Andy Harre was so amazing. Great communication and helped search hard to find my sons dream car and even delivered to us! This is our second purchase with Andy and Grant. Saved us so much money and did not try to rip us off even though they knew we were desperate to find this certain car like other dealerships would have done. I would highly recommend this dealership... I ran across these guys online about a car they just received and sent them a message about the details. Andy gave me a call and took the time out to put eyes on the vehicle to send a short video... he also kept me posted on the day-to-day status of the vehicle because I was not local. A couple of days later, I then drove a few hours in a rental, in which they went out of their way to help me return... mind you, I took my time at the lot on this busy day. I have now had the vehicle for a couple of weeks and he has made it his business to call several times to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and the customer service from his team... Check these guys out!

My experience was excellent with this dealership, Andy was very straightforward and transparent and communicated clearly with me. They were patient with my schedule and offered me several options throughout the process. Not only was the experience so great for myself, but my husband was planning on purchasing a Tesla at the dealership next-door. He did not receive Acceptable customer service there. When Andy heard of how he was treated, the whole team scrambled to make my husband s dreams come true. We both made purchases that day and were treated exceptionally well the whole process.

First I want to say that when I bought my car, the sales rep Joe and the financing manager Gia and a host of other associates were extremely helpful in helping me purchase my car. After the sales associates, the southern hospitality ends there.I bought my dream car this year; a lime green 2023 Dodge Charger from the Dodge dealership in Abercorn in Savannah, GA. The issues began once I pulled off and realized that the dashboard had a tear in it that was covered by the sales sticker that is usually found (and was initially) located in the window. It was finally fixed once their in house repair man was able to make it. Joe did ensure that this happened.I am very disappointed in the service received as well as the quality of my car. I have less than 3,000 miles in my car and I have taken the car in now for the second time about a ticking sound, I was told it was the lifters and that my oil had been replaced I am not sure why I would have been sold a car without the correct type of oil in it in general. After getting my car back, I started the car the following morning and still had the same issue. My car was not properly fixed.In addition to the service not being effective, I have difficulties reaching a manager or someone in service when I need to speak with them. I leave messages, however the only way to speak to someone is to drive to the location. This is the second time in a week that I have dropped my car off and I was told that I would not get a loaner vehicle because we do not do that. I did speak to a manager, Matt, when I dropped off my car. I lucked out just asking if he was a manager while he was outside in the phone. He attempted to find out the problem and assist. I had to leave as I had already called someone to pick me up. I didn t receive a call as requested and was not able to be transferred to him; I am only able to leave a message as they do not do direct transfers to management.I m really disappointed. I have been driving my daughter s car (as no loaner was provided) which is a Honda with 300,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, it currently runs better than my new charger. Be sure to check the better business bureau comments as I am not the only customer unsatisfied with the service department. They are not accredited. They have no contact information under the meet our staff tab on the website either. Good luck contacting someone. I just gave up and sent an email to the CEO and Matt after getting his email from a store rep.

Lauri at the service center is an awful person so unhelpful and just has a nasty attitude. Also can t communicate anything. Told me my car would be done within a few hours when the appointment was originally scheduled, then told me when I dropped off my car it would take 48 hours. Ridiculous. Also there a lady in the payment office for service dept. and she is rude every time. I asked her, just to confirm it was covered by the warranty and she snapped at me and said if you look at the paper I m about to hand you, you would know. Rude and so unprofessional.

Great people and great sales! For me it was the fact they reached out and wanted to make a deal rather just push and pressure me into trying to buy a vehicle. They were willing to work with on the price and my trade in! Just overall great experience with them and got an awesome truck out of it! Merry Christmas!

I just purchased a car from this dealership after two visits. Everyone knows car dealerships are not exactly fun , but the employees there made it that way. Big props and thank yous to Michael, Grant, and especially Chris P. He deserves a raise. Those men all were very helpful and supportive, and had great personalities - very friendly. It didn t seem fake I just want to make a sale but actually genuine. The only complaint that I had was the old man in finance. He was grumpy, not easy to work with. So don t base buying a car on him, because everyone else was wonderful.

Washim assisted me with the sale and was highly knowledgeable about their products and very efficient and professional as was Dana the sales manager. In and out in less than 30 minutes and for once, I got exactly what (my wife) I wanted without the last minute jacked-up pricing. Highly recommend!

Horrible dealership. I had a 8 AM appointment I was told at 3 o clock vehicle was ready did not change oil or rotate my tires they did not wash my truck. I had to spend two more hours at the shop to get my Oil changed tires rotated and truck washed. The customer service was horrible with the manager and soap was left on my vehicle. Overall the experience at this dealership was horrible. Amanda the services provided by your company was very poor. My wheels are shaking real bad because of the poor service I received from your company and I am on the interstate driving which is unsafe I am actually having to go and take my vehicle another dodge dealer to find out what is going on with my vehicle is in a brand new vehicle and I have it no more than three months I have gotten provided from some of the Dodge dealer is very poor I have contacted Jeep to let them know and make them aware about the service and they are contacting the legal team so I will take it from there with the legal team thank you For responding and I am praying no one else comes to your company because the situation I am in right now on the interstate can cost me and my son our lives. I spoke to a fat meat supervisor at your company and I feel as if the concern for what Services that were provided for my vehicle was not a concern for him I am a truck driver and I know when safe is safe. I am also praying whoever reads this Review is well aware that these people will leave you stuck and screwed and don t care whether not give me situation is safe or not I paid $142,000 cash for my vehicle and I expected better

I bought my wife a certified used suv at this dealership in November of 2022 and I purchased an extended warranty at the same time. I ended up paying cash in order to get the warranty at a reduced price. We have left numerous voice messages trying to get the information on the warranty and no one has bothered to return our calls. My wife spoke with the General Manager this morning and was told that he had more important things to do with his time and refused to help u. I'm a disabled Vietnam veteran and it seems like my only option is to make the trip into Savannah. If I can't get the information then I'll be out of pocket several hundred dollars. Beware of the self important Manager

It s best to go with someone who has knowledge about financing vehicles. If you have no clue and leave it up to them they will make you feel like they are giving you a deal when in reality they are robbing you blind. Will take from someone and put them in a bad deal. I know this should be known by the buyer but I have met many dealers that ll advise you prior to you signing something that isn t worth it. I should ve done my research and thoroughly look through my contract prior to signing. But when you are too excited about getting your dream car all they see is a sucker they can get coins out of. Take it or leave it but I d advise anyone who is purchasing from here to overlook their contract thru and thru and get quotes from someone where else first. I will never return and now looking to get out of a contract I was turned upside down in not once but twice. My stupidity. Don t be like me.

Chris was very helpful and patient in finding the right truck for me! He took all my dealbreakers and likes into account when showing me trucks! Finally this beauty came along! Test drove it and made sure my girls car seats fit and we fell in love! Chris was super sweet and helped me out with both of my girls when switching out their car seats and putting them into the vehicle to test drive! Letting them watch mrs Rachel on his computer, and even allowed them to play with his stress ball so they could have a bit of fun while we dealt with business. He also held my youngest and watched my oldest for me! He made the process of buying with two small kids by myself super fast and easy! Will definitely buy in the future from them and will of course be using Chris every time! He gets his job done and does it well! I can not thank him enough for everything he has done for me and my family!!

Let me just say the car I bought was beautiful and my salesman Andy was a pretty good guy but what really stuck it to me was the first thing I said when I got there was I have already been pre- approved for the 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited X 4x4 by my bank for 3000 down and 60 monthly payments of 590 but somehow the finance guy managed to run my credit 10 different times effectively dropping my 750 score to a 720 and then somehow convincing me I would be better off paying no money down and making payments of 750 a month what I failed to realize (cause I was in awe of the car) and they talk to so fast and don t want to give you time to read anything it s just hit next and sign! I walked out of there with no money down but I got a 75 month loan term. At 19 percent I am literally paying over 20,000 more dollars for this car as of right now then I would have with my pre approved loan from my bank and I got talked into all kind of warranties I ll probably never need and if I do I m sure they ll find a way to be voided. Whatever you do read that finance paperwork before you sign it I m extremely disappointed I let my self get dwooped like this.

Coming here since 2015 to service my vehicle on Saturday, apparently, they changed to appointments now. I asked since I drove and hr and I been a long costumer if they can take me in this time and I make sure for future make an appointment and they said no. NO APPRECIATION FOR LONG TERM COSTUMES. At least the lady's was nice.

My experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been nothing short of spectacular. The day I got my car I wasn t even planning on purchasing but the environment and faculty made me feel like family. I felt welcomed and important unlike the vibes I ve been getting from other dealerships. I was greeted by Mr. Gino Frustman and I must say working with him was a pleasure. First thing I did was test drive a vehicle I seen online and was interested about. After disclosing my budget and my desires, we headed inside to go over numbers and inventory. I ended up getting a fantastic car with a wonderful deal. They made my car searching journey a breeze and I m truly thankful for this because car searching has been absolutely terrible. That is until I work with these guys. I highly recommend them if you re looking for a reliable vehicle.

This is the worst dealership i ever worked with. They do not want to communicate then when you get upset that no one can or will tell you what is going on with your vehicle. They just tell you i do not know what to tell you, then hang up. They have had my truck for almost a month. The service writers will not answer calls, text or voice mails. Managers do not return calls of any sort.
