no issues...which shows good SERVICE.

Driving from NJ to FL. Had a tire mishap on highway. Service took me in without appointment. Replaced tire. Back on the road as quickly as possible. Sarah at customer service is as good as they get!

My service rep has a nice courteous personality but could do a little better with customer service skills. She did not respond to my calls and text messages when I had concerns and questions which caused me to make an unnecessary trip to the business.The guys who worked on my vehicle got information to me quickly, started work on my car and got it back to me within a reasonable time. Overall my experience was good.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto interior vacuuming

Service department is fabulous! They keep you updated with emails, texts, photos and phone calls. I ve been using Critz BMW since I moved here 8 years ago. Service was excellent. The service team keeps you updated on the progress of your vehicle and are very upfront about costs. They were quick with the changes to what my car needed on top of what I was originally there for.If you decide to wait on your vehicle while it s there, they have a very comfortable waiting area complete with coffee, drinks, and snacks.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My experience at Critz was excellent. They provided me a very nice loaner vehicle and Hannah kept me updated with detailed text messages and videos of the repairs needed throughout the process. Hannah also made sure I had time to review my estimate before any work was done. Once the work was done it met my expectations. I was definitely happy with my experience.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I came in and wanted an alignment after I had a recall done by someone else because I was out because of mileage. I spoke with the technician before hand and told him what I needed and wanted him to pretty much look over my car. He did so and I want to thank him for that. The alignment is great. Don t pull , steering wheel straight, and it rides straight. I only ask next time print out the alignment specs so I can have for my records. Great service !Joseph , you the man good teamThanks
