After reaching out to several Lexus dealers Chatham Lexus offered me the best pricing hands down. I had to drive several hours as their dealership was not very close to me, but it was absolutely worth it. I worked with Tim in sales and he could not have been better. The whole buying process was easy an straightforward with no pressure. Most of the time car buying is not very pleasant, but this was a great experience.

This dealership is exceptional. Our sales lady Angela was at no point anything but professional and helpful. She showed us multiple cars, called us back when something came in she thought we would like, and answered all of our hundreds of questions without hesitation. Ultimately we did not purchase from here, but gladly would and was the best car shopping experience we have had.

I just bought a beautiful 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe at a fair price and a full tank of gas.Brenda was the sales person, I highly recommend her, she was knowledgeable. She did not make feel pressured to buy as I shopped, but made suggestions about other vehicles on the lot, as I test drove.Everyone at Chatham Park Lexus made us feel important, like we were superstars! We visited several lots that day and hands down the respect and treatment we received was stellar. We will never shop any where else.

CPL's customer service is the best!! I went there to get some technical help and to learn more about all of the different technical features of my new car. I had the opportunity to have Tiffany show me around the car's systems. She was very professional, courteous, personable and a delight to work with. She demonstrated how the different features worked. She was very patient and answered all of my questions . I hope that everyone who buys a Lexus, and has any tech questions, is lucky enough to have Tiffany explain how the different tech features work.

Paige Mcduffie is the best Service Rep i have had the pleasure of working with. She manage our vehicle service when we have to take my lexus in for service and because of her excellent care I will always drive a Lexus. Chatham Parkway customer service is 5 stars, and Paige is one of the reasons why.

Top Notch Customer Service!!! I won t ever buy a car anywhere else, and I live in Atlanta. Angela was kind, patience, and a joy to work with during the car buying process. I would give CPL 100 stars if it was an option. This is my 2nd purchase. My 1st purchase, Angela helped me decide on a 2019 NX300.. I absolutely LOVED this vehicle.. but unfortunately just 2 months after I purchased it, I was in a horrible accident where I was T boned at approximately 80mph.. My NX saved my life. I walked away very bruised and sore, but alive. The safety ratings on this car are AMAZING! Today I got back in contact with Angela - we sat and discussed a new vehicle.. I thought I wanted another NX but decided on more room and went w/ 2020 RX350. Angela is not only honest, knowledgeable, and patient but she LISTENS!!!! She knew (yet again) just want I wanted / needed. She knows these vehicles inside and out. CPL is so lucky to have her.. she truly is the best! I also met the General Manager today. He is so sweet.. he came to wish me well on healing after the accident. He reassured me I was making the best purchase as he took the time to weigh out pros and cons of the 2019 and 2020 models.. the warranties etc. I left tonight not only excited for my purchase but feeling just like family. The dealership is absolutely beautiful, clean, friendly and cozy. The service department is wonderful.. I had just had my 5,000 mile maintenance done on my NX.. they were not pushy, completed all tasks timely. My car was then detailed and ready when they called me to pick it up. Quick and painless! I recommend this dealership and it s staff to anyone in the market. I promise, you will not be disappointed! I found the vehicle on carfax and sent an inquiry. I did receive an reply from Rochelle and reached out to her. I was forwarded to Scott to discuss price due to there being 4 hours between us. Scott was friendly and personable during the conversation. I wanted OTD price which he had to call me back so he could figure the estimate. The estimate included an environmental fee that was more than the taxes on the vehicle. Scott informed me that it is added to vehicles that are as old as 2015 along with a dealer fee. Which increases the car by an extra 2.2k. The state of GA doesn't regulate fees charged by dealers so beware.

After 40 years in the industry as both a new car dealership partner and a VP and President in the car rental industry, all I can say is dealing with this dealership, and Sam Grant it was a 10. Sam took the time to both follow up and even had the LC500C put on a flatbed and taken to my house. Is this typical Lexus service, I can't say, but I'm not the easiest to deal with because of my background, but both Sam and their GM could not have been more perfect. I wish all dealships could be like this one.Oh, I love the car.

I have chosen Lexus as my preferred dealership for the last 5 years or so now and I have never experienced what I did on today. I received the poorest customer service from the cafe counter on the inside of Lexus on Chatham Parkway. Over the years, I have spent a great deal of money at Lexus, and not one time have I felt unappreciated until today. When you spend as much money and I do at any establishment, the most and one thing you want is to feel appreciated!

The staff at Chatham Parkway Lexus are very professional and all about the customer. They do a great job on the service I receive and my car is always returned to me as clean as a whistle. Thank you Chatham Parkway Lexus.Update: I decided to consider trading up for the new 2019 RX350L. I met Tharon Lambert at 3:30 that day and I left with the new SUV that afternoon. Tharon did a great job showing me the vehicle, and Leighton and Al handled the business end very fairly and efficiently.Chatham Parkway Lexus is the best.

Went for servicing my Lexus. Wonderful experience here. Staff were amazing and the service was great. Darryl Smith was with us through every step they did, he was great. The car was as expected when done. Inside, complementary massage chairs, coffee and treats were a cherry on top.

After attempting to purchase a particular Lexus in the exterior and interior colors we desired all over Florida we decided to check out Savana GA. Chatham Parkway Lexus was the only dealership that could deliver! Rochelle and Mike Wells were instrumental in getting us in the vehicle we desired in a short amount of time. They were like family to us, keeping us posted as to when the vehicle would drop and be delivered to them. Rochelle contacted us two days later to make sure we were enjoying our new purchase and to ask if we had any questions she could assist with. We are extremely satisfied with our choice of f vehicle and dealership.

I came into Chatham Parkway Lexus on 12/7 after a not so great experience with Carvana. I was looking at an '18 RAV4, called ahead, spoke to John Layser who confirmed the car was still available. We came in to test drive and see if we liked it (but had a few other options in mind that we wanted to check out). Needless to say we left with the RAV4 and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Car Dealership. Most dealerships get a bad rep but Chatham Parkway Lexus does it right. Not only that, a few days after my purchase, and I just received a call from John who was following up to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend if you're in the market. Thank you John and Team!

Bought a is 350f sport from Garrett lutz a few months back love the car. Highly recommend going to him if you are wanting to look at or buy a car. Very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. These guys added a $1600 environmental fee months after the down payment was made on an LX, even though an environmental package option was declined for the vehicle. Justification . it is a popular car .

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! Coming from Atlanta, I had a problem with my new car and rushed here. Not only is the dealership itself stunning with the refreshment and lounge areas, Maureen and the service department are top notch. I wish I could visit this dealer for every service appointment. Highly recommend!
