I had the absolute best experience getting my oil change and tire rotation in the service department with Michelle. She was professional, courteous, understanding and so very personable. Chatham Parkway Toyota has yet to disappoint, truly an all around great dealership with amazing leadership!

I brought my car in for damage repairs due to being hit from behind. Every person that was a part of the process from start to finish were very patient, exceptionally helpful, and professional. I will definitely do business there again, without hesitation. My car looks amazing too! And they never left me to guess where my car was in the process, they stayed in touch with me and were always very willing to answer another question. They were helpful with insurance too. They helped with it all. They were great! Thank you! Linda A

They are a very customer-centric workplace that takes delight in satisfying their customer needs. They are very polite and professional. They will provide you shuttle home and back , while your car is being worked on, and will provide you complementary snacks and any soft drinks or coffee of your choice while waiting for your car to be fixed. I will recommend them anytime, anyday.

I took my car in for a recall for brake assistance problem,I was met and checked in very quickly,I asked for an oil change which I had not scheduled and was told they could do that. I requested the removal of remains of a plastic cover on the underside of engine which they did.Overall I was not pressured into additional work as I had been at Abercorn Toyota several years before.Good experience all round.

Salesman Chris was great. I love my Nissan Maxima. I just hope it continues to perform like a new vehicle. The AC was not cooling and they made an appointment and took care of the problem.

I was distraught coming into the dealership because My car gave my unexpected trouble while I was already going though a lot throughout the day. However, I was instantly greeted with smiles and comfort by Mrs.Jessica in service! She was soo kind, and sweet and really made my day a whole lot better!! She understood my struggle as a broke college student and really worked with me. I was even able to come back and get things out of my car due to it staying overnight. She called me with every update, & She is absolutely amazing!!! I have only great things to say about her and this dealership! Thank youService: Battery

I purchased a car for my daughter about 3 months ago and was told I'd receive free oil changes for life - no strings attached. Yesterday my daughter brought the car in for its first oil change & was told that in order to get the service free she'd have to pay for a tire rotation. I have no issue paying for a tire rotation, but I think this should have been made clear upon purchase of the car.

Not once, twice, or ever have I had a bad experience with Excellent customer service and the technicians that work on my 2013 Sienna XLE at Chatham Parkway Toyota. They deserve 10+ ********** stars but i had to rate them 5 because that was my only highest ranking option. Three cheers to Service rep Tiesha Holmes. One of the BEST at CP Toyota.

Just an oil change and a small fix on the alignment had a 930 appointment. I was there for 2.5 hours!! It should have taken less than an hour!

I've got two vehicles from Chatham parkway Toyota. I have been very pleased with both of them. The service department is superb. I recommend Chatham Toyota very highly.

Kassidy was amazing. She got all my problems fix with my oil change for life. And help solve some past problems, I had with some of my warrantys. She has amazing customers service. And she understands my frustration. A great asset to CP team. It was nice to listen to and not being told I was wrong again.

5 stars to Harry who helped me pick up my car after I had it dropped off for maintenance and went to retrieve it after the service department closed. They were very accommodating.Overall, my experience was standard - I m from out of town and my car broke down while traveling so I brought it here. I informed them of my situation and I was only there temporarily. The repair ended up taking 1 week and I ultimately had to go home and come back to pick up my car. I also appreciate that they let me store my car at their dealer for 2 weeks after finishing the repair.

The service was very disappointing. I will not be returning sadly. The promised "quick" oil change, at a scheduled appointment, lasted two hours. My service consultant was nice, but did not once apologize for the amount of time that it was taking. At the two hour mark I was informed that the filters needed to be changed. Thankfully they were able to go about that quickly, which is why I gave them three stars and not two. Sadly, upon returning home I noticed that my glove box was broken and would not close correctly. I had to go back to the dealership where I again was not apologized to upon explaining that the service was not performed and executed correctly. I expected much better service as I have always been pleased with my home Toyota dealership in KY.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change
