The reason for the four stars was because my vehicle went in for two recall items but I also requested an oil change and tire rotation while they had it. The recall items got addressed but somewhere the line of communication dropped because oil change and tires were not performed. Had to schedule another appointment. But otherwise the staff was super friendly.

Went in for 1st oil change service plus a recall; scheduling was relatively painless, vehicle dropped off and picked up same day. Only suggestion is that advisor(s) and billing staff could benefit from customer experience training and billing training. I had to call dealership an hour before end of day to ensure vehicle was ready as I never received my callback only to find out it was ready. I followed instructions to a T on drop-off to ensure Jeep Wave benefit was applied during service and was told by check out clerk I needed to go see *insert finger point* the one experienced/ proficient advisor at the shop to fix bill after they attempted to charge me for my first service (heavily marketed as a 1st free service with my vehicle type). She took care of me and the issue resolved but at the end of the day I had no problem with the Technician workmanship. Dealership really needs some training for its advisors on process and general program knowledge. 1st impressions are everything and based on billing experience for a simple PM, I would be wary past any general preventative maintenance or warranty repair of getting an accurate bill first go around. I m glad I read up on my benefits when I purchased the vehicle

There service department is horrible when it comes to getting a reasonable appointment time to fix issue. They never have loaners, but they will have you wait 2- 3 weeks to get your car in the shop for service, no matter how bad your car is in need of service. One great thing is that they have an absolutely awesome service manager, today cares and always do his best to resolve any issue. The service manager is the best experience you will get there.

Very much improved from last year. New service manager seems to have turned things around. So far the repair to my blend doors under my dash are working fine and no more noises. I hope this manager will be here and continue this level of service.

We've had our Ram in to the shop a few times. Being a diesel dually it took a little time for them to get finished with it, but they take their time to do the job right. I can't be upset about that, especially when the truck has come out better every time. I would recommend them. They do a good job.

This was my first visit to the Jeep Service Department in Savannah. Upon arrival the system showed I didn't have an appointment even it was confirmed the day before. The Service Agent Ms. J got my Jeep serviced. She was very professional and knowledgeable.It was a very pleasant experience.

I was very satisfied with the service that I received . The employees that took care of my vehicle were patient and understanding of my situation with my vehicle , and with me as well . Being a Disabled Veteran diagnosed with many injuries one of which is Brain Damage . They made me feel like I was top priority and so was fixing then getting my vehicle back to in perfect working order . This they did do in a timely fashion under circumstances beyond they're control . They made me aware of this and kept me informed every step of the way . For this , I am grateful , also for they're efforts and work . Thank You All So Very Much .

Service is a joke. What's the point of having an appointment if they take a week to get to your vehicle. The service writer is clueless. I tell them what's going on that a previous dealer (liberty ram)broke my truck and I didn't want them to work on my vehicle anymore. I was cool with paying the deductible to have it done right. They sat on my truck for a week no communication no call backs nothing. For them to call me back when I asked for the service manager to tell me they can't work on my truck because the previous dealer broke it and my warranty wouldn't pay for it either so I would have to pay for it. What I want to know is why they didn't tell me that when I dropped it off instead of wasting my time and prolonging my truck being fixed. I understand there is a shortage of diesel mechanics but they didn't even look at another issue I had that has nothing to do with diesel. My rear window is leaking. If you like the run around go here!

Worst service i have ever had. No communication at all. Got my truck back after a month and it smells like they smoked in it. I m not a smoker at all. Do not recommend them

A+We were 4 hours into our 18 hour trip when we needed to be towed. Peter and his crew were fantastic!! They fixed our car while we (and our Australian Labradoodle) waited in the dealership & we were able to get back on the road! We were so grateful!

The service is always great but there is only one thing I would critique. I had to call multiple times in order to get someone to answer the phone. I do understand that the technicians are not always by the phones as they have cars to work on but that is the only issue that I had with my service. Lori was AMAZING!

I had to take my Jeep here as a night drop in an unexpected issue with the battery. They never called me saying they received my car, almost never called me first about updates. It took them a month to do a minor repair and never offered solutions for alternative transportation. When I would call for updates I would be told that they would call me in a couple days, but days would turn into a week at a time. I would call again and receive no update. It went on for a month.If you can help it, do not go to this dealership for service. I unfortunately went to this location because it was the nearest dealership in an emergency situation, but if you can make the trip to another location, you should.

They gave me a loner vehicle which helped while I waited for mine to get fixed. I still may need to come back for the seat where you pull to release the part keeps coming off. Overall my seat finally works much better.

Awesome team, very friendly and fast service. Needing a repair while taking a vacation is stressful enough, but this team was great and got us all the help we needed. Accommodating to our needs and tight timeline given the nature of our situation is a bonus. Awesome communication and willing to go the extra mile to keep informed and minimized the disruption to our trip.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

If I could give zero I would. Todd is the only good thing at this place. Car was gone for 8 months to get repaired and me back with. Door that doesn t open and flashing red oil gauge. Impossible to get in touch with management. Horrid communication

I came in with a check engine light. The mechanic did not diagnose the problem much less repair the problem. Went home with oil change and the check engine light still on. I will never ask for service from this dealer again, they were useless.

Wasn't told there was a $180 fee to look at my vehicle. After waiting 5 weeks for my appointment, I dropped it off. 5 days later they hadn't looked at it yet. Really nothing else I can say but shame on Jeep!

Dealer told corporate what was wrong and told me something different. Corporate hung up on me. Still don t have the cause of why my jeep overheated other than we don t know we don t see any leaks. Out of 2100$ for an I don t know . Warranty company needs the mechanical failure that caused the overheating to replace engine and parts and cover breakdown costs and we don t know isn t sufficient.

Initially I was not satisfied. Sloppy work by a technician was the reason. I spoke with Todd my service advisor, he sent the technician to pick up my vehicle and the problems were fixed and my vehicle was returned to me.

Vehicle was repaired properly in a reasonable amount of time.However, they are Horrible at communicating. Never seems to have a loaner vehicle available no matter how many times your vehicle has to go back. However there is a lot full of used vehicles, that can be used as loaners. This time I asked to see the GM and magically the vehicle was finished and being detailed. The voicemail system seems not to work. This was a problem last year when we had work done as well. Leave multiple messages for updates on the vehicle and there is never a call back. Literally have to drive up there and look a service writer in the face to get a real update.Service: A/C installation & repair

This only applies to the service department. I scheduled an oil change, 2.5 hours later it still was not even in the rack! Not cool.Sales department is top notch!

I had an appointment for 10am and they didn t take my car back until noon. They seems to forget i was an appointment and said they took others before me. I didn t get out of there until around 2pm for an oil change and tire rotation.
